Mindset -

Acknowledge that eating makes you gain weight because you assume it does. "But my workout worked" yeah because you assumed it would ?

Just like skincare, if you assume it works then it does. if you assume it's horrible for your skin then it is horrible.

Acknowledge that you are god.

Assume that you barely gain weight but still are completely healthy and you will !

Just apply the law -

Affirm and affirm and affirm !!! Thoughts become assumptions and assumptions become reality.

I don't care if you don't like what you see in the mirror, affirm ! "My body is so perfect it feels illegal to look at my reflection" "having the body of a goddess is not easy everyday"

Look at yourself and say "I'm so grateful for my skinny and perfect body" or whatever tf you like.

Manifesting a dream body isn't different from manifesting anything less!

Persist -

You don't have to be positive 24/7, I know it's hard but I promise you your desire was already here the moment you wanted it.

If to persist you want to drink gallons of water, do robotic affirmations, a 7271828 days challenge. Then do it it's your journey, you know yourself better, do what feels good.

on monday i decided i wanted to change my entire life so here are the things i manifested so far:

new name: i gave myself a new first and last name and yesterday my substitute teacher actually called me that name

new height: i was really short so i just grew taller

becoming a better athlete: just broke my school records

desired face a body: i woke up today and boom

no being late to school: i was running late today so i just edited what time school opens (it was a delayed opening so the time class starts was wonky anyways)

Tape listening challenge with me ༊*·˚

Hi my sweet loa girlies!!! Today I introduce you to my tape listening challenge + some other stuff. The main purpose of this challenge is seek change within/inside, reprogram your subconscious mind and get rid of your old habits like doubts, anxiety, fears, etc. And for starters changing inside is not easy but with help of @adambja's free tapes, we will do it in a week!

ღ A result from me:

I have been listening to those tapes for 5 days. They mainly target your subconscious mind and psychological behaviors. Those tapes are made to work with your body and mind. Even though these have only 10 benefits each (the paid ones have 100+), the results are amazing!

Before listening to the tapes: I was mentally limited. I was still scared of my past. So much anxiety, what if I fail and nothing happens? Or wondering if I’m doing good enough or something wrong etc…

After 5 days of constant listening: My fears, anxiety, doubts are completely removed! Even when I start to overthink my brain automatically starts thinking β€œNo honey you are the operant power, 3D is made from 4D remember??”. Honestly I feel so much calm and relieved. β™― Listen to @adambja 's free tapes 6 times a day for a week. You can only listen to one or all of them, your choice. They have free tapes (specifically targeted to reprogram your subconscious mind) for general self-concept, money manifesting and being in control of SELF. Where and how do you get it? dm them for the tapes. They will ask questions and make sure you use it right. ⚠️Remember to read the instruction before start listening to it!

β™― Make a note for each listen to track how many times you listened (like the picture below but doesn't have to be exact same).

β™― You can also journal how you feel after listening to the tapes. Journaling is a great way to let your feelings out of your system. Being human isn't easy because of our constant change of our moods and feelings. I personally love writing, it helped me a lot to understand myself more.

Inspired by @/pinksssecret, I highly recommend you to do EFT tapping and psych-k. Why? Because these methods help me to calm down and focus more. Check this success story out! I think using pinterest to manifest is great for beginners, or if you still have doubts, and making pinterest board while listening to this subliminal is another enjoyable extracurricular activity.

But my tip, you create your own rules and routines. Don't make it too hard to follow but also make sure it's effective. I made my own routines from what I saw on Tumblr, so you can too!

ღ Our goal:

Being constant is our number one goal. And of course, observe yourself more, your inner dialogue, how you see yourself in relation to the world (self concept), how you feel about manifesting, entering the void after listening to it. The moment you start listening to these tapes, instant change is made in your subconscious mind!

what is self concept? self concept is the set of beliefs you have about yourself, the way you think about yourself. low self concept = insecure, awkward, not very secure in oneself. high self concept = confident, self-assured. I used to have a low self concept

it’s important to realize that if your self concept is low, you can literally create a new identity and version of yourself at any time. if you want to become more confident and focused, then become that person. visualize that person. create a vision board of the vibe that person gives off.

think about how you can BECOME that person, and embody that emotion as much as possible till it sticks.I used to be so incredibly anxious and insecure I would overthink about my eating habits, the way I walked, talked, smiled, everything.

you have to drill this into your head that nobody cares and they’re actually too focused on their own lives to worry about you. and if they do, it’s usually only for a few seconds before moving on with their lives.

