I'm actually so excited for Dragon Age Veilguard, the game looks awesome all in all!! The companions all look super cool, and I honestly like the idea of only making companions romanceable- I feel like it keeps the game centered around your party if that makes sense. Gameplay also looks really cool, from what I've seen it looks kinda similar to BG3 but correct me if I'm wrong. I know I sound really repetitive but everything about this game honestly looks enjoyable, I know some people have had issues with lore stuff but I havent had a chance to dive into that yet, I'll update when I do!!

Guys took a break for the start of school and also came to terms with probably being a lesbian. My entire reasoning for thinking I was bi this whole time was that I liked *some* men, but all of them were fictional, and anytime I had a crush on a real man I would literally feel like throwing up anytime he even hinted at reciprocating. About a month ago I saw a video of a lesbian talking about the difference between liking fictional men and real men and how you can like the prior and not the latter and still be valid in your identity as a lesbian and it just clicked and idk what else to say about this

I'm well aware of this now, but thank you!! It's just really weird looking back on it because of how much it still affects me today- I'm not ashamed of my identity, but I did do some damage to my self image that I'm still working on healing:) it also helps that the lesbian community is really awesome and welcoming and I'm so proud to be a part of it!!!!

I just watched I saw the TV glow last night and omg. This movie. I cried 4 separate times and didn't even know why I was crying for any of them. After the movie ended I just sat and watched the credits roll and cried and thought about the masterpiece I had just watched. It was one of those movies where it feels wrong to speak once it's over, I was so absorbed in it that my voice sounded alien to me and didn't sound right until I woke up the next morning. I cannot stop thinking about Owen and Isabel, if you only watch one movie this summer pleasepleaseplease make it this one!!!

Idk if other fans feel this way, but I honestly like the original lis better than the remastered version. Obviously the shaders are a bit better for remastered, but I feel like most of the game loses that hazy nostalgic glow. The original graphics weren't even that bad, just lacking in expressiveness and frame rates at times. I'm also not fond of the remastered eyes, they feel too big and even less realistic than the original ones, plus most characters, including Chloe and Rachel, got pigment changes for their eyes that I feel don't fit the palette of the rest of the game. Anyways, the story is amazeballs no matter what and I will always love these characters, regardless of their rendering levels<3
