Hello, I'm new to this app and the community too. I have some questions and I really see you as someone who can help me... That is, if you want to.
Lately in the last two months I've been feeling closer than ever to having the "click" to change my perception. I know a lot of things, but I prefer to just follow the simple. Just... I know my doctor is with me, I visualize/imagine myself "there", I imagine many things. I also know that dreams and imagination itself are also forms of shifting. It's just... This thing with perception really bothers me internally, but I try not to pay too much attention to it so as not to give the boost that this negative feeling wants. Keep faking it until you don't have too, right? That's what I do. I just need to talk about it. I'm having doubts whether I should just persist in what I already do and eventually the perception will finally change. I don't know if by "forcing" it so much I'm maybe grounding myself here or if this only happens if I think it can happen...
"Yesterday" I visualized it quite a bit, with great intensity i think. At a moment when I didn't realize it, I ended up falling asleep out of nowhere... Like a blackout, but I woke up in the cr... I woke up confused, it seemed like a lot of time had passed and it really had!!! I was listening to an audio about my dr. I think the audio itself helped me "feel" it more. I'm not sure how much time passed when I started but when I woke up suddenly the audio was already at the end. I'm sure I shifted and I'm sure I've shifted to two other realities. I literally have the confirmation of that. The problem is that I never seem to be able to stay "awake" to see everything, you know? I mean, if I'm "there" it seems like everything goes black or I forget everything. I don't know if it has something to do with perception or if I'm having a blackout wave. I don't know how to make it stop so I can stay "awake there". I really feel like I'm shifting, but I'm having trouble staying awake there and experiencing it all.

like you said, its better to stick to the “simple” which is what you already know, just try not to overstimulate your brain with too much knowledge because that’s what creates resistance.
let me give you two examples to show you what i mean when i say “the simple is what you already know”
1. when youre not trying to shift to your dr and you go to bed at night you dont count down from 100, you dont try to stay still, you dont set an intention, or maybe you do, my point is that you’re not ACTIVELY trying to shift — you still do though. you’re still going to wake up in your cr whether you do everything i mentioned or not, because you just know you will. thats the attitude you need to have when shifting to your dr and i know it’s hard but if you have to practice anything then i’d say it’s that, rather than setting an intention etc
2. you know how when you’re in your dr all you need to do to is think of your cr or say your safeword and you shift back immediately? why cant that happen vise versa? well, it can, you just have to decide that that you can shift to your dr as fast as you leave your dr.
i know a lot of us have a hard time believing that we’re in our dr’s but the good thing is, you dont have to! you can acknowledge your 3d of course, you dont have to act delusional and pretend you’re in your dr because we know that 3d = past assumptions.
the key here is to remind yourself that the 4d — your thoughts, your feelings and assumptions, THAT’S your reality. acknowledge your 3d and dont get affected by it, since that’s the result of your old assumptions, right? persist in aligning your assumptions with your dr no matter what the 3d is showing you!
now let me answer your question,
you dont have to stay awake to feel the shift happen, as long as you truly feel it, imagine it, believe it, it WILL happen whether you’re awake or asleep. if you adopt that mindset it will become a lot easier for you because once again you’re the one who makes the rules. some people say before they shifted they experienced what you said you experienced, others simply close their eyes and wake up there, don’t force the shift to happen in the way you want it to because no one knows how it will happen!

alright, listen up and hear me loud and clear. stop holding yourself back, stop consuming so much media to the point where you overwhelm your brain. you really think that you have to do sooo many things or think a certain way in order to shift? really?? you’re creating unrealistic expectations and making shifting something that its not. before you knew of the term you were still doing it, you didn’t need methods, subliminals etc, so why do you think you need them to shift now? bc you’re shifting to a fictional place? bc it seems too good to be true? bs. that reality you want to shift to is as real and as important as the one you’re in rn.
