What is Yoga Nidra ?
Yoga Nidra is a type of a systematic guided meditation that relaxes your entire body deeply and drops your Brainwaves into Alpha, theta and lastly delta ( which is deepest Brainwave ). When practicing Yoga Nidra, your mind and body will enter a calm state, perfect for accessing deeper consciousness, which will ultimately make entering the void state instant for you. Stage 1 : Conscious state →
In the early stages of meditation, we remain in the conscious state allowing our body and mind to go deeper in our Meditation practice and expand our consciousness. Beginning of our Yoga Nidra our mind goes from beta state to Alpha state.
Stage 2 : Half conscious sleep stage →
In this stage , our mind dips from Alpha to Theta state which is also know as the hypnogogic state. Theta state is a transitional stage between wakefulness and sleep. This what we experience before falling asleep. But in Yoga Nidra , we totally aware of it happening, while remaining awake. In theta state , you might see hypnagogic imagery like flashing images and dream scenes. You might get hypnic jerks , where your body starts to jerk and move by itself. It means you are going into deep consciousness. Try to remine still , when this happens. It only lasts a few seconds.
Stage 3 : Conscious Sleep stage →
This is stage is where Yoga Nidra brings you to the deepest level of minds and expands your consciousness in to the unconscious state of mind with you being aware. This state of mind is the doorway to Astral plane and can help you enter the void within minutes.

How do we practice Yoga Nidra :
In yoga we are taught to put our Focus/attention on the 61 points on our body. Causing each part of the 61 point to fall asleep energetically. The 61-Points exercise is an excellent practice for entering Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), which is a state where you are in deep sleep, yet are awake.

How to Enter the Void State using Yoga Nidra :
♡ You can do Yoga Nidra , before bed preferably or during the day if you tend to fall asleep faster.

Hi, can you please give me some advice for the void state?
I feel so fucking stupid :( I can’t help but to feel as if everyone else can enter it besides me lately. I know that’s not true and I can enter it. But I haven’t really made any progress despite all attempts. I think it’s cause I can’t seem to relax fully. But when I do relax fully, I fall asleep.
So it’s like I keep going in some loop. I’ll try propped up, then I won’t relax or something. If I try lying down, I fall asleep eventually instead of entering.
I know it’s just mind awake, body asleep thing. But I don’t understand how to get there :( i tried 10K affirmations but I don’t think anything happened
don’t worry, love! I had this issue for 3 years straight until I sat with myself and tried to understand what was holding me back. My main problems were that i would force myself to enter every time, and I was also afraid of not being able to succeed.
I’ve gotten a couple asks like this and I think most of you really need some tough love lol. But everyone and I mean EVERYONE has the ability to enter the void state, no one is excluded or special. It’s literally just a deep mediation. If you can’t seem to stay awake set the intention to wake up there! If you can’t relax try a guided meditation beforehand or find other methods like the lucid dream method.
GUYS!!! I entered the void!! after few months of trying i actually did it. i was shocked because i did the practice, felt all the symptoms and realized that i entered the void, affirmed few times. after that I immediately fell asleep without opening my eyes and not thinking about whether i enter the void. i set my alarm for 7 am and woke up exactly at that time. when i opened my eyes i saw my desired tattoos on my desired arms, also another few things (desired face, body) AND my parents, who discussed in the kitchen where they are going to move (very rich street) and later they wanna buy me a new iphone and lot of desired things. so, i manifested by using the void - desired face, desired body and tattoos, clear skin, very rich parents, new iphone, cancellation of school and univesity, healthy hair and black color of hair. also cool stuff with sanrio for my new room! i listened to subliminal from slade (𝐕𝐎𝐈𝐃 induce the void state / epsilon waves) and entered the void with it!!

