As the daughter of Mexican immigrants, it hurts my heart to see what is going on in Bakersfield, California. I was talking to my friend about the ICE raids and he told me “well what do you have to worry about? You’re a US citizen and your parents have their residency.” And that’s true, but that still doesn’t change the fact that I have family who are immigrants. I’m extremely grateful that my parents got the opportunity to get their residency and visit their home in Mexico after 25 years. But my uncles and aunts and friends, some who live in California, are living in fear of being picked up by ICE. They’ve built their family here in the United States, they’re the most hardworking people I’ve ever met and the thought of them being taken away haunts me.

Sending my love to all the families, especially the children, of immigrants.

I won't deny I'm crying a litle bit after seeing Checo's video on Instagram... he's so resilient, after everything they pulled... hate RBR with all my soul. And I'm sad because he didn't deserve this, he deserved a last race, a last goodbye to the fans who have been with him in this journey. And of course, we are continuining this path with him, but the fact they knew he was out and didn't let him just get some closure...

It's for the best Checo, if we don't see you in 2025 on the grid, we are waiting for 2026, and we'll keep our love for you always.

as a mexican, i’m upset about checo leaving red bull, about méxico indefinitely leaving the grid after fourteen years. we’re losing the only representation we had, but i know it’s for the best for him. i’m, however, relieved he won’t be dealing with the mistreatment of the media. gracias checo por poner a nuestro país en alto, por hacer sonar nuestro himno en lo más alto del podio, por representarnos en un deporte repleto de europeos. gracias, gracias, gracias. can’t wait to see what you’ll do next, sé que te volveremos a ver pronto. never give up. 🇲🇽 <3