— what to do; imma hold your hand when i say this because i really don’t think most of you understand how important this is.. take. a. break. take a break and START OVER, really start over, unlearn everything. if you would just stop persisting on something that clearly doesn’t work for you and you’d focus on what shifting ACTUALLY is and not what you’ve made it out to be in your head you would have already shifted.
why do you think those who know nothing about shifting and aren’t even really interested in it (we all know someone like that), succeeded on their first try? maybe because they didn’t freak out about the “how” and “when” or maybe because they didn’t research for information on every platform that exists..
i took a year long break (not saying you have to as well) and it honestly helped so much. i have created a new mindset after 3 years of trying and at that point i was tired of knowing so much about this topic yet still “failing” every time, so i looked for ways i could make it easier for myself. after i sat down and thought of what the ideal way to shift would be for me, i tried shifting once after that break without having any expectations and felt closer than ever to my dr.
im sure you’ve heard this a bunch of times but i don’t think you’re really listening. shifting is a personal journey, what works for others may not work for you. discover what aligns with you and apply that. stop listening to what others do that help them shift and taking it for granted. yes you can get inspired by them but please remind yourself that all you truly need to shift is your brain, it really is that simple. “but i’ve tried everything, nothing works” okay, you’ve tried everything, so how does trying absolutely nothing sound to you? pretty exciting huh? no method is the best method and i stand by that.

you know how when you wake up from a dream, and for a split second you don’t remember where you are??? that’s the glitch. that’s the feeling we’re aiming for. the in-between. the cognitive lag. the loading screen flicker.
you don’t have to do anything. just sit there. or lay. still. soft. weightless. feel your body like it’s not yours. like you’re wearing it the way you wear a coat.
step two : gaslight yourself lovingly. . . ౨ৎ
you’re not thinking “how do i shift?” or “am i getting close?” because you already shifted and you just forgot. you say to yourself. . .
◞ i already shifted. i just forgot. ◞ i’ve been there this whole time. ◞ i don’t have to go anywhere. i’m already there. i just need to remember.
this is not a question. this is a fact. and your brain? your silly little reality-clinging brain? it will start panicking. it will try to prove to you that you are still here. it will start grasping at straws.
let it. let it fumble. let it glitch. don’t fight it. just keep repeating. i already shifted. i just forgot.
step three : watch reality collapse. . . ౨ৎ
how do you know this isn’t the dream? how do you prove you’re still in your cr? your mind will not be able to answer. it will spiral and then… it will give up. it will short-circuit and the illusion will start to fray at the edges. the cracks will spread. and then? oh. moment. oh. you remember. not "go." not "arrive." just remember. you were always there. you never had to try.
step four : the void // your dr ??? you were IN IT THE WHOLE TIME. . . ౨ৎ
the void is not a place. it is the default state. you are already there.
the only reason you think you’re not in the void is because your brain is obsessed with the illusion of reality. this method forces it into a logical trap.
◞ how do you know you’re not in the void? ◞ how do you prove this isn’t a dream? ◞ what if you just forgot?
and because your brain cannot disprove it, the illusion shatters. and poof. you’re there. floating. weightless. infinite.
step five : do whatever you want. . . ౨ৎ
◞ if you want to affirm something, affirm it. ◞ if you want to shift, set your intention and let yourself go. ◞ if you want to just float in the void and absorb the infinite nothingness, you can.
there is no next step because the void is not about doing. it’s about being.
and that’s it. that’s the whole thing. no trying, no reaching, just a little oh. moment. go play in the dreamscape. you were never here anyway.

what do you do with the 3d?
let's clear the floor. let's slit it open tile by tile. let's sweep the shards into our palms and try again. let me rip the carpet up while we're at it, dig my hands into the marrow of the matter and ask, what are we doing with the 3d, really. are we making it our girl friday or our ghost. are we ignoring the curtain or stepping through it. the question is, do you even recognise what you're looking at.
but let's step back. what is the 3d, anyway. physical reality. consensus hallucination. not sacred, not sinful. not a riddle to be solved nor a cage to be broken. just a card in the deck, drawn with shaky hands. the one everyone agrees to pretend is real. you can treat it like an omen, if you want. or a person you absolutely abhor. but don't mistake it for the author. it's only ever the copy, the imprint, or the last known address of a belief. yesterday's ink on today's page, and even that can smudge.
