I sighed to myself sitting on my bed in my down room bored out of my mind. That was until the door opened, "So, uhh, (Y/n)... I'm going to be out for probably a while, don't worry about locking me out I have my dorm key so I can get back in when I come back."
I rolled my eyes, "Yeah yeah, you go do you, Hannah. Normally I don't ask with these situations, but would you be going to see Clemont by any chance?"
Immediately her face went red, "HEY!"
I just chuckled, "I'm right. I know it, you love him don't cha?"
"Oh shut up! Like you're totally not in love with that green-haired triplet!"
"OH FUCK OFF already, Hannah! I do NOT like him like that!"
She just raised an eyebrow at me, giving me a look that said, "Really?" and I just looked down at my Oshawatt, giving her a signal. Soon, Hannah's face was soaking wet due to Aqua Jet. I gave a small smirk at her annoyed face, "(Y/N)! You little-"
"Just go on your date Hannah. I'll be here when you get back."

I smirked to myself as I knocked on the door of the triplets' dorm room. I waited for a minute before the door was opened by Cress, "Oh, hello (Y/n). What can I do for you?"
"I-Is Cilan here? I-I want to talk to him about something," I asked looking down at the floor and biting my lip. Cress knew of my crush on Cilan and without even seeing his face, I could tell he was in that phase of '(Y/n), I know what you want to say just from the way you're acting'.
Before Cress could reply however, there was another voice, "You can do it, just tell the girl of your dreams how beautiful you think she is and how much you want her to be your girlfriend! You can do this Cilan just walk up to-Oh hi, (Y/n)." My head shot up and without saying anything I turned around and ran off back to the dorm I shared with Hannah.
CILAN'S POV
"Do you know what that was about?" I asked Cress who had just shut the door. He just shook his head, "She said she wanted to talk to you about something, but why would she run off after seeing you in that case?"
"I don't know, that's why I'm asking you, Cress!"
"I know why."
I turned to Chili who was lying on his back on his bed, head dangling over the edge of the bed, his phone in his hand.
"Really? Why then? Also I wouldn't do that, all the blood will rush to your head."
"One, you're not my mum, two, I can't tell you."
"Tell me. (Y/n) is my friend, Chili, I want to make sure she's alright," I responded through gritted teeth, resisting the urge to strangle him. I then noticed Chili and Cress share a nervous look, "Okay you two know something I don't. Tell me now."
"We can't, Cilan. It's not our place, even if it will make you happy, we were told never to tell you or we'd be 'fried beyond all recognition' is how I think she put it," Cress spoke placing a hand on my shoulder.
"Fine," I replied, shrugging his hand off my shoulder, "You won't tell me, I'll go and ask (Y/n) myself what's up," I continued before walking out the dorm room, and towards (Y/n)'s. When I got to the door I heard sobbing from the inside and a voice I recognised to be Hannah's, "(Y/n), don't say that. I'm sure it's you he was talking about."
------------------------YOUR POV - AFTER YOU RAN OFF
Once I got back I flopped onto my bed and sobbed my eyes out, putting on a playlist on my phone, after a few minutes, I heard the door open and I tried to act as if I hadn't just been crying.
"(Y/n), why are you crying?"
"H-Hannah why are you back so quickly?!" I responded, wiping my eyes.
"That is irrelevant right now. Why are you crying?!" she responded, sitting on my bed and pulling me up into her side, "Tell me."
I shook my head, "If you want to know why, look up 'Teardrops on my Guitar' YouTube Music and listen. That will tell you why."
"I already know the song, (Y/n). Let me guess, you overheard Cilan talking about a girl he liked and you think it's no way that it could be you, which is why you're crying because you're head over heels for him."
I just started sobbing again and nodded, digging my head into her side, "Y-yeah."
"(Y/n), don't say that. I'm sure it's you he was talking about," Hannah replied, rubbing my back in an attempt to calm me down. It was then that there was a knock at the door to our dorm room and Hannah stood up to go and answer it, "You stay there I'll be back."
I sniffled and nodded as she walked out of the bedroom. I head part of the conversation from the bedroom however, "Cilan what do you want?"
"Is (Y/n) here? I really need to talk to her. Please? I messed up and I need to make up for my mistake."
"Fine, she's in the bedroom."
A few seconds later, Cilan walked into the room, "Uhh... hey, (Y/n)."
I sniffled and looked up at him, "Oh, hi, Cilan, need something?"
"C-can I sit down?"
I slowly nodded and he sat down next to me, "Listen. Why did you run off after you wanted to talk to me earlier?"
I took a deep breath, "Cilan, I'm going to tell you something, and you have to promise not to hate me afterwards, okay?"
"I promise, (Y/n), I could never hate you."
I took a deep breath, "It's just. I love you, like I've ha-" I was cut off when he placed a hand on the neck of my head and kissed me. I blinked in surprise and wrapped my arms around his neck deepening the kiss before pushing him on his back, changing position so I was straddling him, I leaned down and whispered in his ear, "You can stay for longer if you want... I don't mind." My only reply was him kissing my again, "Gladly."

