got my kidney results back. i have nephrotic syndrome! doctors r arguing the cause. some r saying lupus podocytopathy. some r saying minimal change disease. some r saying class V lupus nephritis. treatment is the same regardless of what it is (STEROIDS my worst fear). But i hope my nephrologist says it’s just due to the systemic lupus erythematous. pls pls pls pls

This might be a bit of a Hot Take™, but not every post discussing the lived experiences of disabled/chronically ill people needs to be followed by “mentally ill people too!” As someone who suffers from both, there are differences. And, regardless, not everything has to be about you. Give people the space to talk about themselves.
