there's a cat in my neighborhood with three little spots on his waist, so i've taken to calling him Orion 🌌
Headcanon I don't think daneel likes food. Like it's not even just that he thinks it's a waste. He totally does think that but he just also thinks it's yucky to have food inside of him. Every time he has to eat he's just consciously aware of the fact there is food in him and he's :/ about it
Drawing for comfort 'cause I've been not feeling that well for a while
"Kinda Like Hari" just killed me
I probably cannot comment Toh I'm not better
"Lucky Starr, Space Ranger"? More like "Lucky Starr, Funny Prankster"
if you’re happy for literally any reason no matter how “small” or “stupid” you’re winning in this world as far as I can tell
Sometimes I think about that one bit in "The Robots of Dawn" where Daneel explains to Elijah that on Aurora there are Specialized Robots to raise kids, and neither him or Giskard have that ability. And then I think that Giskard sort of raised Vasilia.
Imagine when Vasilia was really tiny, Han Fastolfe going to Giskard "Oh I'm going a few days out for a scientific Conference please keep an eye on Vasilia" and Giskard Panicking. Fastolfe comes back home three days later and Giskard is now "Babysitter Supreme"
I invite you to the senate, what knife you bringing 😏
See you all on the 15th ❤️❤️❤️

i really believe that discussing the character with someone who shares ur interpretation is the closest u can get to modern day philosophy. we are like plato and aristotle but talking about a fictional guys trauma