because everyone has an answer and most of them feel like used tissues. soggy with someone else's satori. should we ignore the 3d. befriend it. spit at its feet like it called us boring. the answers all sound like someone else's language. someone else's idea of what devotion is. someone else's diagram of control. and most of them are at war with nuance.
the 3d is your echo. it's a feedback loop, a dog who learnt the tricks you taught it. it moves like you do. it learns what you reward. it listens to what you repeat. it's not speaking, it's mouthing back. and yes, it has weight. like wet fabric or a hospital corridor. it has textures. grit. gravity. but weight is not truth. it's just density. what you believe has mass. not because it's real, but because you've given it rehearsal time, memorised the script, built sets around it, fed it from your own bowl.
so here's what the 3d is: a tarot card. upright or reversed, depending on the day. never the deck itself, never the hand that shuffles. it's a reading, not a sentence. a reflection, not a law. its power is borrowed. it's never permanent. it's never personal. it is what you thought yesterday, blinking back at you in today's light. you don't have to ignore it. you don't have to kneel at its altar, either. the 3d can be your chorus girl or your case study. it doesn't mind. it has no ego. it doesn't need to win. it just needs something to reflect. and if you change your face, it will too.
treat it how you want. name it. reframe it. pin it to the wall or forget it in a drawer. pet it like a cat or argue with it like a brother. none of it matters. what matters is remembering that it follows you. it always does. not because it loves you. because it has no other choice.
just remember: the card is not the future. it's a translation. and all translations are subject to error, to bias, to mood. the 3d isn't fact. it's rendering. if you want a different reading, shuffle again.
it's a ghost. and it only haunts what you've already abandoned.
little disclaimer, this is what works for me because it's what i genuinely believe in. it's called a shifting journey because it's up to you to explore what works for you and what doesn't.
after years of practicing the law of assumption i could experience with my own eyes what everyone says online: reality really is malleable, i'm the one that gets to shape it.
how does that work? we all know that persisting = hardening it into a fact. when you persist on an assumption, you'll perceive it as the truth, becoming the reality. in other words — the only reality is what we decide to perceive as reality.
if you perceive yourself as weak, insecure, ugly, poor, etc, that's your reality. if you perceive yourself as kind, confident, beautiful, rich, whatever your desire might be, there you go.
and why? because we are pure consciousness. we are not our physical body.

right, so what did i do to help me manifest 10 times faster and progress a lot in my shifting journey? i detached myself from my body and from reality in general.
i understood i am simply consciousness and this body is not me, it's a reflection of what i perceive as me. i achieved a mindset that i'm not bound to this body, i'm not chained to it.
anytime i manifest something, i'm simply shifting to a reality where i have my desire. simple as that.
it's funny because because every since i was a kid i had these moments where i looked at myself in the mirror and questioned "is this really me?". i spent so much time living inside my mind that i barely acknowledged my body...
same thing when detaching from reality —
many shifters might have the feeling that when getting to their desired reality, it'll be too easy to come back, way too easy. as if a simple thought about this reality will immediately bring your consciousness here again. like there's a magnet in this reality that will pull you back any instant.
this might be because you still don't fully understand how real your desired reality is. however, i do want you to have that feeling about your cr. understand that there's no magnet here or anywhere, you're the one who decides. you're the one that chooses what to perceive. this reality is merely temporary, just as shapable as your dr.
please note that you do not NEED to detach in order to shift/manifest. it's not a mandatory requirement because there's no such thing when it comes to shifting. there's no step-by-step. (i've said this like 10 times..)
to achieve this mindset, what i did was simply affirm until it became second nature to me, like common knowledge. i implemented it into my daily life, for example, i'd take a completely random moment throughout the day and look around, really observing everything around me and understanding: this is all what i choose to perceive. i'm in control. i'm not chained to this body, i don't belong to it. i'm what i choose to be. reality is only what i decide. etc...
i became really detached to everything. it's freeing, honestly. once i started living with this belief i was less anxious, focusing more on the little things of life instead of being in constant alert mode.

