I haven't seen anyone talking about this on tumblr or in the shifting community so thought I'd make a PSA. People are getting their accounts completely banned for no reason. Years of boards lost.
A little while ago, Pinterest fired 95% of their staff and switched to AI. Moderation is completely run by AI. Unfortunately it's not very well trained -- cause you can't feed it illegal obscene imagery in order to train it.
So it's been trained based off of user reports. But the problem is that it can see something like yellow walls in the background of a graphic NSFW image, and then start flagging completely innocent pictures just because they had yellow walls.
And you can be banned for just having pinned a completely innocent image. Not even uploading. Just PINNING an innocent image. Years of making pinterest boards, DR visualization, craft ideas, art references, all GONE.
It doesn't matter how innocent your pins are. And unfortunately, the obscene images aren't even being taken down all of the time. UNFORTUNATELY, all reporting pins does now, is give the AI moderation more feedback to ban innocent users... And then put more obscene images into your feed because you clicked on it to report it.
I've had simple line drawing art tutorials get flagged. As well as a picture of a beach. I'm not banned yet, but it's happening to so many people, it's gonna happen sooner or later. You can try to appeal the ban, but it seems like it only works a small fraction of the time.
So yeah. Wanted to share this because I've seen some of your AMAZING pinterest boards that you've spent so much time on, and I would hate for all that work to be lost.
This is a list of things I've seen ppl get banned for, as well as pins I've had report messages about myself. Might be good to avoid pinning these, or removing these from your boards: -Pins with large areas of skin showing. Doesn't matter if they're technically covered. Bikinis, modeling, ballet dancers, cheerleaders, shirtless men, or paintings with exposed skin -ANIME. Just pins with the anime art style are getting flagged. -Renaissance art images -Rooms with blue walls or yellow walls. -Art references. Yes, even simple line art / general form drawings. -Pictures or drawings where people are close together. Cuddling, kissing, fully clothed, doesn't matter. -Recipes. ??? -You can get a violation for saving a pin from a user that had another one of their pins get flagged. -Pinning images too quickly can get you spam violations.
I'm going to switch over to cosmos.so and refern tbh
excuse the yap but i think it’s very important that people realize how fundamental you are in your shifting journey and that you are literally the only thing you need to shift.

you can say fuck you to the universe, doubt as much as you want, and still shift. i say that because i’ve done it before even with doubts! so you can too!
every time someone asks this i lose 5 years off my life span. i can’t determine that for you, nobody can. i can tell you what has personally worked for me and so can others, but there’s no guarantee it’ll work for you.
sounds a bit harsh but you figure it out. and that’s what i mean by self-discovery.
of course, you can & should see what other people are doing to create a base line of what you think could work for you. for example try getting into the void state, see what happens from there. doesn’t work or you don’t like it? (because that obviously won’t do the same thing for everyone) try something else!
play around. add new things into the mix. affirmations. intention. you can visualize or use your 5 senses. keyword can. you don’t have to. because what do i think works the best? minding your business and shifting your own way.
remember that you can literally just say “fuck you i want to shift” and shift. you can shift accidentally. so who’s to say what you’re doing doesn’t work? (if it really doesn’t then you can adjust it slightly. look back on your behavior and think about what you want to change.)

just remember that other peoples’ shifting journeys are not yours and that you’re the most important part of your own.

it’s not your subliminals or your method or whatever, it’s you. YOUUUU. subliminals? “methods”? those things? just helpful tools. they can HELP you shift, but there’s no guarantee.
for example, i personally have been getting more effective results after listening to specific subliminals regularly (psst.. i make sure they’re safe! to check if they are safe, look at the comments around the page and if you’re still not sure and you feel uneasy then do not use the subliminal. if it makes you feel unsafe or weird then do not use it. always read the benefits or what you can find in the description.) it works for me. it got me results (along with other stuff) but it might not give them to you and that’s okay. you don’t have to use subs.

Shifting is honestly so easy!!! We overcomplicate this tooooo much.
When anti shifters call it psychosis but I'm on medication against anxiety that is also used against psychosis in higher doses and I still shift, channel, and see visions basically daily
(It's such an amusing argument too, because okay, honey, I'll have my 700 year long psychosis where I have the best time of my life and you can go to work okay?💚)
WANT TO ENTER THE VOID INSTANTLY TONIGHT?!!? USE THE DISTRACTION TECHNIQUE!!!
First of all, know that the void is very real!!! I entered it a few hours ago for the first time intentionally!😭
Second of all, you don’t need a good “void concept” for this. This is too powerful of a method to need to have an assumption that the void is easy to enter. It’s just like falling asleep when you’re really tired, how you’re entering the void when really relaxed. It’s impossible to fail.
Step 1: Get into a comfortable position.
Step 2: Get into the alpha state using a guided meditation or without. I like to do it without by counting down from 12 to 1 whilst visualising there numbers as you count them in your head. Then count down from 13 to 1 without visualising. This will get you into the alpha state. (You don’t have to be fully in the alpha state but it helps, just be really relaxed).
Step 3: I know people tell you to affirm for the void at this point BUT YOU NEED TO BE DISTRACTED!!! Visualise a scene in your head and let it distract you. You can even play your favourite song in the background (in your head, don’t actually put music on). You can do those separately or simultaneously. This will get you really distracted and not focusing on the 3D anymore. Then you will end up in the void! BOOM! There you go. It’s literally guaranteed results, it’s too effective to not work. Anyways have fun living your dream life!! Bye!!!!

