Sony A3000 reached the lowest price

Sony has introduced a new DSLR camera. Sony Alpha A3000, which is equipped with Sony E-mount and technically belongs to the family Sony NEX. In order to keep within the budget Sony agreed to a number of compromises.

To achieve the low price the company has chosen a lower quality components for the 3-inch LCD (230k dot resolution) screen and electronic viewfinder resolution of 1,44M pixels (EVF).

In return for this, mirrorless camera equipped with the excellent 20.1-megapixel APS-C sensor , BIONZ processor and image stabilizer on the basis of the image sensor shift. Specified range of sensitivity corresponds to ISO 100-16000 for photo and ISO 100-3200 for video. Sony Alpha A3000 is able to record videos in not bad resolution 1920x1080/50i. In addition the camera is equipped with Sweep panorama, 25-point Contrast-detect AF and HDMI out.

Management tools represented by mode dial, navigation center, combined with the control wheel and four buttons, two of which are responsible for the transition to viewing mode and switch between the screen and the viewfinder (the sensor to automatically switch obviously didn't fit into the budget). Certainly pleases metallic bayonet as in the other line of cameras NEX, and not plastic as previously expected.

Now Available. Total price of body with lens Sony E 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 OSS is $ 399 (in Europe - 400 euro). Sony Alpha A3000 leaves no chance to gain a foothold in the hearts of buyers for the new Canon G16.

Google Nexus 6 reveals his real name and the face

The smartphone which was already known to us under the code name Shamu the Google Nexus 6, now has become more open and reveals its real name Nexus X.

As we already know that iPhone 6 biggest brother will have 5.5 inches of the screen, we can surely state that phablet Nexus 6 or X, as been already told will be the mother of all phablets having 5.92 inches in diagonal, oversizing everyone on its path. And as to the camera it is stated that the Motorola itself will create a camera module on the Google phone featuring 13 megapixel rear camera and 2 megapixel front camera for good quality selfies and video chatting.

Anyway the Nexus 6 launch is still based on web rumors, therefore we cannot tell you exactly when it will be released. Though it is expected to be completely revealed in mid-October and we will keep you informed if any more rumors seep out again.

The Samsung's Gear S has become thicker and taller than any other SmartWatches ever

Samsung added the next entry to its growing catalog of gadgets with the debut of a new Gear SmartWatch. We have seen the evolution of this from the first Samsung Gear, then crossing the Gear Live and now the world is entering an era of Gear S.

Unlike its predecessors smartwatch gets its own 3G connection. So Gear S doesn't have to be tied to your smartphone evermore, which is quite a significant advantage over Moto 360.

Of course, the Samsung Gear S SmartWatch will also work jointly with your smartphone using all inherent advantages of such a tandem. Bracelet easily copes with the tasks of vibration notifying about the incoming calls and messages, some applications of Health, Running, Voice and regular for these devices apps like News, Weather, gallery, Email, media player, notifications and etc. The great thing is an ability to use the device as a stand-alone handset through its own SIM and headset.

There’s no information about the details of the launch date, although it can be assumed to release in October with a $400 price tag. Samsung does not want and does not like to make new items cheap, becoming a tradition. NVIDIA Shield 2 console may launch in July

In October last year, CEO of NVIDIA, Jen-Hsun Huang San said that the second version of the portable game console Shield is under construction. According to the published drawing, NVIDIA Shield 2 received some exterior changes and will be a little thinner than its predecessor.

Today, this device codenamed NVIDIA P2570 has successfully passed certification of the Federal Agency of Communications (FCC). According to recent information NVIDIA Shield 2 will be powered by the new NVIDIA Tegra K1 processor with a clock speed of 2.5GHz, GeForce GPU, 4GB of RAM and it will come with 16GB of built in storage. The game console also will feature a new 5-inch display with a resolution of 1440x810 pixels and OS Android 4.4.2 KitKat.

We've heard rumors about the launch of the new NVIDIA Shield 2. The company may announce it globally on the 22nd of July, but this date is not official yet.

Nokia showed off the new Nokia Lumia 930

Lenovo is developing a new 4K TV

Lenovo reports that they are working on a newest UltraHD smart TV. The new 4K TV will include a 50-inch display and a new NVIDIA mobile processor Tegra K1 (2,3GHz), which provide more expressive graphics and powerful computing capabilities for the truly impressive quality. Lenovo 50 Inch 4K TV will be announced this spring. The expected price of novelty is $2400

Nokia makes flagship smartphone smaller

Nokia has launched a miniature version of phablet Lumia 1520. New mini version will be called Lumia 1520 with index V.

The smartphone got 4.3-inch OLED-display with a resolution of Full HD (1920x1080 pixels). In this case density of pixels is 513 ppi. Inside is the quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor 800, 2 GB of RAM and the built-in storage - 32 GB with the new OS WindowsPhone 8.1 on board. Slot for MicroSD memory card is not included.

Compared with the Lumia 1520 which has 20MP camera, Lumia 1520V camera got Pure View - 14MP and a battery capacity of 3000mAh instead of 3400mAh. However, the smartphone will support wireless charging. WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 are also present here.

Oculus VR Gun called Trinity Magnum shoots in the house

Kickstarter has launched another startup Trinity Magnum – a gun for Oculus Rift VR Headset. The budget to be reached is $60.000 and a weapon for virtual killing will be physically released.

The VR gun is made in a shape of a pistol, which can be held in one hand and if holding by two hands it is transforming into a shotgun or a machine gun depending on the virtually used one.

The gun is equipped with cheap but most precise sensors, which allow the user to shoot at the enemy in game accurately, but standing in your room at any other preferable place in front of the camera. Such effect is convenient and it requires only Oculus helmet and any of the web-camera lying around in order to enjoy the new virtual reality games.

The new games are for sure scheduled to be realized together with the smart minds, who already designed Rift and the gun controller. Just imagine how the whole project of Oculus VR can be realized in future, when the hardware, the budget and the fame increases!

The VR gun will cost $100 only and will be released in December 2014 if the funds income from Kickstarter will be fulfilled as planned.