day 1:
hachi spends her first day scrolling through some of her favorite bloggers posts; a little bit after she scrolls through “#void state” and “#pure consciousness” after a few minutes she comes across a post that reminds her of her power and how she can induce the void state like literally R I G H T N O W now hachi is ready and excited to induce pure consciousness, so she lays down and goes through a flow of instructions and BOOM she is now and her most natural and pure form, which some know as pure consciousness, the void state, I am state, or whatever you wanna call it. now if you thought the following while reading hachi’s journey, you do not understand what it means to be god.
-if you thought that hachi’s journey sounds too fake or too unrealistic because she induced her purest form on the first day of finding out about it, you do not understand.
- if you feel bad now that your journey is longer than hachi’s you do not understand, it doesn’t matter if it’s been two weeks since you’ve been on your journey or if it’s been 4+ years it does not matter at all.

now for the curious people who are wondering, “what did hachi do to induce the void state so fast????”:
step 1: recognize your truth
𓂃⋆ the first step is realizing the most important truth: you are god. you are not a body, not a mind, not tied to any rules or limits. you are pure consciousness—infinite, powerful, limitless. there is no separation between you and the universe because you are the universe. everything flows from you. the void state isn’t something outside of you—it’s within you, always has been.
step 2: it’s already yours
𓂃⋆ the void isn’t something you need to “enter.” there’s no effort, no struggle. it’s instant. you are already there because you are it. time doesn’t exist in the void; it dissolves the moment you recognize your infinite nature. don’t overthink it. you don’t have to do anything special. the void is your natural state—limitless potential, pure being. just by knowing this, you’re already connected to it.
step 3: let go of limitations
𓂃⋆ close your eyes if you want, but know it’s not even necessary. all limits, all beliefs, all stories are illusions. they don’t define you. in this moment, drop everything that tells you who you are “supposed to be.” you are beyond all of that. realize the simplicity of it: there’s no need to fight or overcome anything. just let it go. you’re already infinite.
step 4: feel the stillness
𓂃⋆ once you let go of everything, there’s only stillness. this stillness is you. it’s not the absence of movement—it’s the presence of infinite potential. in this space, there’s no need to question, doubt, or analyze. you don’t need to “try” to reach the void, because you’re already embodying it. the moment you stop chasing it, you realize you were already there.
step 5: exist as pure consciousness
𓂃⋆ in the void, you are pure consciousness, untouched by the world, unshaped by time or space. you are everything and nothing at once. feel this—you are the creator of all, and yet, you are perfectly still. this state is simple, yet profound. you don’t have to do anything to maintain it. just be aware of your own infinite nature.

i , assume. this is the whole thing. everything else is decoration. assume what you want is already real. not coming, not pending, not "in progress." real. here. done. the moment you assume it, it exists. there is no gap between thought and reality.
ii , persist. this is where most people trip. they assume, then check the mirror every five minutes, looking for signs, looking for proof. but a mirror reflects what you believe to be true, not what you’re begging to see. you persist in the assumption. not because you’re forcing anything, but because you understand this is how reality works. you wouldn’t assume gravity is real, then spend the rest of the day doubting it. same rules apply.
iii , let it unfold. no micromanaging. no checking the tracking number. no pacing back and forth wondering if you did it right. assumption is not about force. it is not about effort. it is not a request. assume, persist, and let reality adjust. it always does. . . . but what then? iv , live it. you don’t wait for confirmation to breathe. you don’t wait for a written notice that the sky is still in place. stop waiting. start being. reality does not need you to second-guess it. it already knows what to do. assume, persist, and step into it.
Please, please understand that an assumption isn't forced or something you have to "try" to believe because it's just something you accept as true without question. You don't wake up every day wondering if you have a name, if the sky is blue or if gravity works. You just know with certainty. That's how conscious manifestation works. You decide something IS true and of course it reflects like every other assumption. You need to ACTUALLY assume you have something to get it please don't pretend or hope. A real assumption isn't forced, it's something you accept as fact without needing proof. If you say you assumed something but then claim it didn't happen you didn't actually assume it lol. You either doubted it, contradicted it or held another assumption alongside it. You assuming is NOT a technique and it's not something you "do" to get something.
