He would always hold it. There was nothing Stiles could do or say to stop him. This was it. Stiles married him, mated with him for the rest of his life. Derek killed and he would undoubtedly kill again.

Derek knew the moment he’d first seen Stiles, that he was it, as Kira liked to call it. His slim waist, his hips, his long neck and sharp face; that first day after watching him for hours he lay in bed, unable to sleep, with Stiles’ lips and eyes and his small fake smile not leaving his mind. He thought about Stiles all the time. Woke up and fell asleep thinking of him. The entire focus of his being shifted and centered on Stiles. Derek sometimes was baffled with himself, surprised that he was capable of feeling so much about another being. He was obsessed. He was fucking in love.
