💗If you want to lose weight or gain weight , do not focus on losing weight or gaining weight , focus on the weight which makes you feel good. Imagine , pretend , act as if you are already at your desired weight .

🍰FOOD IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR WEIGHT GAIN , have you seen people who are extremely skinny but they eat like a horse? How do they maintain their weight despite the fact they eat so much ? These people have the belief that no matter what or how much they eat , they will not gain weight . Remember the story I mentioned in my post on appearance change ? Abdullah ate whatever he wanted and it did not affect him at all .

💗To manifest your dream body , live in the end . Will you complain about your dream body or praise it everytime you see it ? Complaining is never useful ( unless you are complaining about your desires ) . You will never change if you are always complaining about how you do not have your desired body because you are focusing on the old story . Whatever we focus on , expands. Whatever story you will focus on and repeat the most , it will become dominant and manifest . Focus on the new story where you have your dream body . Do not give importance to the 3D , your imagination is more powerful than the 3D.

🍰You can choose to workout and follow diets but change the way you think about your body first. Whatever assumptions you persist in manifests. Here is an example from Solar 's Guide !

" Example : I lose weight by constantly thinking " I am so skinny " and assume every time I see my body , it is skinny . This assumption will harden into a fact and my subconscious only knows that I am skinny. '

Decide:

Okay, so you first need to decide what you want to manifest.

You want to live in a penthouse and in a Big mansion with your family or sp? you Can! You want to wake up in a magical world you created Guess what? Yes, you Can!

Do you want to wake up with your desired appearance from head to toe? Yes, you Can. And when I say you Can that means you're fucking limitless don't let anybody limit you, 'cause you’re the creator of your own reality, not theirs but yours, and you create the rules here!

throw logic out the window! cause it won’t get you anywhere if you still ask “if i can manifest that and that..”

Okay, so when you decide what you want to manifest you might wonder what will you do next?

Well, it's simple really. just decide that you already have it.

But how?

By simply deciding that you already have your desires/dream life in your 4D/imagination.

using methods:

Now you might need to use methods and by methods that means techniques that will help you achieve your desires and that make you fulfilled, you Can Also create your own method that suits you well.

Note: you don't need to do a certain method that everyone uses and that doesn’t resonate with you.

Then when you start affirming for your Desires or use methods to manifest your Desires you might encounter some issues with the 3d.

Things start going the opposite and you’ll start giving up and doubting yourself and the law.

And that when it comes to the important thing to do and it is called persisting.

Persist:

when you see things start going up the opposite way (in the 3d) and that is when you need to do your job by persisting in the idea of already having your desires in the 4d, by being consistent and stubborn in your assumption.

Hi! would you mind explaining more about manifesting the magical wand and door? (saw from an older post of yours). I have already been manifesting money, princess treatment, and clear skin so im curious on the ones like this!

hello dear!

you need to understand that manifesting unrealistic illogical things is normal and not impossible.

if you imagined it then it exists, there are many realities with that version of yourself that have it, many possibilities.

how do i manifest a magic wand and a magic door?

Now, it may seem that your brain won't be able to wrap its head around how you're going to manifest that magic wand and the magic door, but that doesn't matter because you do have it. Anything is possible.

Decide: Choose a picture that represents what your magic wand and door look like (you can look for it on Pinterest), and now decide that you have it. It's done; you have your magic wand and door right now because you decided to (just like you decided to send me your ask).

affirm: choose the affirmation that you feel comfortable to use, and that feels natural "I have a magic wand" "I already have a magic wand and I'm so happy that I have it! it's so fun to use it!" "I have a magic door that allows me to travel to any universe I want!"

persist: you know it's yours? then keep saying it's yours and that it's done, keep your loyalty to your assumption cause it's true.

I actually don't agree with 4D and 3D terms anymore, when you say you have it then you have it, end of the discussion, you don't need to worry about the imagination and reality thing, just believe and accept that you have it.

for the magic wand: think of how it is fun to use it and materializing and appearing things out of thin air and you can do with it everything.

for the magic door: think of how you can just say one word and the door appear in your room and when you open it, it gives off a glowing light and you step into it going to your desired universe.

that's all I can say, decide that you have it and move on, if you overcomplicate it you'll find yourself in a spiral and doubting yourself, sometimes keeping things simple is better.
