 Stop Focusing On Your Senses

when shifting, your physical senses are the last to shift! when you’re hyper-aware of your body, you could be anchoring yourself to your current reality.

let go.

detach from the need to feel immediate sensations and trust the process. you are in control.

focus on your intention, not on whether you ‘feel’ it happening. this is why i like to make it clear that not everyone feels physical symptoms, and that is okay!!! shifting is about aligning your consciousness, not forcing physical proof.

remind yourself: you are already shifting. every thought, every visualization, every moment spent in alignment with your desired reality brings you closer.

release the need for validation. your experience is valid, whether or not you feel tingles, heaviness, or detachment. trust in your mind’s power.

shifting isn’t something you have to ‘catch’ happening - it’s something you allow to unfold.

How can a thought be a problem if there is no thinker?

Hello, why do they say that there is no separation in my imagination and outside? as? Could you give me an example please, I'm learning😭

One way to understand this is to see how objects only “appear” through "awareness" of them—they arise within the same moment as being aware of them, like a "bottle" can’t exist for you without Knowing.

Imagine a vase: you see it as a distinct “thing,” but it’s actually just clay shaped into what we call a “vase.” There’s no “vase” on its own; it’s simply clay in a form we’ve labeled. Or think of a wave: we might label it as “a wave,” but it’s never anything other than water itself. You can’t separate the wave from the water, just like you can’t experience a wave alone without water.

In the same way, what you perceive and the awareness you use to perceive it are inseparable—there’s no separate “outside” object that’s independent of "awareness" of it.

So, "Knowingness/Awareness" is the Foundation.

ꨄ︎ Do not be afraid of being successful ༉‧₊˚.

It's illogical, why are you afraid of having your desires?

ꨄ︎ Do Not Be Afraid Of Being Successful ༉‧₊˚.
ꨄ︎ Do Not Be Afraid Of Being Successful ༉‧₊˚.

You dream, you manifest, you reach toward the life you desire. Yet when it stands before you, you hesitate. Why does success feel like an unfamiliar weight, something foreign, something unearned?

You have been conditioned to believe that struggle is a prerequisite for worth, that suffering is a rite of passage, that you must crawl before you walk and bleed before you bloom. But tell me, who decided this? Who told you that you must burn to learn? That ease is unnatural? That success must be a battle rather than a birthright?

Society has shackled you with the belief that you must work for your dreams, that you must prove yourself before you can receive. That if something comes easily, it must not be real. But reality is not bound by these outdated rules. You are not bound by them either.

It’s illogical.

It is your duty to break free from these illusions. To unlearn the lies that tell you success must be chased, fought for, earned. Your desires are not rewards for suffering. They are not distant treasures at the end of a long, winding road. They are already yours. They have always been yours.

So stop running from them. Stop resisting what was always meant to be. Stop waiting for permission to live the life you desire. You were not meant to struggle. You were meant to thrive.

Most of you don’t realize that a huge chunk of the asks we receive are just repetitions of what’s already been said—just with "Understood?" or "Is this correct?" slapped onto the end. If it wasn’t our understanding, we wouldn’t have posted it. So what’s the real reason behind these questions? It’s not clarity. It’s not understanding. It’s reassurance. It’s validation. And that is exactly why so many of you are stuck.

You read something, rephrase it, ask if it’s right, get an answer, and then repeat. And repeat. And repeat. Do you see the trap yet? You think you’re getting somewhere, but all you’re doing is looping through the same useless cycle over and over again. Whether we say "yes" or "no" doesn’t change a thing because the issue was never about finding the "right" answer—it’s the fact that you’re addicted to seeking itself.

Let’s be real: if you actually stopped and looked instead of endlessly asking, you wouldn’t have anything left to ask. But a lot of you don’t want to stop. You’re too comfortable in the cycle. You get a little dopamine hit from receiving an answer, and then you move on to the next question, the next blog, the next concept to latch onto. But where does that lead? How many more months, years, or even decades are you willing to waste running in circles?

