Okay, I'm Rambling BUT

Okay, I'm rambling BUT

I think people forget that Chuuya is one of the very few people who know Dazai. Like, actually know him past his masks. That Dazai isn't the only one who can hurt Chuuya, that Chuuya can hurt Dazai just as much. Because Chuuya knows Dazai. Knows what makes him angry and what makes him act in certain ways to some extent and can understand his plans with no words sometimes

People focus on Dazai hurting Chuuya. But nobody thinks Chuuya can strike back just as hard. You really think Chuuya didn't at some point absolutely made Dazai feel like shit to the point it made his mind spin for nights? You really think Chuuya hasn't made Dazai feel guilty at least once?

I headcanon that when Chuuya is so pissed he becomes serious his words are pure poison. I headcanon that Chuuya can hurt Dazai more than anyone else could think. I headcanon that Chuuya even has said some very hurtful things to Dazai from time to time and has regretted them terribly. That there were points when Chuuya broke Dazai right back.

Soukoku are equals in ways not many would think. They are soulmates. I'm pretty sure if there's someone who could hurt Dazai for real, it isn't even Mori, but Chuuya.

I bet they struggled at some points to understand when their bickering was okay and when it actually came too far and one or both got genuinely hurt.

Chuuya keeps much to himself, so I think everyone should be absolutely terrified for the moment he actually bursts. Genuinely bursts.

i hate that i have no volume control. i try so, so hard to reel it in but when im happy, excited, relaxed, comfortable, etc. i talk and laugh loud. it’s as involuntary as laughter. i don’t realize until i get shushed, then i feel like my heart got stomped on. it’s so frustrating because i KNOW it is annoying but can’t seem to help it. getting called on it always takes me from happy to feeling awful in a millisecond

Forgive any insensibility, but I really don’t understand why people would be upset at BSD or at the vampire arc. It seems so, so clear that it’s only a plot point, none of those important characters are going to die - the fact that it’s so many main-cast characters all infected should precisely be an indication that it’ll have to be undone. It runs long, for sure, it’s a huge-ass buildup to a rollercoaster climax and it can be a lot to take in, but I’m really not seeing anything wrong, traitorous to the audience or a single sign of bad writing, from my point of view.

BSD doesn’t make a habit of killing characters, not main-cast ones. Side characters, guards, smaller enemies, sure, but not main cast. That’s why I’m calm as ever and simply enjoying the ride!

I want to say that such a big youtuber coming out as aroace is such a step forward in representation in general of course, but also specifically by using the rainbow flag and only ever portraying those two identities as unquestionably being part of the LGBTQ+ community in her video, a huge step forward for the general opinion to properly consider us part of the community since it’s unfortunately a “debate”. She really reaffirmed our belonging in the community and that is so impactful.

Three drawings of characters from Genshin Impact, all featuring Kaeya. Top-left, Kaeya is sitting in a red arm chair with his eyes closed, smiling, while he holds a sleeping Klee in his lap. She is bundled up in his fur cape and is not wearing her usual hat. Top-right, Kaeya is training with Bennet. Kaeya is looking at Bennet with a small smile, while the boy looks nervous as he tries to copy what Kaeya is doing. At the bottom, Kaeya is grinning while he ruffles an annoyed Amber's hair. She blushes with embarrassment, mouth open in protest, while holding a bow.
A drawing featuring Kaeya and Diluc. Kaeya is asleep at a bar, implied to be Angel's Share considering Diluc's presence. Kaeya is sleeping with his head resting on his arms, his face still visible. An unfinished glass of wine sits by his elbow. Diluc has his hair tied in a high ponytail and he is sighing in exasperation as he drapes his coat over Kaeya's shoulders.

kaeya being everybodys big brother :)! plus him with his own

What an autistic person says: "How long is it going to take?"

What they mean: "I want to know whether to activate my short term waiting mode where I just wait and do nothing else, or activate my long term waiting mode where I occupy my mind with something else. I fully understand that both are possibilities, and I have no problem whatsoever with either one, but I want more information so I can best adapt to the situation."

What neurotypical people hear: "I am impatient and demand that everything I want happen right now. Please scold me and publicly humiliate me for it."

the (almost) complete Bungou Stray Dogs reading list

as a dostoyevsky fan i first discovered bsd by being very confused whenever i saw pretty anime boys in the crime and punishment tag, so now i’m using bsd to discover more classic literature, and you can too!

this is my personal list straight from my phone notes app, of the most significant works mentioned in the series. italized titles are those that i really couldn’t find an english translation of but they’re there for completeness (if you’ve found one please comment!)

i’ve also got links to the french text of all works that are originally in french, because i read french and as said this list is just adapted from my personal notes hahaha