YOU owe it to yourself to become better. It is possible. Let’s do it.

ways I boosted my self concept:

β™‘ shadow work: I would review difficult memories and kind of like detangle it, and I would learn more about myself from doing shadow work questions. definitely good for self healing

this was probably the first thing i've ever manifested while being aware of loa! this was in 2019, way before it was even popular on tiktok, the community was all on youtube and amino (rip). this also goes to show that: yes, you can indeed manifest with limiting beliefs! all i did was listen to a bunch of subliminals & affirm every time i could. the circumstances were against me, family was short on money, bts wasn't coming to the country near me, and still, little 11yo me went to paris for her first concert ever :)

lmao all the time, however i do mostly not having a specific class (mostly p.e.). also i should add i don't really use any methods for my manifestations, i just choose the desire and decide it's done.

my iphone 11 was on it's deathbed, specially the battery that had already been changed and it started malfunctioning again. when the iphone 15's came out, i fell in love with the baby blue one, the color is so gorgeous and i liked the new dynamic island. last year, my mom said she'd buy me a new phone for my birthday, on our way to the store she mentioned that she was going to buy the iphone 14. i simply nodded, knowing i'm the creator of this reality and i literally get to choose what i want, i kept affirming i'd get my iphone 15. cut to: the store employee told us that the iphone 14 in blue was not available, but the price for the 15 was just more ninety euros, making my mom oblige. now i'm writing this post from my beautiful baby blue iphone 15 :)

i was so incredibly insecure while growing up, and developed a weird obsession with a tiny waist. it's worth mentioning that i was a naturally chubby kid too. i did the same thing i always do, choose the desire and decide it's done, no method, no nothing. now i have a naturally small waist with no work outs or weight lost diets.

ever since i was little i've always been fascinated by creating content, (aka i was a gacha kid). i've had many many many tiktok accounts, and all of them went viral a moment or another. my current one has 20k followers and videos with over 400k views, one of them with 1 million views and another with 2.5 million.

i really liked a boy around 2020-ish, so i used a bunch of subliminals, backfired because he ended up being so shitty and annoying. (also we were kids lol). my current boyfriend though, i used loa not only to attract him but also to make our relationship healthy (it was a shitshow in the beginning oh god). however i remember i used to affirm "everyone falls for me" or something, my dm's started filling up, and one of my closest girl friends fell for me, resulting in a friendship breakup. it was really cool for my self esteem that used to be non existent, but now i'm taken so it's whatever.

SATS: State Akin to Sleep Guide

I've mentioned that the SATS method is one of my preferred methods for manifesting and shifting, and as such, a lot of people have asked how I use it. So here's a little guide on what it is, how to do it, etc!

SATS: State Akin To Sleep Guide

Before I start this guide I need to clarify some things because I often see confusion regarding this matter.

The state akin to sleep is just a state of consciousness. It's not a method.

The SATS method that most people talk about, refers to one example of using this state to manifest. This specific method does include visualization however, there are tons of other SATS methods that don't. I'll be going over the visualization method as well as the lullaby method and mentioning a few other options for you in this guide.

Now that I've got that out of the way!

First, what is SATS?

You sit down for the purpose of creating a state akin to sleep, as though you were sleepy, but do not push the drowsiness too far, just far enough to relax and leave you in control of the direction of your thoughts.

The State Akin To Sleep (ie SATS) is a state of consciousness where a person is completely relaxed, and often somewhat drowsy, yet is still aware of and in control of their thoughts.

This state can happen at any time of the day, however, people are most often aware of it right before they go to sleep and right after they wake up. It's still important to note that you can get into this state whenever you want, not just before sleep!

Now, remember what I said at the very beginning, SATS is just a state of consciousness. There are multiple different methods one can do while in SATS. There are also other things you can do in this state, not just methods! I'll talk about this more further down.

Now that we know what SATS is, let's get into some SATS methods!

Neville Goddard explains one of his personal methods of using SATS to manifest as such:

Get into a completely comfortable position and start to relax

Know what you want to manifest and decide on it beforehand

Decide on a scene to visualize that would imply you have your manifestation (ex: manifesting being rich and visualizing seeing millions in your account/counting money/etc)

Once you've decided both of these things, allow yourself to fully relax and enter sats (try not to think too hard about this - just relax)

The moment you enter this state, visualize your scene on repeat until you fall asleep or decide to stop.

Another version, the Lullaby Method, is extremely similar but uses repeating affirmations in place of visualizing. So do go through the first two steps and then instead of visualizing a scene, pick one or a few different affirmations to repeat until you fall asleep or decide to stop.

The Vaunting Method is another method that can be done in the state akin to sleep. To do this method, simply pretend to have a conversation with someone of your choice, and then talk/brag about your manifestations. This one is popular with people who don't like repeating the same aff over and over again and prefer their affirmations to sound more natural, hence the conversational tone of it. This method doesn't need to be done in SATS but it is a fun option.

"Feeling it real"

In this feeling, it is easy to touch anything in this world. You take the simple little restricted action which implies fulfillment of your prayer and you feel it or you enact it. Whatever it is, you enter into the action as though you were an actor in the part. You do not sit back and visualize yourself doing it. You do it.

Neville repeats quite often that "feeling it real" is very important to this method. I want to make it clear that 1. you don't need to feel it real and 2. feeling it real is actually a lot easier than people think it is and most people are able to do it.

"Feeling it real" in regard to visualization or affirmations usually refers to that feeling of confidence or assuredness that you already have your manifestation. Say you're manifesting your desired face; feeling it real would come with a feeling of just knowing that you have your DF and the scene that you repeat would actually feel real, not necessarily in a physical sense, but in a way that you know it to be true and you're not just imagining/wishing for it to be. So again, it's not about feeling physical sensations, it's more about feeling the emotions and thoughts that you would feel if you were actually experiencing your desires in the 3D.