You’re free to do so. No one’s stopping you. Keep seeking if that’s what you want. Keep refreshing your dashboard, sending in asks, and hoping that the next post will finally “click.” Just be honest with yourself—if all of this effort was actually working, wouldn’t you be done by now? Wouldn’t you have seen what you claim to be looking for?

At some point, you have to face the truth: no one can give you what you’re looking for. No blog, no answer, no post will ever be enough. The more you read, the more tangled you get. The more you ask, the more you reinforce the illusion that there’s still something to get. The only way out is to stop.

BUT, if you’d rather keep running in place without stopping, do so.

Most Of You Don’t Realize That A Huge Chunk Of The Asks We Receive Are Just Repetitions Of What’s

Running in Circles, Searching for What?

Readers often describe feeling trapped in a loop: searching, chasing, doing more to get somewhere. Hoping for progress, proof, or an improvement that justifies all the effort. But here’s the real question:

Has it brought you anywhere?

Take a moment. How long have you been seeking? Months? Years? Have you "found" anything, or is it just more seeking, more questions, more frustration? You run in circles, chasing shadows, hoping the next practice, insight, or realization will be "it."

It’s not wrong to feel this way, but consider this: the very act of searching implies you think there’s something missing—something you lack that needs to be attained. But what if the assumption itself is flawed? What if the one seeking is the very illusion you’re trying to unpack?

Let’s step back and look at the nature of a "dream".

When "you" seem to "dream" at night, no matter what the "dream" looks like—whether it’s exciting, terrifying, or mundane—"who/what" is always "present"? Who is there in every "dream"? And how do you even know it’s a "dream"? You can feel sensations arising, hear the sounds, and even "think" within the "dream". Sounds familiar, no?

Now look deeper: where is the dream coming from? What gives it its apparent existence? When the dream ends, where does it go? And in those moments of so-called deep sleep, when you say, "I didn’t dream at all," how do you know that gap was even there? What remains?

In every dream, there’s an undeniable Knowing—a "presence" that holds it all, isn't there? The dream is fleeting, but the Knowing of it isn’t. It’s there whether the dream is "vivid", "faint", or "absent" altogether. And that same knowing is "present" now, reading these words, isn't it? You don't have to use any thoughts to notice.

So.. what are you really searching for? The next “aha” moment? A tangible shift? Something to confirm, “Yes, now I’ve got it”? But who would "get it"?

All there is, is this—this effortless "awareness" in which everything arises and disappears.

All seeking starts to dissolve when you see that what you’re looking for isn’t "out there." It’s the same presence that’s already aware of the seeking, the frustration, and the loop itself. Just like in a dream, you’re chasing answers without realizing you’re the space in which the entire dream unfolds.

Here’s the thing: I can tell you this over and over again, and I can write endless words about it, but at the end of the day, you have to see it. Nothing I say or anyone else says will make it clearer to you than seeing it directly.

Think of it like this: imagine I tell you about the taste of a "Tsampa" (tibetan foodstuff). Let me try to describe it—Tsampa has a simple, earthy taste—kind of nutty and a little smoky because it’s made from roasted barley. It’s pretty dry on its own, but when you mix it with butter tea (bo cha) or milk (or water), it turns into a creamy porrdige that’s super satisfying.

Do you now know how it tastes based off of this short description? No matter how much anyone tries to describe it, you wouldn’t really know what it’s like until you actually try it yourself. You might feel like you “get it,” but until you actually taste Tsampa (-Porridge) for yourself, it’s all just words. The actual direct experience is yours to have, and words will never compare to it.

It’s the same here. Look at the loop you feel stuck in. Look at the dreamlike nature of every experience. Look at what’s behind the looking itself. And notice: the seeking, the searching, and even the apparent struggle—what is all of it arising in?

The dream at night is your perfect clue. Who’s been there in every dream, in every scene, in every story in and out of it? Who’s the constant presence beneath it all? If you truly see that, will there be any questions left?

What Personally Helped Me In My Shifting Journey.

what personally helped me in my shifting journey.

ʚɞ i learned that nothing is truly needed. it was always about want. if i didn’t want to do something, i didn’t do it. simple.

