How you ask me to trust, after you destroyed my heart. Kevan Hom Art on same-z
Patrick Stewart dancing and singing on the bridge of USS Enterprise-D. Originally filmed in 1991 as a birthday suprise for Gene Roddenberry, it wasn't meant for public viewing but a copy was made and later included as a DVD bonus.
Life is worth it. It might have its worth hidden in small corners where you wouldn't look for it. You can find it in a book, a poem, a painting, a song. You can find meaning again in a stranger's kind actions, you can find it by being kind to a stranger because you have the meaning to do so. It is hidden in conversations you have with the ones you love, in between messages that convey how much they care for you while you allow yourself to be loved. You can pick up a hobby and find your life's meaning in it. You can find hope in a child playing with their toys. You can find meaning by helping an animal, your community, by connecting with nature and society again. It's in the little things. Don't wait around for an epiphany, a miracle or a revolutionary act. You have to search for them on the smaller things, on life's details, on living the present moment instead of thinking about living it. Then, you will see something that makes your day and allows you to keep going. Then, you hold on to life with all your heart. Hold on.
Rest in Peace, Donald Sutherland.
