If you’re feeling anxious: eat root vegetables, especially beets (which correspond to your root chakra)

If you feel jaded: eat as many avocados as you can, and salad, watercress yasss. (For the heart chakra)
If you feel that you’re not representing yourself properly: eat blueberries, and blue blue blue foods. (Throat chakra)
If you don’t understand: eat indigo foods, grapes, blackberries, cosmic carrots (correspond to third eye chakra)
If you want to connect to the divine: drink water, but don’t just drink it, really enjoy it. (Crown chakra)
You will always be too much of something for someone: too big, too loud, too soft, too edgy. If you round out your edges, you lose your edge.