ʚɞ i formed my own opinions and beliefs. i would always follow what other people said about shifting and never really tried to think of what i personally believed.

ʚɞ i learned not to care about doubts or limited beliefs— which is easier said than done. i think it’s so easy for me because i know doubts will not slow down my journey. i know i have the ability to shift whenever i want to, no matter what.

ʚɞ misinformation truly didn’t matter to me anymore. even if you have been fed with misinformation, you can still shift either way. because there is no right or wrong way to shift— i think just clearing your mind and getting rid of that misinformation is more freeing instead of it being required.

ʚɞ i stopped looking for proof. i would always try to shift just because i wanted to prove it to people, but i realized i didn’t need to prove anything to anyone. shifting is a personal journey, they can find proof themselves. i will prove it to myself instead

ʚɞ i stopped looking for the “key” to shifting. every night i would open tumblr, looking for advice that would somehow make everything click. girl, everything already clicked. i know what i need, or WANT to know. and there is no key to shifting, why would there be a key if there’s nothing to unlock?

ʚɞ i don’t think of it as imagining, i think of it as remembering. those are my memories. they aren’t just daydreams, that is already my life. i experienced that. i am always in my DR.

ʚɞ when you’re living your life in your DR, all it takes is a simple decision if you want to go back to your CR. “i want to go back,” and you will go back. i think of shifting to my DR the same way. it’s all a decision— and it’s instant.

You're Making Shifting Hard

shifting is not hard. you're making it seem that way.

i used to struggle with this so much. like, i knew the law of assumption. i knew that shifting and manifesting were the same thing. i knew that reality is just my assumptions reflected back to me.

but for some reason, every time i tried to just decide i was in my DR, it felt... different.

i could easily say, "i have blue eyes," and it felt normal, even if my eyes were brown. but the second i tried to say, "i'm in my DR," my brain would go: "hmm... but are you really?" and suddenly, i'd be analyzing everything, waiting for proof, wondering if i was doing it right.

and that's where i messed up.

You're Making Shifting Hard

i was placing shifting on a pedestal

i thought shifting was bigger than other manifestations. i thought it was different. but the truth? there is no such thing as a "big" or "small" manifestation. that's literally just a label. it's an assumption.

if i assume it's "harder" to shift than to change my eye color, then guess what? that assumption becomes my reality. but if i assume they're both the same, just decisions, then shifting becomes just as easy as saying, "i have blue eyes."

You're Making Shifting Hard

checking for proof was my biggest block

the second i decided i was in my DR, i'd immediately start checking, even subconsciously.

do i feel different?

did something change?

am i there yet?

and by doing that, i was literally affirming that i wasn't there. because if i truly believed i was in my DR, why would i be checking?

like, when i wake up in the morning, i don't sit there and check if i'm still in my reality. i don't look around thinking, "is this my bed? is this my house?" i just assume it is. and because i assume it, that's what i experience.

that's exactly how shifting works.

You're Making Shifting Hard

deciding = reality

at some point, i realized i was overcomplicating everything. i was acting like shifting was some grand process, when in reality, it's literally just deciding. and once i decide, that's it. i don't need to do anything else.

when i say, "i have blue eyes," i don't sit there waiting for them to change. it just accept it as true.

when i say, "i am already in my DR," i should do the exact same thing. just accept it and move on.

no forcing. no waiting. no "trying." just knowing.

You're Making Shifting Hard

the secret? stop making it a big deal

shifting is not this rare, complicated thing.

it's not "bigger" than any other manifestation. it's not something you have to work toward. it's just a decision. and the only reason it feels different is because you assume it is.

so i stopped treating it like a big deal. i stopped looking for proof. i stopped acting like it was something separate from normal manifesting. and the moment i did that? everything clicked.

You're Making Shifting Hard

so if you're struggling...

stop checking if it's working.

stop waiting for proof and validation.

stop placing shifting on a pedestal.

just decide. accept. move on.

you're already there. that's it. no doubts, no second-guessing. just be.
