So we can all agree that at some point Jeremy is gonna ride Jeans motorcycle. I want a moment of Jeremy being nervous beforehand while Jean is going over basic safety and communication, but Jeremy is just not paying attention, so Jean does that super hot, grab the chin of the helmet maneuver, making him look up and saying something like "pay attention" or "listen to me" and Jeremy is just immediately weak in the knees like 'oh fuck, he can get hotter.' And I NEED Jean to notice, to see his eyes go wide and his face get red because the amount of times Jean has grabbed Jeremys chin, this is going to be the moment that gets them both.
I feel like I am the only one worried about this

I am very relieved that everyone is, for the most part, okay. However, I feel like they are getting set up for something bad to happen. Not only do they have a long journey ahead of them but Logan is their long distance defense. He has saved them a number of times and now he can't see. Ben is their strongest (in debate 😂) and has a sprained wrist. They are all beat up, covered in bruises. (I think it was Tyler who said his ribs hurt) I just feel like they are going to get into a situation where they can't protect themselves because their usualdefenses have been weakened. Maybe I am just paranoid but Im not fully relieved yet.
RIP this pannel of Jeremy
I had JUST finished coloring it then my computer crashed and that entire frame is gone, the only proof of its existence is this very incomplete picture I sent me sister 😭😭😭
The idea of them dancing is so sweet! Jeremy teaching Jean to two step, Jean fumbling around but enjoying it anyway. Jeremys laughter as he twirls himself in Jeans arms AHH my babies!!
Hear me out
After Jeremy properly moves in with them, the floozies have days when they put music on and have a "special" dinner. Cat, Laila Jean and Jeremy invite the rest. Jean and Cat are obviously the one's who cook. Cody' chatting with them in tge kitchen. Cat put her special playlist on, Laila turns the volume up Xavier, Nabil, Min, Ananya, Laila and Jeremy are just dancing around together. Xavier makes Nabil do swirls. Cody & Cat occasionally sings together when Cat is not occupied that much with preparing the dinner. And they do an OUTSTANDING performance of "The thrill of first love". Jean likes those special dinners, loves looking at the others having fun. Family - he thinks. His head is even movibg with the rythm of music automatically. He doesn't even notce it but Jeremy does. So Jeremy goes up to Jean streched his hands in fron of him. Jean frowns confused but put's his palms into the other man's. Jeremy puts his arm around Jean's waist and leads them into a dance. Jean is tense at first, moves a little akwardly but Jeremy helps him relax. And they dance together. After the song finishes they stop dancing the others are cheering for them, Cat calls them to help her prepare the table. Jeremy kisses Jean on the cheek. And Jean grabs his chin and gives him a kiss on the mouth.
Thats my vision. God I love the floozies.
I did it 👉👈
I know that everyone wants Jeremy to help Jean get over his fear of water. I know cannonically thats what is most likely to happen, however hear my out on my hc's that I think are reasonable.
TGR spoliers big time:
Ten steps back, it has been hinted at that Jeremy might crash his car. I believe that this is completely within reason and I can see it happening in the next book. 1. He has fallen asleep at the wheel more than once. 2. They worried about his constant lack of sleep and how much he has on his plate. 3. The apartment being even further than before 4. He is doing even more than previous years Ex: learning french, studing for LSAT (is that the correct abbreviation?? Law!) And 5. Teaching Jean how to be a whole human being on so many levels. Man's exhusted. So I can definitely see him crashing. Now the severity of this may very, if its late or raining or a million other things to make it worse. My brain is stuck on him flipping over a guard rail, but any type of crash can cause major injury which leads us to where this post is supposed to be. Jeremy crashing the car and everyone going to pick him up from the hospital. Maybe he even is unconscious when they get there and has all these machines, stuff Jean has never seen, he doesnt know what any of this does, he never got real medical help. So of course hes worried, his partner is breathing through a tube. A day or two later they bring him home (after heavy convincing, his mother lets him stay with the girls for the sake of making it to classes on time) Jeremy is benched for at least 5 weeks, concussion, sprains, pulled mucsles, etc. Day three of being out of the hospital and he feels disgusting. Painstakingly making his way to the bathroom to shower, Jean follows him, hovering his hands out in case he stumbles. Jeremy lets him help, leaning on Jean as he hobbles into the bathroom, but Jean doesnt leave when Jeremy turns on the water. A moment of awkward staring at each other, Jean asks if he needs help. Of course Jeremy is embarrassed, a little ashamed and wanting to do it alone out of spite, but Jean insists he could fall, benching himself longer, so he lets him help. Its awkward and neither know where to put their hands, Jeremy tries to wash himself at first, letting Jean keep him steady, but the sore muscles make it hard to clean his hair, so they switch. Jeremy holds at Jeans shoulders as Jean scrubs soap into his scalp. Jean stays as far out of the spray as he can, occasionally wiping the water off his face, but hes focused on helping his partner get better. It doesnt matter that hes scared because Jeremy is hurt and its miserable watching him struggle. Of course some of the fear is stomped out by the adoration and hunger he gets from the way Jeremy closes his eyes and contently hums at how Jean rinses out the soap. How can he be scared when Jeremy is using him as a crutch, tan freckled skin and blonde hair under his hands. The need to help his partner override the fear.
RAH I am so temped to actually write a fanfiction about this because it could be at least 4 chapters. ANYWAY, not sorry for more JereJean posts :D
The thing about writing is we’re taught to write in a very specific way as children that is deemed as the “correct” way. And it’s so important to have those fundamentals — to know how sentences are constructed and what is proper paragraph structure and to become familiar with grammar. Those are essential building blocks.
But because schools have to focus on essay writing and technicalities and whatever is needed for the latest standardized test, it’s often the only way we learn how to write when there’s so many ways to write. There’s technical writing, journalistic writing but also editorial writing, copywriting, letter writing, free writing … to infinity and beyond.
