That’s not exactly how it works… You see, freckles fade when you haven’t been in the sun as much as usual. Idk if the winter affected that too much because they had their military duty stuff and such.

Little historical lams hc: So Laurens really likes Hamiltons freckles. Like, a lot. He’ll count them to fall asleep, trace patterns with his fingers, kiss em e.c.t. Now I'm not sure where I heard this, but I heard freckles can fade away in colder months, like winter. And you know what place was extremely cold during the winter? Valley Forge.

So one day Laurens wakes up, rolls over to admire Hamilton in his sleep and he freezes.

Alexander's freckles are gone.

For the rest of the day Laurens is mourning the loss of Hamiltons freckles. Hamilton is just confused why Laurens tears up whenever he looks at him.

Australia is currently petitioning to make it that all gender confirming surgeries for transgender individuals are covered by Medicare. This is absolutely huge as surgeries are super expensive even with private health insurance.

It doesn't ask for an address or phone number or anything so I think anyone in the world can sign for it? But I'm not entirely sure.

I like randomly making family trees for random 18th century families when I want to waste time and procrastinate, so today I made a family tree of the Van Rensselaers. And I found out that, with enough digging, THE VAN RENSSELAERS ARE RELATED TO THE SCHUYLER SISTERS, ALEXANDER HAMILTON, BENJAMIN TALLMADGE, CALEB BREWSTER, SELAH STRONG, AND MARY STRONG. Sadly, I couldn’t find Abe Woodhull in the “Setauket Branch,” but I think this is good enough.

After that, we’ll stop in Richmond and see the Virginia State Capitol

Then, we’ll go to Tuckahoe Plantation, where Jefferson grew up

We’ll visit Madison’s grave and estate, Montpelier

After, we’ll see the University of Virginia, that Jefferson designed and founded

And we’ll have a historically accurate lunch in Michie Tavern

Then, we’ll go to Jefferson’s grave and Monticello

Later, we’ll see Ash Lawn-Highland, James Monroe’s estate

We’ll go to Historic Kenmore, where Washington’s sister, Betty, lived

I’ve gone insane. It’s 1 am and I’ve been on Tumblr for the past two hours. The first thing I did when I got home was open up a transcription of Alexander Hamilton’s notebook and rant to my friends about James McHenry in all caps. Then, I got a tub of ice cream, sat on the couch, and played BitLife for 5 hours before impulsively buying all my school supplies on Amazon.
