trying something new.

i’ve always wanted to make personal comics and share them, but always got to overwhelmed because i always over do it and then never share it cuz it’s unfinished.

fuck that, here’s a scrappy lil personal comic about my weekend. ofc there’s more too it, but this will suffice for now and if I don’t put it out there, I might not ever.

maybe I’ll go back to it, maybe I won’t. Tbh, I’m only sharing it here because nobody I know follows me here (except like 3 people) so hopefully…there won’t be any questions…

i have to write a short paper about a characters relationship with death in connection to the 4 strands of Ernest Becker’s “Denial of Death” philosophy and i have never been more excited to do an assignment ever.

alright, about an hour before it premieres, I just need to get this off my chest:

im feeling excited, exhilarated, and even terrified because in about an hour, things will become canon. Things will be established and headcanons and predictions can die. Of course, there is part 2 to allow us to still guess, but soon, things will become canon.

For the past two years, for me personally, I’ve felt like there is this little bubble where kanthony is what is based off S2 and is then expanded upon in only fanfics, where anything can happen (literally) but now, whatever happens in S3, will solidify and make real what trajectory they intend to take with the characters whether we like it or not.

What I’m trying to say is, this is sort of my proper farewell to this little safe bubble of just kanthony as it is now, because it will most certainly change after today. That includes their spot as the most recent, therefore, most talked about and most liked couple of the two from the series. I just hope and pray they won’t be sidelined or forgotten for seasons to come (I thought them being heads of the family was safe enough but I guess not) and I shall look forward to simply seeing more of them, in whatever way possible.

can you believe S3 part 2 comes out in 3 days?…

i didn’t think i would make it.

thankfully, i have something to occupy my time.
