being a system is a disorder. your brain is not SUPPOSED to have alters. alters exist as a SURVIVAL MECHANISM. you can’t have alters and claim to be non disordered. did/osdd can’t form after childhood. you can’t have alters and claim that trauma didn’t cause it.

you have nonhuman alters

you have invisible disabilities

you have physical disabilities

you and your system are valid. no matter your situation or trauma you are valid and we're proud of you for making it this far and doing your best each day. we wholeheartedly wish the best for you all

no one person let alone any system is meant to fit in a box, whether you do or not match up to the "standard" system description youre still valid. youre still loved. youre still amazing.

after everything we've all gone through we all deserve some good things so we like making these posts every now and then to put some positivity in the community.