Hey Riri and everyone! So I want to share my void success story and how I got in because I'm pretty sure almost everyone here can relate to my struggles!
So I was like all of you, struggling A LOT with the void. I was always putting it off, I would stop affirming after like 5 minutes because I'd get bored, I was way too impatient, I would get super upset every failed attempt, no matter what I did I just couldn't get into the void.
HOW DID I PUT AN END TO THIS? Well basically, it took me some time to finally get myself together, I won't lie. But if you guys really put in the effort to change yourselves, you can do it a lot quicker than me. I was just too ego-based to realize that. I needed to be consistent. I would tell myself I was a master at the void and then the next day I would start doubting the void and stressing out. That was my issue! I would keep putting it off because I was scared. You just have to do it. Do not let yourself be scared. That is a BIG mistake.
HOW DID I GET IT? I did your challenge and I stayed consistent (BIG SHOCK) and on my set date I woke up in the void with the lullaby method when taking a nap. I didn't think too much of it, I just told myself that I'm just going to do it, nothing is stopping me, and then minute I closed my eyes I was in the void. I manifested my entire dream life. Everything I've ever wanted.

my experience with psych k
hi, i wanted to share my experience with psych k bc i personally belive it's helped a lot :)
so a few days ago i decided to try out psych k I watched the videos @chaisshitposts recommended and so i basically sat down on the edge of my bed, crossed one ankle over the other, and crossed the opposite hand with my other hand (it's hard to explain but you can see in the video) and then i set a timer for 3min and 30 seconds. I then put my tongue to the top of my mouth and breathed in and as i breathed out i whispered my affirmation. after the 3 mins were up i switched positions and did the same. I did 4 sets, the first 2 saying "i am the void" and the other 2 saying "i always enter the void state easily" after this i went to sleep and the next day i woke up i felt just completely relaxed and felt no resistance when thinking about the void. i really do recommend watching this vid

bc it explains everything and also when you do this you need to make sure you are really letting all your resistance and doubts out. just let everything go and let your thoughts be. (as the vid says)
anyway i think this has been really helpful overall and i recommend it! when i used to think about the void i had lots of doubts and resistance come to mind and it always stressed me out, and I'd try to push it away but it never helped and it all came to mind, espec when i was trying to do methods, and now that's all gone! i haven't attempted any methods after that but today i will and im pretty certain ill get in. 💗

1. Wake-Back-To-Bed (WBTB) technique: Set an alarm to wake up about 4-6 hours after falling asleep, stay awake for a short period of time, and then go back to bed. This can increase the likelihood of entering the "mind awake body asleep" stage.
2. Relaxation techniques: Use relaxation exercises such as deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, or meditation to achieve a state of physical relaxation. This can allow the mind to stay alert while the body falls asleep.
3. Visualization: Envision yourself floating or in a dream scenario. This can help the mind stay focused while the body falls asleep.
Once you feel your body asleep, you can start Affirming for the void state and you'll be there ♡

Meditate for 5 to 10 minutes prior. Just clear your mind completely and if you get any thoughts (which I’m sure you will and that’s okay) just acknowledge them for a second and then put them aside, then go back into clearing your mind by focusing on your heartbeat. If you can’t focus on your heartbeat, focus on your breathing and just clear your mind. After the 10 minutes, so after you’ve done the meditation, just lay back and relax all your muscles, and just focus really intently on the emotion of love and imagine your heart center, you can use the word chakras if you feel comfortable with it. If not, just imagine the center of your body expanding outwards and imagine this energy is just bursting forward into the universe.
And imagine it’s such an immense feeling that you can’t move. Just pinned to the bed and you can’t move, this energy is emanating out of your heart and the same time as doing that, hold the emotions associated with what you want to experience. So you could say your desired reality, and just hold it there. Don’t move don’t do anything, just hold that energy there. And that’s all you need to do, just hold that loving energy and your emotions in your heart chakra or center. Focus on your desired reality, (and again, this is after you’ve meditated, so after 5-10 minutes of meditation) hold the energy there and then just release it to the universe.
That literally is enough to massively, and I mean MASSIVELY increase the chances of you shifting when you go to sleep tonight or whenever you try this. It will also increase the chances of you manifesting whatever you focused on, so you can use this for anything, it doesn’t have to be for shifting. You can use this for anything you want to experience, anything you want to feel or materialize or…you get it. You can do this in the physical reality, or in a lucid dream and when you get ready for shifting, and then you just go about your daily routine and…see what happens.
I want to share a technique for the void!
I don't remember what it's called but it works wonders.
1) Set you alarm to wake up in REM sleep. So after 1h30, 3h, 4h30 or 6h of sleep.
2) When you wake up focus 3 to 10 seconds on the black behind your eyes, then focus 3 to 10 seconds on what you hear and after that focus on what you feel for 3 to 10 seconds. Repeat this and you will enter a lucid dream. From there you can enter the void.