IMAGINATION and your perception CREATE your reality
So whether it’s a banana or something bigger in your life, you get to select the reality you wish to experience by focusing on what serves you.
This principle applies everywhere. Want to think about food differently? Even fast food, like burgers, can be viewed from a new lens. 🍔
Did you know? A burger isn't inherently unhealthy! If you break it down -> lettuce, tomatoes, beef, bread <- each ingredient has its benefits. Choose to see how these elements nourish your body rather than focusing on the ‘junk food’ label.
🥤 The idea that fast food is unhealthy is more about quantity and balance than the food itself. Moderation and mindful eating are key!
So, whether it’s about food, relationships, or your dreams, remember: you have the power to choose the reality you want to live. Shift your perspective, focus on the good, and watch how your world changes.

The age changing debate from a twenty three year old Reality Shifter.
⭑.ᐟ recently ive seen a ton of arguments on shiftok of what’s okay / what isn’t okay to do in your desired reality regarding aging yourself up or down to date characters or have certain experiences like going to high school, going to college, reliving your childhood, etc.
when you shift you are fully embodying that version of yourself. when you shift you are everything you intended to be. you have that mentality. you have a certain set of experiences under your belt that make up your desired reality self.
by throwing around words like p3d0 & placing that onto adult shifters for expressing they’d like to be friends & date characters they’ve liked since they were children, it diminishes the meaning of that word. it also makes the community incredibly ageist; like there’s a certain amount of time people have to shift or else they can’t shift there. thus, creating unnecessary pressure for people to shift within a “certain amount of time”.
some people just want to re-live their schooling who didn’t have a good time due to bullying. some people want to befriends their favorite characters so age themselves appropriately & accordingly when they do so with non-malicious intentions because they didn’t shift / were unaware of the idea of shifting as children & still hold these places closely to their hearts. in the same breath, minors will age themselves up & have adult experiences & nobody questions it.
keeping what I just said in mind, not everyone wants to shift to date. some people have no romantic intentions for when they shift. someone people are aromantic or asexual, like myself. when people say “shifting for ____” it doesn’t always mean romantically. it could mean “shifting for” a comfort character. it could mean “shifting for” platonic love. when people say “im shifting for draco malfoy” — he could be their brother in their desired reality or their dad or their best friend. not everything is inherently s3xu4l & that’s on you if your brain goes there when adults mention shifting for someone.
aging yourself down isn’t just reserved for media that includes minors. shifting can aid in re-living stages of life trauma free. it can help people — both adults & children — who would’ve liked to live a live of normalcy instead of what they have experienced in this reality.
i can guarantee that minors who are so hellbent on saying “adults can’t shift to places like harry potter because hogwarts is a school for children” & “aging up characters to date them is wrong” who will go on to still not have yet shifted into their adulthood / later in life will change their minds really fast once they turn eighteen & then nineteen & so on. by telling people it is wrong to do something in your desired reality, that is policing people’s desires realities weather you like it or not — something the community has agreed is unproductive because it’s your desired reality & not anyone else’s.
do i agree with certain things that ive seen people wanting to do ? no. but do i vocalize that & add onto the dozens of others parroting my thoughts when that person clearly has their heart set on doing something in their desired reality a certain way. why would i ? calling them out & trying to persuade them won’t do anything. they probably have seen the debates of “is this wrong or right” already. at the end of the day, people will do whatever they want despite others trying to influence that. im focused on my shifting journey, not making sure everyone else is going by the book because there is no book when it comes to shifting. if i took the time to tell people online everything I disagreed with on this app that i came across, i would have zero life outside of social media & severely neglect my own shifting journey in addition to mental health.
i love the diversity of shifters and why they shift ESPECIALLY on tumblr brah. like i love looking at people proudly shifting for their s/os, people proudly shifting for food or fame, people proudly shifting for the plot, people proudly shifting for legit anything and everything i love shifters
i love ignoring things….. people…. problems …. responsibilities……feelings…..
no such thing as being “too excited to shift” because you know how many people view shifting as a chore? how many people wish they were still excited and energized to go to their dr?
view your excitement as a gift. joy is a wonderful thing and a great propellor.
