Ok so let me just start by saying this is some VERY beginner stuff that a close witchy friend gave me and I figured I would put it here to share with the world!
I’m going to use the phrase “I am safe and protected” because it is a little more complex
In the instance of this phrase we are then left with “m sf nd prtctd”
That will leave us with “m sf nd prtc”
There is no other way to describe this than with a picture…
So “msfndprtc” = 416547923
So another picture is… my only form of help!
So this is what mine looked like when I was totally done adding my flourish to it!
So this is… how it’s done? I know I probably did a TERRIBLE job at explaining this but I am willing to help anyone who has any questions!!!

Before January ends, I’m going to magically and extremely be blessed by the universe.
This is one subject I’ve not fully delved into. For some, it can be hard to know where to begin, and you may not even know the full extent of your abilities yet. You just know something is there. Every sensitive is different and so growing and strengthening your abilities will work the same. What works for one may not work for another. However, with patience, and trying different techniques, you will eventually find one that works for you. If you have been able to connect with your Guide, they can also help you in this journey and give you ideas as to what to do or techniques to use, just as mine did.
I recommend picking one technique and trying it out for a bit before moving onto the next. Don’t mix and jumble them together, they will not work.
1- The first one, and this is the one I most highly recommend to everyone, as even my Guide told me to do this and it works, is to MEDITATE. Start small at first. You will need to choose a mantra for yourself. Mine is an ‘I am’ Mantra. The reason I recommend a Mantra is that it helps you concentrate on your words and less on your thoughts. It takes time, so don’t get frustrated if your mind wonders. Choose a time of day that is best for you when you will not get interrupted. Pick a good place to meditate that you will feel comfortable and safe, but not to the point you’ll get sleepy. Choose comfortable seating. I do not recommend sitting in a chair or on a bed. I, for instance, sit on the floor on a pillow. You want it to be comfy but not overly soft. Some say you should not meditate sitting over metal. Breathe… nice deep in and out breaths. As you get better at it, you can control your breaths with your mantra.
So… Good place, comfy seat, Best time of day, Mantra of choice, try to focus, just Breathe, say your Mantra over and over as you Breathe, eyes closed, crossed legs, hands on lap and relaxed (there’s no wrong posture).
I recommend starting of doing this every day at your chosen time for about ten minutes then begin to stretch the time out after two days until you are at what you feel is comfortable for you.
2- Try to connect with your guide. You can do this over time as you grow with your meditation. Ask your guide to come forward and show themselves to you. I connected to mine through meditation and divination. However I do NOT recommend divination simply because you do not know who could come through. I was a beginner then and didn’t know any better. Luckily it was my guide who came through. I then also saw him through meditation. Over time I realized I have heard him all throughout my life as far back as I can remember, even saw him before. Most sensitives are born with our gifts.
3- Start a journal. This is a place where you can keep a record of anything you feel from objects, places, or people. Visions you receive, premonitions, recognitions. Voices you may hear. Write down your dreams as well, especially if they are vivid. Literally anything. You can then go back and see your progress and use it as a guide as well.
4- Practice and improve on your Psychometry and clair skills. Choose items, and touch them, try to connect to it. Feel them and try to get a vibration from them or feeling. You are basically reading the energy of the object. Try hard to concentrate and see if you get any type of impression from the object. This doesn’t mean to force anything, just let things flow naturally. Do you receive any visions? A name? Date? Place? Feeling with the object? This is where I recommend writing what you get in your journal. Now for your Clair skills… most clairs see things mentally so practice visualizations. Pick something like your bracelets and look at them, then close your eyes and image one, form details, then image the rest. You can practice with a friend as well. Have them place items out for you, look at them good, then have them take them away. Now try to visualize each object sitting there as they were. Write it all down, including all the details. As much as you can remember.
5- Practice remote Viewing. If you are going to a place in the future as in an hour or next day, practice visualizing this place in your mind. Close your eyes and see this place. Try to image details of the place. Imagine yourself walking through this place and what you will see. Try to picture as many details as possible. As always, take notes in your journal and compare when you go to these places. Now there is a common misconception that remote Viewing is a Clairvoyance skill, and although they are related in a way, they are seperate and different. So this a gift all it’s own. Clairvoyance means “clear seeing” and although they both have similar traits, an individual with the gift of clairvoyance of any type has a more heightened psychic perception, clarity, and (clear) visions, than that of a remote viewer.
