This is part one of a comic I’m doing based off of Ricardian Scholar Clark-Weasley’s fanfic on Fanfic.net, “Kiss and Dash”, so if you want to read the whole story, check it out there!

A huge thanks to her for letting me illustrate her story as a comic! I got inspired to illustrate it while I was bored on the plane and binge read it for the bajillionth time. It’s one of the first few fics I came across, and as such has a special place in my heart.

Hi! So I’ve been a huge fan of yours for years. Literal years. Probably close to 5 at this point.

Thing is, I found your stories on Wattpad, which is totally awesome! I love all your stories on there. There was only one problem with finding you on Wattpad.

I had no idea what gender you were.

Because this is your profile:

Somewhere along the line, probably because your profile pic is Nino, but slightly to the left, I decided you must be a guy and I rolled with that.

Now we’re to present times, specifically tODAY where I finally decide to check you out on Tumblr because I’m old enough for such shenanigans now, I come to discover that you are, in fact, a girl.

I dunno, I just thought it was cool that there was a guy fan in the fandom, who was sUPER good at writing, and I just thought it was sick.

Basically, it reminded me of the text post where Adrien finds out Ladybug and Marinette are the same person. Like,

Adrien: I have 5 friends! Nino, Alya, Marinette, Chloé, and Ladybug!

Adrien after finding out Marinette and Ladybug are the same person: *sniffs* I have 4 friends... T.T

All in all, I am not upset about this new revelation, just... a bit disoriented. So uh, anyways, I think your art and writing is the coolest ever, and congrats on being a girl????

This isn’t the first time this has happened by far seeing as all my icons are either nino, or myself which just looks like Nino But A Little To The Right cause thats just what I look like IRL, lmao.