The reason some people treat creating an assumption like it's a technique is because they think if they repeat it enough their mind will suddenly be tricked into believing it. That's NOT how an assumption works. An assumption is just accepting something as fact. If you're trying to "convince" yourself you're admitting you don't actually accept it as true. Come on… your mind is not stupid. It knows when you're forcing something versus when you genuinely accept it as reality (assume it). You need to be so certain that questioning isn't even an option and idc if other people disagree because who questions an assumption? An assumption is something you accept as true without proof go search it up. You must stay firm. It's not hoping, testing or checking for results it's about knowing aka accepting it as a fact. When you truly assume something it becomes your reality instantly. Reality will always reflect your truth.
So how do you truly accept something as true? It's actually simple but people overlook because they think taking time to face what's holding them down will waste their time. It's better to find out why you're finding it difficult and address it instead of staying stuck in a loop forever.
You need to find out what is preventing you from accepting your own word as the truth. Why don't you trust your own word as a fact? If you tell yourself "I have my desire" but deep down you're doubting or waiting or looking for proof then ask yourself "why don't I trust myself?" What thoughts are making you second guess your own reality? Is it because you're treating the physical world as more real than your own assumptions? Is it because you think that the physical world is the reason why you think you don't have what you want, when in reality it's because you assumed it first for it to reflect? Did you forget that reality is a mirror of your assumptions? Could it be you're looking at your circumstances and saying ughhh this is what's happening instead of actually understanding that what's happening is just a reflection of what you have been assuming up until this moment? Or maybe you've placed your power outside of yourself right? You believe circumstances or external factors hold weight in your manifestation rather than realising that NOTHING is set in stone and the only thing dictating your reality is your current assumption right? Maybe you think you have to do something and this is far too simple?
Figure it out and actually just spend time with yourself to pin point where you are struggling. Stop running away from your problems and address the reason why you can't accept your word as the truth. Remind yourself of the basics of the Law if you need to.
Now ask yourself what are you ACTUALLY assuming? Look at you telling yourself "Oh I'm affirming for my SP" and that being reflected back: you affirming for your SP. Look at you treating the concept of "just decide" like another method or technique to get to your desire and that being reflected in your reality: you in the process of using "just decide" like a technique to manifest. See how perfect the Law is? It's reflecting exactly what you're assuming. You're seeing your assumptions play out exactly as they are because manifestation is always based on what you're ACTUALLY assuming. You're STILL giving options to reality when there are no options… it's only what you say it is. As soon as you drop the debate you have with yourself in your mind and stop entertaining opposing thoughts you'll see how easy it is. You don't argue with yourself about basic facts of your life do you? You just accept them as true. That's exactly how you need to see your assumptions. Yes you need to be that certain and firm.
I PROMISE you the "key" everyone talks about to getting what you want… repeat with me… is to decide once and for all that it's done and that's it. Just accept it as true. Please just say f*ck all and accept it as true. What will you lose? Just do it.
how to get what you want without affirmations
you don’t need words. you don’t need to sit in front of a mirror and say “i am rich, i am powerful, i am devastatingly beautiful” fifty times like a malfunctioning wind-up doll. reality does not care for your diction. you are not a salesman, and the universe is not some reluctant buyer waiting to be convinced.
the mistake is thinking you need to tell it what you want. the bigger mistake is thinking you need to tell yourself. affirmations are training wheels. good for beginners, good for those who still need to hear it. but the minute you’re relying on them, you’re admitting that some part of you doesn’t believe it’s already true.
belief is the whole game. not logic, not effort, not obsessively restating your desires as if you’re a student cramming the night before an exam. have you ever noticed how the things that come easiest are the things you never had to try for? how the moment you stop fixating on something, it seems to slip right into your hands? it’s not luck. it’s not irony. it’s that you moved into the having state without resistance.
forget the script. forget the language. what would you feel if you already had it? what would you not feel? because the absence of desire is the presence of fulfillment.
get into that state.
not the one where you are trying to be, but the one where you already are. it’s not about pretending. it’s not about hoping. it’s about settling into the quiet, absolute certainty of someone who does not need to ask. because the ones who have never ask.
