He called him "little beta" ONCE in the show and you guys just fucking ran with it 💔. The reason he said it wasn't to flirt with the guy, but to make him angry. He was literally trying to fight with him, to distract the hunters. So, no, Theo would not call him little wolf, especially if they aren't in a relationship already. If they are, then I call see it happening.