For example, if you're manifesting being rich, imagine the emotions and feelings that being rich would give you. Would you feel happy? Comfortable? Secure? If you're manifesting a partner, what emotions would you feel being with them? If you're manifesting a vacation or a new phone or getting accepted into your desired university etcetc, imagine the emotions, thoughts, and feelings you would have if you were experiencing this right now.

Try not to be worried if you can't feel it real or it doesn't come easily to you at first. Tons of people manifest without feeling it real, myself and a lot of other loa blogs here included! It's not necessary, it's just another option that can help. It's another facet of knowing your desires already belong to you. Which... they do! Regardless of your doubts and fears, they belong to you. You already have them. This is partially why feeling it real works and also why it isn't technically necessary. It works because you're acknowledging that you already have it but it's also not necessary because you quite literally already have it, regardless of how you're thinking.

Common Questions

How do you use the SATS method to shift?

It's basically the same thing! Instead of visualizing/affirming something about a manifestation, you would just visualize/affirm your DR/WR.

Is visualizing necessary for the SATS method?

I answered this above but I want to say it again. Yes and no. Visualizing is one of the methods. That specific method is a visualization method. However, there are other methods that use this state that don't include visualization.

I know a lot of people like to say you don't need to visualize for the SATS method, and they're like... partially right. The state akin to sleep isn't a method itself, it's just a state of consciousness. There are hundreds of different things and methods you can do while in the state akin to sleep. However, the specific SATS method that most people talk about in loa and shifting circles is referring to one of Neville's methods which does include visualization as a major component. So no, you don't need to visualize while in SATS, but yes, visualization is part of that specific SATS method. I know it can get confusing, which is why there's so much debate about it. It's mostly semantics though and once you know that difference, it's a lot easier to understand these conversations and figure out something that works for you.

How do I get into SATS?

You can let yourself enter it naturally by sitting/laying in a comfortable position and calming yourself down. I have a post that gives a few different options for getting and staying relaxed.

Again, try not to overthink this! The state akin to sleep is literally just a state where one is completely relaxed (and could drift to sleep) but is still awake and aware of their thoughts. That's it! You don't have to be getting ready to sleep to enter SATS. If you've had one boring class, you've probably gotten into SATS during the day!

Is the SATS method necessary to manifest/shift?

No.

Can I move while in SATS?

Yes. This isn't the military - do whatever you want. No, you won't get knocked out of the state if you move.

What are other methods that use SATS?

Besides the ones mentioned above, one of Neville's other methods was feeling thankful; essentially feeling thankful for your life and for already having your desires while being in SATS (this one also employs the feeling of the wish fulfilled). I'm not sure if there's a name for it, but another one is to listen to music, subs, and/or waves that remind you of your manifestations/desired realities while in SATS. Again, there are other options, these are just some of the most common ones!

Do remember that the state akin to sleep is simply just a state and you can do literally whatever you want in it. You can make your own method that works better for you! Don't be afraid to just lie there and try something out.

Success Story

SO MANY OF MY MANIFESTATIONS HAVE BEEN COMING TO LIFE. I'm just sitting here in awe atp TT

Now many of the things I manifested are personal, aka getting rid of certain people, so I won't be talking about those, but for the others..

First of all, I finally, after years of convincing my subconscious that I was asocial and unable to make any friends, I worked on getting rid of that belief with robotic affs: I'm a social person. I'm very popular. I can connect with people easily. And guess what, I reconnected with one of my old friends.

But that wasn't enough, I needed a friend in my school to motivate me to go (school sucks without friends istg). So I just assumed I already had a friend in my sp's classroom (he's no longer an sp I lost interest TT). Not even a few days later after I made that assumption I started talking to this girl on Instagram who happens to be in the same class as him. And when I asked her to be friends, she literally acted surprised and told me "we're already friends, no?". THE PRECISION.

Off to the next thing I manifested. So again with old sp, I wanted something dramatic to happen so that we could always see each other in school because we literally only used to cross once every other month. At first I was planning on getting a friend in his class and always visiting her. But something crazier happened. Our school literally MERGED OUR CLASSES TOGETHER??? Now that was genuinely insane.

Okay now for the final one. This one is kinda crazy but I don't care cause I'm an attention seeker. So, I'm OBSESSED with being hospitalized. I love it so much, mainly the attention I get from it. So I made a little Pinterest board of hospital pictures and assumed that those pictures were mine. And, unsurprisingly, my old nodules grew back in my neck, and I'll be needing surgery to extract them out. Which basically means I'm getting hospitalized.

All of these happened this week so it's kind of crazy. Loa never misses.

Now what I will recommend is scripting. Scripting works INSANELY WELL. If you don't know what that is, it's basically writing a journal entry about your desire as if you have already gotten it and express your gratitude and whatever feeling you're desiring to feel from that. Of course you gotta speak in the present and past tense.

Another method I use is the yesterday method. Which is basically acting and affirming that you got your desire yesterday. "I got a new friend yesterday" "I got my sp yesterday" "I got my dream job yesterday" This method also works insanely well.
