Villains: Illusionist (Unknown)
Not much is known about this mysterious enigma, not where he comes from, or how he got his powers. The only thing everyone knows is his motivation and how powerful he is. He’s a man who claims to have seen where humanity is going and how everything is going to end, and he doesn’t like it. He seeks to use his mind manipulation powers to take control of the world and move humanity in a direction that avoids armageddon in his eyes. Despite his seemingly well meaning intentions, Illusionist isn’t above torturing his enemies both mentally and physically, and even seems to take a sadistic pleasure in it. He also doesn’t kill unless it’s necessary, but when he says that, he means he doesn’t kill with his own hands. He instead usually kills people by hypnotising people into commiting suicide when he either no longer needs them, or if they simply piss him off.
Gotham Central - Cast
A Batman movie that is about the Gotham Police Department and what it’s like to be a cop in a city full of Super-Villains. The main plot will revolve around Commissioner Jim Gordon and Harvey Bullock investigating a series of children commiting crimes. This all happens around the time that Jim´s estranged son, James Gordon Jr, returns to Gotham. It is revealed that James Gordon Jr has had a life of mental illness, as he was traumatized while still newborn, and wound up becoming a clinical psychopath. He has been taking an experimental medication that seems to be working, but is it? It is revealed that James Gordon Jr has actually modified his medication so it suppresses empathy and makes him more psychotic, as the medication was making him depressed because he was actually feeling remorse for what he did. He has also formed a cult of psychopathic children, whom he wants to show his ways of living.

Villains: Bulletstorm (Richard Cardinez)
Richard was raised by a backwoods family in New Mexico, and was taught how to use a gun at the age of 7. By the time he was 15, he was skilled enough to shoot flies out of the air with perfect precision. Unfortunately, the only thing he was good at was killing, and he began to develop a bloodlust. Because of this, Richard grew into a highly volatile and impulsive person. During his time in high school, Richard’s abusive brother Hector was killed during a night out with friends, and it is heavily suspected (though never proven) that Richard was the one responsible. After growing into adulthood, Richard moved away from his home town and decided to pursue a career outside of his family. Not much is known about what happened after he left, but 10 years later, Richard resurfaced as a bounty hunter & assassin. Unlike other assassins, Richard uses older firearms from before the 22nd century, due to the fact that it’s what he was raised with. Despite his old-fashioned methods, he’s skilled enough to shoot Black Streak in the leg at his top speed, which is faster than light.
I don’t know why, but seeing The Joker just chilling on a sofa in shades, a faded purple suit, and magenta shirt is oddly satisfying.
A member of The Murakami family, Mariko was the eldest sister. After her family left the upper-class level of New Tokyo, they were constantly harassed by the commoners due to their noble lineage. A few months later, their mother died, and the commoners lynched their house. On that day, Himiko snapped and swore vengeance against the world. After killing their father, Himiko was adopted by a powerful Yakuza mob and left Mariko behind. Mariko was eventually found by a military colonel who essentially became her father through most of her life. He showed her as much love and care as she needed. During their time together, he taught her how to defend herself. When she was finally of age, Mariko enlisted in the military, quickly rising through the ranks until she was a commander. To combat the new supervillain threats, a task force was assembled to help. Due to her talents as a leader, Mariko was appointed as the leader. Their first mission was to help track down The Crow, who was on the run after blowing up Belbridge Tower. The other person chasing him was Lady Lotus, who wanted revenge after Crow tried to kill her. All parties converged on Crow's hideout in Guatemala. Eventually, Mariko, Ryuko, and Lady Lotus confronted him in the parlor, where she and her sister had a family reunion. Unfortunately, it turned sour when they started fighting, allowing Crow to escape and flee to Las Vegas, where he took over Prankster's old casino from Season 3. After Mariko, Lotus, and Ryuko caught up to Crow, he trapped them in the videogame maze below the casino. While trapped, Mariko and Himiko had time to talk to each other. After working together to escape the maze, they managed to track Crow back to Harking City and captured him. Unfortunately, their partnership ended when Himiko betrayed her and tried to kill Crow, forcing Mariko to incapacitate her and send her to prison. No matter how much it hurt, she knew this was right. She soon became a trusted ally of the superhero community and one of Ryuko's best friends.
"Riddle me this, Gotham, since you've tuned in once again to my little show. Who can still be surprised at something as tragic as a bombing in Gotham? A tourist. Truly, my Gothamites, does a day pass without tragedy? Does anyone truly know what lies in the heart of the person next to you? Doesn't take the world's greatest detective to figure that one out. And speaking of........ Riddle Me This, Batman. What is the call that can only be heard after the fat lady sings?"
