The 2nd Amendment was written with the intention that the people have the same arms as the government.

“They only had muskets back then”… Yeah, same with the military.

List of rules NOT found in the 2nd Amendment

A tax of 200 Continental currency shall be paid to possess a musket shorter than 45”.

No more than 10 balls may be kept in a pouch.

Powder horns must be registered and may not carry over 10 balls worth of powder.

All muskets must be marked and recorded with name of owner.

The people many not furnish their muskets with slings, trigger guards, altered flintlocks, or brass buttplates, as these features will make the musket appear to be of military origin.

The people will be required to enter into a five fortnight long musket safety training.

A Priest must conduct an exorcism evaluation on anyone trying to obtain a musket.

If at anytime a criminal uses a musket in the commission of a crime, all law abiding Americans shall be found guilty. At this time, any political party may take your Right to bear muskets, by simply saying “nobody needs a musket”.

Non military citizens found in possession of military style garments will be referred to as “Chadwicks” or “Fat militia men”

Every invention, every industry and civilization as a whole may progress and evolve. Except for civilian owned firearms. After fighting a war against our own tyrannical government, it is our intent to make sure future Americans only have access to muskets, while the government of the future enjoy centuries worth of progress made by gun manufacturers.
