It's their way to show that they're okay, after a particular hard fight Bruce's is laying down in the cave's infirmary trying to make sure Dick is okay, because he was pretty beaten up too. Dick is not in the most talkative mood after the whole altercation and just rubs his face against Bruce's to show that he was awake and well.
