I Know We (rightfully) Love To Hate On Writers Here In The Comics Fandom, But We Should Never Forget

Clint has such wasted potential. All that we know is that he's shy and that his life revolves around his job and Emily. I want to see more of him. Perhaps make a character arc where he haves to move on from his impossible crush with Emily and learns to be more open, possibly with the help of the farmer. He has so much wasted potential. He could even work as a bachelor. It could be fun to also give him more interests, imagine if he likes to make swords and has a hidden interest in combat but he's too shy to talk about it. CONCERNEDAPE MAKE HIM A GENTLE GIANT!!!!

The thing that particularly drives me nuts about the whole rap thing is that you could spend the rest of your life not listening to any rap at all and nobody would know. No one will ever quiz you. No one REALLY cares whether you, personally, listen to rap. People talking about cultural attitudes towards Black art are not thinking about you, specifically. Nobody is writing and going "And if Tumblr user so-and-so reads this they'll know I know they only listen to Broadway musicals and that I think they're a RACIST." I cannot fathom the kind of mindset required to see a discussion about the knee-jerk negative reaction people have towards rap and immediately turn that discussion into a confessional where you're like "I don't listen to rap but here are my specific and valid reasons why" like who the fuck are you and why should anybody care. Get over yourself!!

- don’t apologise if you don’t know english.

- yes, english is the most common language on the internet but you are not forced to know it perfectly.

- your own language is beautiful.

- non-english people make a huge effort to write in English everyday on this website.

- support non-english people and don’t make them feel bad if they do not know English. 

- actually support all the languages.

- spread more language diversity on Tumblr.

gotta be honest with you, i'm not too sure about this thing ppl say of "conservatives" being irrationally opposed to "trans people just existing" or whatever. i guess controversial take but no they actually have very concrete reasons to oppose bodily autonomy and the destabilization of sexual roles we represent considering their views on sex/gender and social reproduction overall actually. obviously we must oppose those views as they are 1. wrong and 2. oppressive but like. it's not like they just chose a random minority to hate. i mean otherwise why do you think it's specifically us.
