Pleople interpret mangas differently but CANON proves which is the truth

It amuses me to read some posts by certain IchiRuki fans that take for granted that we, fans of RenRuki or IchiHime, must have the same interpretation that they have of the manga and the relationships between the characters. Because they seem to think that we should interpret the same that they think about the relationships and how Bleach should have ended, and so they “threat” that Ichigo and Rukia aren’t happy and don’t love their spouses, or that the relationships that we like aren’t developed, and we are going to have to live with that XDDDDD.

They don’t even realize that we shipped other pairings because, precisely, we saw the relationships between the characters different from them. If we would have thought that Ichigo and Rukia had romantic feelings for each other, we would have shipped them. Instead we think that Ichigo and Rukia have never had romantic feelings for each other. And we saw romance in other relationships, and because of this we shipped these other relationships, and we also saw that they were pretty obvious, and because of that we expected them to be canon. We are very sure of our interpretations and how the relationships were actually, and the CANON manga has proved we were right.

But, besides, apart of the canon manga, that proved that the pairings that we were shipping were the correct ones, the ones with romantic development, and that they were the ones wrong about their interpretations, Kubo himself had already long ago stated that their pairing, Ichigo and Rukia, didn’t have romantic feelings, and they chose to ignore it. It’s their fault that they didn’t want to see what was going to happen.

So, there isn’t any argument that they can do to convince other people that they are right in their interpretations and the CANON manga is wrong.

I just read this in a fic called Your Fading Starlight by The Crafty Cracker and I just couldn’t keep it to myself. Yes he cares for all his comrades and for Rukia and he would do anything to protect them, but with Orihime. He will even come back from death to keep her safe, that’s how bad he wants to protect her.
