Bud was okay with it("we all hate bud gleeful, " we say in Usion) but all the posters ads and billboards kept the name gideon on it bc it would still be a iconic name.

Mable thought she was FINALLY getting a best friend or little sister(loud incorrect buzzer), but she had to remember that's still technically gideon

So I think I might be quitting very soon due to mental health problems. I'm really no good at the one thing I thought I was good at, so yeah.

Someone who is a neurodivergent adult and identifies a lot with several of the toy-turned characters: benefit of doubt is you likley didn't intend it this way nor thought how it could be "read into", however, I don't appreciate the insinuation that having visible traits indicative of childhood trauma means a person is inherently less deserving of autonomy.

If you headcanon/read them as perma-kids, that's not my issue. This isn't to be angry or adversarial (heck, you genuinly dont even have any obligation to reply) as much as... this being such a widespread attitude the fandom has and not realising what mindsets it feeds into, being told I'm too broken, too Other to be treated with any respect or to have choices, just makes me really sad. Every time.

WELL, it's not necessarily bad, but they are still children technically. I believe that their souls have aged, but due to lack of real-life experiences, their minds have been stunned, causing them to behave like the child they once were( doey is a prime example of this)