We often don’t explore creative writing in an academic setting until later in life when we seek it out (or never at all in most cases). And while there’s guides for these looser types of writing, as well, it’s important to know you can just say FUCK ALL and bastardize the rules that were beat into your brain by red pens all your life.
Make up words. A paragraph can be one sentence, one word, or a whole damn monologue. Run-on sentences can be a style choice. Make a chapter one line. Use capitalization however you see fit. Start sentences with conjunctions. Be abstract in imagery. Forget commas exist and keep using ‘and’ instead (<- my favorite). Fragments can be fire. Create your own voice in the remnants of a burned language.
Learning the rules also means knowing how and when to break them. So break them to tell your story the way you want.
Andrew has been particularly bored this game, they are tied for the third time in a row, yet nothing interesting has happened in the first half of the game. Taking their small rest of halftime, Neil approaches him with a smile that tells Andrew hes plotting something.
"What." Andrew gives him a curious glare as he sits down on the bench beside him.
"Shut down the goal." Neil demands blankly.
"And why would I do that." Immediately pissed off by this, Andrew gets ready to walk off, but Neil says something that makes him reconsider.
"If you do, that little corner store on the way to the dorm. I'll buy you everything you can carry." Neil stares at him with a look that says he already knows the answer, even though Andrew hasnt said or done anything, so he walks away without changing that.
The game starts again and Andrew defends the goal as if its sacred. 32 shots made and not a single one passes him, nothing is going to come between him and his seemingly endless stash of sweets. The rest of the Foxes are greatfully astonished, having no idea why Andrew suddenly kicked it up three gears.
Neil does as agreed, following Andrew around the convinent store as he fills his hoodie pocket, then his pants pockets, the hood itself, over filling his arms and tucking things in every possible location until Neil is certain he will start dropping things.
"Okay, youve already broken rules. You have enough." Neil chuckle as him barely able to see his face buried under the mountain of candy and ice cream.
"And what rules do you think Ive broken rabbit?" Andrew tilts his head with an intrigued glare.
"You filled your pockets. Thats not holding it."
"You said carry. Its on my person and I am carrying it. Buy up."
Rolling his eyes, Neil waits as Andrew awkwardly shuffles a fourth bag of skittles into his sleeve.
After another few minutes of him picking out his remaining choices, they go to the counter, the cashier a young woman wraring an mixed expression of 'what the fuck' and impressed. Before Andrew can start dropping it all on the counter, the click of a camera goes off. Andrew turns to Neil, anger overtaking his face. Another click. Neil lowers his phone as he pulls out his wallet.
"Youre insufferable." Andrew drops whats in his arms and digs the rest out of his sleeves, pockets and hood.
"What percent am I at now?"
"110%"
"Thats not even mathematically possible." Neil grumbles, but he smiles still.
Once they are back to the dorm, neil saves the photo of Andrew looking pissed with 300$ worth of candy in his arms as his phones background.
Andrew changes it to a picture of his middle finger two days later.
Ok, so I've watched Link Click a few times now. And one thing I don't think it really explains is how Lu guang sees the photo. Cxs basically possesses the person who took it so does Lu guang see it only as the photographer sees it. This bit confuses me but I think I get it. My main question, if the person he is watching the past through goes to sleep or is unconscious in those twelve hours, would be not able to see similar to when the little boy was knocked out? This could get them in trouble, right? Lu guang couldnt see what was going on and cxs dives and wakes up to investigate and all hell could break loose and Lu Guang couldn't fix or guide cxs through any of it because he doesn't know. But theres also how protective he is, he may just not let cxs dive because they have no idea what could happen.
Just an idea of what I mean: A client comes in asking if they could find his daughter. He gives a picture of her off her social media from the day she went missing.
Lu guang looks through it and 4 hours in, everything goes black and nothing can be seen throughout the rest of the photo. However near the last 2 hours, he can hear talking. Cheng decides he wants to dive and manages to convince Lu guang.
After he get knocked out as the missing girl, Lu guang continues to talk to him, eventually waking him up earlier than original. Hes blindfolded and the room is silent and cold. Hes tied up. He can't clap, he can't see, and he has no idea where he is. And Lu guang doesn't know what is going to happen.
Hours pass and Cheng is unable to break free. And eventually the talking starts. A low mumbling from multiple people approaching the room he's held captive in. The twelve hours is almost up. Cheng is starting to panic but wants to get some kind of information.
"What are you, cowards? Too afraid to show your face to your victim?" His voice is shaky but hes determined to see at least the smallest amount. He ignores Lu guang calls to not escalate the situation. His blindflod gets ripped off. And he can see their faces. The small garage they are in. Time is almost out, only a moment left. He looks up and sees the barrel of a gun and feels the bullet hit him at the same moment time runs out. He falls back next to Lu guang in a pure panic. The feeling of a bullet running through his brain causes him to break down into a full panic attack, lashing out as Lu guang tries to comfort him.
"Breath, your safe. Your home. I got you." Cheng calms down enough for lu guang to pull him into a hug "I didn't know, Im so sorry"
I’m going to casually drop this here and pretend I’m not embarrassed with myself 😅 I wrote a Kevaaron fic that is VERY sexual, anyway!
I want Jean to crash out in a way that nearly hospitalizes someone
I want Jeremy to crash out in a way that nearly hospitalizes himself
Jean deserves to finally be allowed to be angry, to feel the hatred and disgust of everything he has been through, I want him to finally be able to fight for himself
I want Jeremy to stop hiding, to stop pretending everything will just be okay, I want him to be able to feel the sorrow and heartbreak that he is trying so hard to avoid
Let them feel what they are suppressing