Fandom: Harry Potter/Fantastic Beasts
Prompt: She hates Christmas Day with her parents as all they ever talk about is how she is single and childless. Except this year they’ve invited the neighbours. (I don’t remember where I got the prompt from)
Timing: Marauders’ Era (6th Year)

“(Y/n), you need to find yourself a boyfriend! You’re 16, by that age I was already engaged to your father!”
I inwardly sighed, as I’d had to put up with this since I turned thirteen, whenever my mother got an opportunity, which was very often whilst I was at home, she would always chastise me about not having a boyfriend or anything, wanting me to get married the minute I finished school
“Mum, please! I don’t want to rush into a marriage! I don’t care what age you and Father got married at, I’ll get married at my own pace and when I do it will NOT be for status or whatever, it will be for love,” I replied, as she continued to tie my dress around my waist.
“(Y/n)! You do not speak to me like that. You need to carry on our family, you are our only daughter, so it is my responsibility to make sure you marry a nice, pure-blooded man so you carry on the (L/n) legacy!”
I sighed, knowing not to retort back and let her finish the final details of my outfit before she spoke again, “Now, I know the Potters have a boy about your age, I’ve invited them over for lunch, I expect you to get to know James and well, if all goes well, we should hear wedding bells once you’ve finished school!”
“Yes, Mother,” I spoke in defeat, knowing there was no way I would get out of it as I heard the doorbell ring. My mother jolted up and ran downstairs, leaving me to give my Norwegian Forest cat, who surprisingly, my mother had let me name Lucas (Let me know if you get the reference), a pat on the head before following her downstairs. When I got to the bottom, I spotted my mother talking to who I guessed were the Potters in the living room.
“(Y/n)! There you are. Come here now, I need to introduce you!”
I sighed and walked over, putting on a fake smile as my mother introduced me, however, that smile became real when I locked eyes with James. My mother hadn’t told me he was so handsome and I hadn’t realised I was staring until he was waving a hand in front of my face, “Hello? Miss (L/n)?”
I snapped from my daze, “Sorry, I was just thinking about something, it’s wonderful to meet you.”
“Same to you.”
“(Y/n), why don’t you show James around? It will give you two time to get to know each other.”
I nodded, “Yes, Mother,” before turning back to James, “Shall we?” he smiled at me and we walked out of the room. I showed him around where things were inside the hose before walking outside where we sat down on a bench in the garden.
“I hate this. My mother’s trying to marry me off. Not that you’re not a great guy or anything, it's just I want to marry for love, but my mother won’t see that. Like is it too much to ask?”
“I get what you mean, (Y/n). Honestly, I’m being forced into this too but my parents have told me I should marry for love.”
“What are you doing here then? Is my mother blackmailing your parents or something?”
“No! To be honest I wanted to get a chance to know you. I’ve heard your name floating around at Hogwarts, and I wanted to get to know you.”
“R-really?”
James nodded before responding, “Really, and now that I’ve seen you in person, well... I’m not sure how to say this..”
“Just be blunt, James. Like a plaster, just rip it off and tell me what you want to say.”
He nodded, muttering an ‘okay’ before returning to his normal speaking voice, “I think I might be in love with you.”
I gasped, not expecting him to say that and smiled, “Wow, that’s not what I was expecting you to say, but to be honest, I think I’ll need more time to sort out my feelings. I know my mother is going to force us to get married anyway, but I want to let my love life happen in its own time.”
“Fair enough.”
“But, can you do me one favour until I sort this out? Please don’t mention to anyone that my mother is going to force us to get married.”

“James, can I talk to you please?” I asked, managing to find him and his friends in a hallway shortly after breakfast one day.
“Oh hello there gorgeous.”
I rolled my eyes at Sirius’ comment and looked James in the eye biting my lip. He soon nodded and I smiled, grabbing his arm and dragging him off away from his friends. Once we were alone, I stopped and caught my breath, “So, about what is inevitable for us in the future…” He nodded and I took a deep breath, “I’m not too fussed about it anymore,” I continued, leaning up and kissing him, “Merry Christmas, James.” I giggled seeing his bright red face and stood away before turning around and going to walk off, leaving him in a state of shock, but I felt a hand around my wrist and James pulled me back into him, “I take it that means you’ve ‘figured out your feelings’ then?” I nodded, “Yeah, I love you, James.”
“That makes me happy to hear.”

I would prefer if you gave me a title for it - I hate having unnamed oneshots. So, I would prefer it if you gave me a title as I'm terrible at thinking of titles myself...

A few notes.
So I’m planning to do both Kinktober, a s what I call FandomMas this year. If you don’t know, FandomMas is my oneshot advent calendar type thing. So from the first of December, a oneshot will be written/posted a day til the 25th. I still need ideas though. Please request characters only from my masterlist with a small plot idea. all plots for FandomMas must be Christmas related all for Kinktober must give me a character and a kink. for requesting both please do it via asks. as I don’t check tumblr often so I prob won’t see if you comment on this post
