Cool my first Asked and yes I do. I find their pairing cute and chaotic also they are fictional characters. As long no REAL danger ACTUALLY occurs to anyone then I see no real problem with it, I’m not completely a monster. Art that my pookie bear meow meow @wheezechu made for me awhile back of our ocs (the second picture!) The males name is Howard Mary and the gals name is Féng Xiúyīng. Howard is Féng's male wife because she's a war criminal from the Boxer Rebellion (that happened 7 years before the main story.) I have a fanfic that I'm planning to make haha but I'm nervous to post it and it's still in a work. (Historical research and story research can suck my booty U_U)

OK.  I said this a long time ago on my now-dead Beej/Lyds blog, but the post’s gone, so I’ll say it here.

If the Beetlejuice sequel were a real thing it would be covered like CRAZY by the legit entertainment media.

There would be interviews and segments in/on:

Hollywood Reporter Deadline Variety People Entertainment Tonight Rolling Stone US Weekly And these outlets owned by Warner Brothers, who owns the rights to Beetlejuice: CNN HBO

At most a couple outlets have said there’s “talk” about the sequel “according to sources.”

I’ve worked in media.  “Sources” can mean anything from a Key Grip to some studio intern who thought he overheard something while in line at Tail O’ the Pup.

When sources aren’t named it means the news hasn’t been confirmed by anyone important.

IF the sequel were real, the news would be fucking everywhere.  Warner Brothers would be promoting it the moment Tim Burton and Michael Keaton’s signatures were dry on their contracts.  It would be the biggest movie news of the last 30 years.

But that hasn’t happened.

Until it happens it’s all rumors.  Fuck IMDB.  IMDB is not a reliable source.  No one has confirmed the movie has been Green-lit.

Key word: “Green-lit.”  If it ain’t Green-lit it ain’t real.  Green-lit means Warner Brothers has said yes and producers have begun raising money and signing talent.

So just calm your asses down and find other things to occupy your time.  If Burton and Keaton actually are going to do this, you won’t be able to escape hearing about it.

Beatrice Spoon is a 19-year-old woman who would describe herself as a Romantic Goth and who’s a bit too much into Literature as a whole. Beatrice moves into a small town called Miracle Pinewood, Michigan with her parents in pursuit of fulfilling her music career. When trying to ignore the plain ignorance of the towns people around her, Beatrice will continue to write her music or go out searching for anything that she finds fascinating. She is also known to do gardening and observing insects in her free time.

Beatrice has never felt uncomfortable being called a lonely person. Mainly because she has never had anyone to count or rely on through her childhood to make her feel lonely. So being isolated is what felt more natural to her.

Beatrice is not a violent person and usually keeps her emotions under control when dealing with a lot of stress, but that doesn’t last long until she is pushed way past her limits. Beatrice will try to see the good in everything, and occasionally, everyone too.

No matter how bad things may seem Beatrice will try to work out the situation and try to find a resolution that will benefit everyone in the long term.
