adult blackinnon just hits different, you know?
the tragedy of regulus arcturus and the comedy of sirius orion
ac: insntatt on ig/tt (please go leave a like, she’s a dearest friend of mine)
this is exactly why i think they would’ve have drifted apart if she would’ve survived. even best case scenario where sirius isn’t related to her not being with her family, sirius doesn’t fully get it. he might have mourn who his brother might’ve turn up to be in different circumstances after he died, but it’s not the same. it’s no enough to reach to marls in the depths of her grief. and it’s not their fault ughhh.
I have so many favorite hc for blackinnon, but my all-time favorite is Sirius having a bad feeling the night Marlene dies and telling her not to go home, to spend the night in his house, to stay together-- but Marlene thinks he is being paranoid and goes to visit her home, and ends up dying there with her family. I just love the idea that Sirius lives with the regret that only if he insisted more, maybe that wouldn't have happened.

McGonagall is convinced either they’re going to maim themselves or she’s going to have an aneurism over their antics someday.
Fully believe they would have had the MOST shenanigans. They’ll just spend all their time in detention together anyway.

honestly i agree with everything.
all this fluff overload unlocked a scene i picture in my mind a while back. astra might get her fluffly one shot after all (though i’ll have to work hard not to turn into angst cause that’s my weakness 😬)
Sirius will literally have his hand in Marlene's back pocket at all times. They're standing casually talking to their friends and he slips his hand into the pocket of her jeans. He's standing so close to her that nobody notices he's doing it. It's simutaneously the most innocent and most erotic thing
florence pugh playing yelena romanoff with her russian accent gives so much vibes of dark!marlene.
