It's the way Mickey's sprawled across the bed, sheets pooling under the sharp lines of his hipbones, the last rays of the setting sun illuminating his body.

Ian crawls across the bed, running a hand down his middle.

"You could be in a magazine," Ian murmurs, dropping onto his belly, chin resting on Mickey's chest. "Gorgeous."

Mickey blushes. Scoffs. Shifts uncomfortably. 

"You're full of it, Gallagher."

Mickey doesn't see his own beauty. Never has. But Ian does. Always will

And one day, Mickey will too. Ian will make sure of it.

He kisses Mickey. Lets his hands roam.
