How many times did you try to become small and failed? How many times you binged and told yourself that it‘ll never happen again?
Exactly. Million times. But you are stuck in that vicious circle, you will never make it.
Why don’t be consistent once? Just eat nothing when you don’t have to. Eat a small portion when you have to while avoiding other food completely. You will reach your goals fast af. Compensate the calories with a run. You know how to lose weight but your a lazy fuck. Get your life together and show a little self control. Be perfect, clean up your room, go for a walk, dont eat, plan your day. And stop the fucking excuses.

Maybe prepare dinner for your family next time and say you‘ve already ate so much while cooking that you just don’t feel hungry anymore. They wont care anyways unless you’re super skinny. if you can go on your phone for as short as 20 seconds and already forget about food, are you really hungry? if food only comes to your mind when you’re not distracted, ARE YOU REALLY HUNGRY? or are you just bored?
keep yourself entertained. if you like to draw, draw the most handsome or prettiest person you can imagine. want to burn calories but don’t like the pain in exercise? look up a dance routine, rehearse it over and over until you can do it on your own.

· Drink some juice, preferably low cal
· Have a small snack + make it aesthetic
· Eat something high in protein (Makes u full)
Or, give in to what you wanted, no matter the calories, but-! eat until you're satisfied, not full, you can have the rest of what you wanted to eat later, it feels so good when you originally wanted to eat a whole chocolate bar, and although you gave in and ate half, you didn't eat it all!
If you fucked up, don't fuck it up even more, calories don't reset at midnight.