6- work your mind and intuition. You can do this by using cards. Have an individual choose a card, don’t look, and have them place it back, then spread them out, try to focus on their thoughts, and choose the card they chose. This works with telepathy a bit, but also stretches your intuition muscles, so to speak. Really pay attention to that inner voice inside you. Run your fingers over the cards and see if any give off a vibration or energy to you, speak to you. Listen to the person in from of you. See if you can pick up anything from them. Do NOT second guess yourself. You can do this with a lot of different items. Even numbers. Have someone hide an object in the house, make sure you hold it and feel it’s energy first, then have them hide it, then try to use your intuition, try connecting to the energy of the item, and also tap into their mind to find the item. Intuition is a major part of a psychic and our gifts, as well as energy.
7- energy, and aura. You can start this with someone you know then progress to those you do not know. Have the individual stand in front of you. What you will do is study them. Try to feel the energy coming off of them, use your hands if need be. Do you feel anything from them? A feeling? Write it down. As you meditate, you may become more sensitive to auras. Some sensitives can see these auras radiate off of people, even animals and plants. Do you see any type of color at all around the person? Write it down. Any letters, names, places, feeling, images, ANYTHING that comes to you, write it down, then talk to the person and see if it has any meaning to them. Before you go into auras I recommend studying colors and meaning (I’ll make a post about this). This also works your clair skills.
8- practice practice practice. The only way to grow is to practice. It’s like your muscles. You want your muscles to become stronger, you go to the gym and work them out by lifting weights and exercise. This is the same for psychics. We exorcise our minds, gifts… our psychic muscles.
9- Don’t give up. Everyone is different. Works differently. And develops differently. You’ll find what works for you. But the key is to keep pushing through. You have this gift for a reason. Use it for good. Remember you are gifted. You are beautiful. You are special.

I found a really good book that I think will help!
It’s really easy to follow and has a wide variety of plants:
You can basically find the plant listed that looks most like the plant you have, and go to the page listed under it. And it’ll say how to care for it!
Here’s an example ^ not only does it say what lighting and watering it needs like most books, but it also lists the different things that can go wrong with this plant and which make us think it’s dying. Like wilting being too much water, edges crisping being not enough misting, what sunburn on this plant looks like, etc.
A common mistake people make that kills plants is too much water or not enough water, it can be tricky until you get used to your plant’s needs! This explains watering techniques really well.
And a bunch of other stuff it shows you, like buying the best plant for your environment, repotting them, feeding them, all sorts of things!
It’s definitely a new favorite 😌

Reflecting on my writing process after turning in my first college essay, I had begun with loads of brainstorming. This brainstorming process took a couple days, as we participated in class workshops to help us create topics for our papers. My brainstorming process also included asking others what they would write about, seeing if two brains could jog anymore ideas for this paper.
This is the stage of where I had collected all of my thoughts, and started my first draft. See, this is the funny part, I say first because I have 3 other versions of the same essay. All different approaches, word choice, and style. However those 3 drafts did not capture ME as a writer, my voice was lost. I had spent some serious time just drafting this paper, and it wasn't written in one sitting either. I enjoy taking breaks when producing work, new ideas each time I start. Though, it can leave me with a crunch for time. This is something I can work on to improve myself, and my writing.
Going through and editing my paper, I had no “set image” for what I wanted to produce. I wanted something a little more raw, I have been confined to a supply and demand ideal when it comes to high school writing assignments. I was able to really show off my voice in this paper- However my timeline can get pretty jumpy, as I know my audience and am not comfortable sharing everything with them.
When a spacecraft built for humans ventures into deep space, it requires an array of features to keep it and a crew inside safe. Both distance and duration demand that spacecraft must have systems that can reliably operate far from home, be capable of keeping astronauts alive in case of emergencies and still be light enough that a rocket can launch it.
Missions near the Moon will start when the Orion spacecraft leaves Earth atop the world’s most powerful rocket, the Space Launch System. After launch from Kennedy Space Center in Florida, Orion will travel beyond the Moon to a distance more than 1,000 times farther than where the International Space Station flies in low-Earth orbit, and farther than any spacecraft built for humans has ever ventured. To accomplish this feat, Orion has built-in technologies that enable the crew and spacecraft to explore far into the solar system. Let’s check out the top five:
As humans travel farther from Earth for longer missions, the systems that keep them alive must be highly reliable while taking up minimal mass and volume. Orion will be equipped with advanced environmental control and life support systems designed for the demands of a deep space mission. A high-tech system already being tested aboard the space station will remove carbon dioxide (CO2) and humidity from inside Orion. The efficient system replaces many chemical canisters that would consume up to 10 percent of crew livable area. To save additional space, Orion will also have a new compact toilet, smaller than the one on the space station.
