Update : Did the bare frkn minimum I had to for tomorrow. This weekend was a complete mess—so much unproductivity and procrastination. Studied some math but didn’t finish it, but it's fine so I’ll just go through it tomorrow. My brain was not functioning today. bich was so slow
Also, turns out my chem test is tomorrow, and I haven’t touched it in two days. Still have a few topics left I've to touch, so planning on waking up early to study. If I don’t go through the numericals, I’m DONE for. I seriously do not plan on messing up on ANY of my tests this year bc I was lazy. I'd rather die. Just finished my eng hw, some notes and my chem worksheet and it’s already 1:30 am. I legit started at 11-12 ish ugh Planning to wake up at 4:30 am (fingers crossed.)
But on the bright-ish side I did do all the imp stuff and clean my room so I'm already feeling better. Gt work on my procrastination and laziness i cuz I'd be damned if I do the same shit this year.
Also, I'm kinda craving coffee—haven’t had it in over a month. No clue if it actually helps me stay awake, but I absolutely love the taste.

Day (2/30) of COLLAB CHALLENGE

Got my Bio test back—scored 15/20. Was expecting 16-17 so it kinda stung, but I wasn’t fully shocked either. Definitely humbling though, thought I had that chapter down, but clearly not.
Math test today too -_- there was one question I wasn’t sure about but I did do it right the first time and then changed it last minute. And now there’s a high chance my original answer was correct. UGH. Mood was off after that, but I remembered my Bio marks and that was all the motivation I needed.
What I got done ~
Blurted the whole of Bio ch 1 (SRIFP) for Sunday’s coaching test
Read the reader carefully
Did 150 questions in 40 mins (got 6 wrong—4 due to dumb rushing)
Submitted Thursday workbook Qs (mandatory pre-test stuff)
Was supposed to clear Chem backlog today but LOL no ✨ fully sleep deprived ✨
Skipping Chem for now, going straight to bed. Also have a Phy test on Sunday—same chapter as the lecture I haven’t finished. So fingers crossed it all somehow works out :'(

Was Lowkey dying from cramps today as well. It was such an unproductive day, and honestly, the cramps aren’t even an excuse at this point.
Anyways, attended my live lecture, did my math HW, and kinda revised for tomorrow’s chem test. Gonna wake a lil earlier so I can go through it again cuz I'm pretty sleepy rn. The plan for tomorrow is to finish off Lec 5 & 6 b4 attending Lec 7 live.
I haven’t made proper notes since Lecture 3 😭. The given lecture notes are there, but I know I’ll miss stuff if I don’t write them myself… except it takes SO long and I don’t have the time. Ig I'll have to finish it all off on the weekend ༼;´༎ຶ ༎ຶ༽

Let me give you, the internet, and mostly myself, some executive function advice.
Sometimes, when you find yourself somehow unable to do a thing you need or want to do, one issue might be that your brain has subconsciously tacked on extra tasks, and those tasks are making the whole thing too overwhelming!
Tl;dr: don't do that!
For example, I like to track the books I read and I've been meaning to add a few books I've recently finished. But my brain has added that I should also write a review, and the exact dates I read them (which I can't even remember) and oh by the way I should finish moving my stuff over to storygraph and before I know it that 1 task has turned into 4! And my executive functioning says no.
In fact, while I was getting the idea to write this post, my brain went "wouldn't it be nice to also write a post about y and tag them all properly and go back through my posts and find all mental health posts and tag those too" and wouldn't you know it. 4 tasks.
Discard those extra tasks. Don't even write them down. They don't matter. Strip it down to the 1 task you started with and only do that.
Sure, you won't have achieved some theoretical better end result but that end result was never gonna happen anyway. It was paralysing you from getting the initial task done. And maybe once that initial task is done, you can get to one (1! not 4!) additional task. Later. Not now.
Half-assing is better than no-assing.

Heyy y'all 👀 I'm back !! In the past couple of days, lowkey kinda crashed out and got sick for the second time (like come onnnn it's barely been a month !!) but yeah I'm back (again).
Didn't go to school yesterday so competed all of yesterday's notes (bio+phy+math) there were so much notes like wtf . Obv didn't record my note writing sessions on ypt
Chem vid on the first few topics of electrochemistry cuz I was absent yesterday and so fkrn lost in class today
Math hw (ex.1 of relations & functions)
Got some non study related things done as well :D (also, I'm a prefect now YAAAAY)
All in all, not the most productive of days but a good one :)

I'm just a girl in her last year of school time flies so fast wth preparing for NEET (an entrance exam to get into med school in India) trynna survive. I started this blog to document my journey, hold myself accountable, and stay consistent—cuz God knows I need to.
A little about my journey so far:
- Joined an online coaching institute in 11th and, well… fucked around and as a result have the whole 11th syllabus as backlog🤡
Sooo basically, my plan/goals are to:
» Stay consistent with my 12th-grade coaching (attending live lectures, tests, workbooks, the whole deal)
» Slowly cover my 11th-grade backlog (maybe a lecture each day— not sure yet..)
» Crack NEET on my first attempt and secure a govt. medical seat.

Bio test went pretty okay. Pretty sure I made a very dumb mistake but hey, wouldn’t be me if I didn’t, right?
Was way too tired to read the chapter last night, so I did a quick read-through on the bus this morning.
Watched Lecture 1 & 2 of Haloalkanes and Arenes today—trying to catch up on my backlog since I missed classes for like a week and a half (we’re not gonna talk about it).
Note to self: Try starting studying by 4:00 pm (cuz hopefully that'll give me more time to study.)
Also wanted to start working out again but was too tired (ironic, I know that’s exactly why I should be moving). Classic me.
No tests tomorrow though, so that’s a relief :)

Update: Change of plans—had to go to the doctors again (the waiting was like 2 hours, I swearrr). Ended up reading MRP, FRP, and gametogenesis because there was literally nothing else to do lol. And there were only 5 people before us??
Now I’ve got 30 minutes left of the chem lecture to finish, so I’ll wrap that up and then crash because it’s already 23:30 💀. I’ll do the notes for it tomorrow, I guess. Planning to do chem and bio revision for school in the morning.
Thinking of dedicating my mornings to school stuff (apart from homework, which I’ll do right after I’m home) and keeping the rest of the day for coaching/NEET prep. Let’s see how this goes :)