Highly reliable systems are critically important when distant crew will not have the benefit of frequent resupply shipments to bring spare parts from Earth. Even small systems have to function reliably to support life in space, from a working toilet to an automated fire suppression system or exercise equipment that helps astronauts stay in shape to counteract the zero-gravity environment. Distance from home also demands that Orion have spacesuits capable of keeping astronaut alive for six days in the event of cabin depressurization to support a long trip home.
The farther into space a vehicle ventures, the more capable its propulsion systems need to be in order to maintain its course on the journey with precision and ensure its crew can get home.
Orion’s highly capable service module serves as the powerhouse for the spacecraft and provides propulsion capabilities that enable it to go around the Moon and back on exploration missions. The service module has 33 engines of various sizes. The main engine will provide major in-space maneuvering capabilities throughout the mission such as inserting Orion into lunar orbit and firing powerfully enough to exit orbit for a return trip to Earth. The other 32 engines are used to steer and control Orion on orbit.
In part due to its propulsion capabilities, including tanks that can hold nearly 2,000 gallons of propellant and a back up for the main engine in the event of a failure, Orion’s service module is equipped to handle the rigors of travel for missions that are both far and long. It has the ability to bring the crew home in a variety of emergency situations.
Going to the Moon is no easy task, and it’s only half the journey. The farther a spacecraft travels in space, the more heat it will generate as it returns to Earth. Getting back safely requires technologies that can help a spacecraft endure speeds 30 times the speed of sound and heat twice as hot as molten lava or half as hot as the sun.
When Orion returns from the Moon it will be traveling nearly 25,000 mph, a speed that could cover the distance from Los Angeles to New York City in six minutes. Its advanced heat shield, made with a material called AVCOAT, is designed to wear away as it heats up. Orion’s heat shield is the largest of its kind ever built and will help the spacecraft withstand temperatures around 5,000 degrees Fahrenheit during reentry though Earth’s atmosphere.
Before reentry, Orion also will endure a 700-degree temperature range from about minus 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Orion’s highly capable thermal protection system, paired with thermal controls, will protect it during periods of direct sunlight and pitch black darkness while its crews comfortably enjoy a safe and stable interior temperature of about 77 degrees Fahrenheit.
As a spacecraft travels on missions beyond the protection of Earth’s magnetic field, it will be exposed to a harsher radiation environment than in low-Earth orbit with greater amounts of radiation from charged particles and solar storms. This kind of radiation can cause disruptions to critical computers, avionics and other equipment. Humans exposed to large amounts of radiation can experience both acute and chronic health problems ranging from near-term radiation sickness to the potential of developing cancer in the long-term.
Orion was designed from the start with built in system-level features to ensure reliability of essential elements of the spacecraft during potential radiation events. For example, Orion is equipped with four identical computers that each are self-checking, plus an entirely different backup computer, to ensure it can still send commands in the event of a disruption. Engineers have tested parts and systems to a high standard to ensure that all critical systems remain operable even under extreme circumstances.
Orion also has a makeshift storm shelter below the main deck of the crew module. In the event of a solar radiation event, we developed plans for crew on board to create a temporary shelter inside using materials on board. A variety of radiation sensors will also be on the spacecraft to help scientists better understand the radiation environment far away from Earth. One investigation, called AstroRad, will fly on Exploration Mission-1 and test an experimental vest that has the potential to help shield vital organs and decrease exposure from solar particle events.
Spacecraft venturing far from home go beyond the Global Positioning System (GPS) in space and above communication satellites in Earth orbit. To talk with mission control in Houston, Orion’s communication and navigation systems will switch from our Tracking and Data Relay Satellites (TDRS) system used by the International Space Station, and communicate through the Deep Space Network.
Orion is equipped with backup communication and navigation systems to help the spacecraft stay in contact with the ground and orient itself if its primary systems fail. The backup navigation system, a relatively new technology called optical navigation, uses a camera to take pictures of the Earth, Moon and stars and autonomously triangulate Orion’s position from the photos. Its backup emergency communications system doesn’t use the primary system or antennae for high-rate data transfer.
