⤷ ft. dazai, chuuya, ranpo, fyodor, sigma, tecchou, jouno

dazai always needs to be touching you. he starts his day with his forehead against yours in the comfort of his futon, legs tangled together. he barely makes it through work by playing footsie with you under his desk, resisting the urge to shower you with love under kunikida’s watchful eye. on the walk home, his hand lingers on the small of your back as he guides you through the crowded street, careful to not let anyone bump into you. and when it’s time to rest again, you strip him of his bandages and trace your fingertips along his forearms and wrists, trailing kisses down skin that haven’t felt human touch in who knows how long, making up for all the little touches he gave you through the day.

chuuya spoils you rotten. he has money to spare, and has no problems adding your needs into his monthly budget, but he spoils you in other, non-financial ways too. he notices the bags under your eyes, and turns off your alarm so you can get an extra few minutes of sleep, keeping track of the time so you aren’t late. he warms up your towels in the dryer while you’re in the shower so you won’t be cold when you get out. he’ll watch that one show you like, as corny as it may be, because he wouldn’t miss you laughing so prettily at the stupid jokes for the world.

ranpo compares everyone else to you. for someone who thought he was the greatest, he really loved to talk about how great you were. “y/n’s coffee tastes better.” he comments with a shrug to the waitress, who has no idea who you are. “that would look so cute on y/n!” when yosano is showing him the new shirt she bought, much to her disdain. “you’re so boring! why can’t y/n be here instead.” he pouts in front of the witness he’s interviewing. there may or may not be a group of people in yokohama who unintentionally hate you.

fyodor asks what you think — not just about his work, about everything. he wants to pick your brain apart and analyze everything about you, from how you like your tea to your opinion on how greek philosophy influenced modern christianity. he wants to be the only one who knows you so well; it only seems fair when he feels so annoyingly vulnerable around you, knowing you’ve captured his heart.

sigma lets his guard down around you. you never have an ulterior motive or try to read him. you ask questions about himself out of pure curiosity, and in return he tries to memorize everything he can about you. there’s so much he doesn’t know, and you teach him as much as you can; not so you can use him, but because you want him to experience life to the fullest. when you wrap your arms around him, letting him rest his head on top of yours, he can’t help but think about how long he’s dreamed of this, and now he finally has it: his home.

tecchou looks at you, almost always. you can’t ignore the tingly feeling of his eyes on you as you’re folding laundry or brushing your hair. when you ask him, you half expect him to blink and snap out of it, but he never does. “i like looking at you. you’re pretty.” is what he always says, gaze never straying from behind his messy bangs.

jouno listens to every part of you. while the extra noise that comes with his ability is bothersome, your sounds calm him. any irregularity in your heartbeat or your breathing makes a nervousness he isn’t used to surge through his body. he can’t help but feel prideful at the way your heartbeat is so calm when your fingers, so much softer than any fabric, brush against his own. he can’t see you, but he can hear the blood rush to your cheeks and the smile in your voice when you talk to him about your day.

He absolute adores his S/O, always updating his phone wallpaper with the newest selfies or pictures of them from dates, and a little smile sneaks onto his face whenever he checks his phone and remembers how lucky he is to have this beautiful person in his life

Late night convenience store runs where he insists on getting your favourite snacks and drinks, anything his sweetheart desires

Perfect for movie marathons late into the night, snuggled together under the blankets watching your favourite films, especially action movies and documentaries

He will ramble on endlessly about his research on weapons or cryptid lore, while you look up at him with your head on his chest and arms around his waist, him gesturing wildly about his favourite topics

He loves that you’re always open to listening to his rambles, even chiming in or engaging him in a discussion if you’re just as deeply interested

and if you have super niche interests just like him, he will 100% go out of his way to read up on it, getting you merch if it’s media-related or any relevant items to that hobby, and just waiting to impress you with his knowledge on the topic

Whenever you guys haven’t seen each other for a while (and by a while I mean like, a day or two…), Hayato sends all these cheesy messages about missing you, the love of his life; texts that he would not be caught dead sending, but you just smile down at your phone and feel ever so thankful that he feels close enough to be vulnerable with you

And when he sees you again, he scoops you up in his arms and peppers your face with sweet kisses :)

Hibari Kyoya

He’s such a softie with his S/O omg, he’s a bit cold initially, and not much of a smooth talker, but his actions really show how much he cares about them

He may dislike crowds, but he has a soft spot for you, always standing right behind or in front of you, to show that you are safe with him, and to ward off any weirdos who might try something

He’s also very responsible, I think; your love language includes performing tasks for each other, helping with paperwork or chores so the other person can have less on their plate

Y'all really enjoy buying fancy teas to try together, relaxing in the warmth of the kotatsu and listening to the calming chirping and pitter patter of the birds outside as it steeps, then the trickle of tea into the cups and the quiet sipping of the fragrant beverage

He takes this time to ask about your day, and whatever you have to unload off your chest, he’s here to listen and take it all in, offering small comments and questions, or even a shoulder to lean on or a lap to rest your head on if you were particularly wound up, tired, or upset

He brushes his hand up and down the small of your back, and gives your shoulders a squeeze; if you are exceptionally tense, he takes some time to rub the knots out, peppering the nape of your neck and shoulders with kisses to try to ease the stress of responsibility

Sometimes you feel a little ticklish with the touching, and that giggling turns into playful kisses and caresses, eventually you falling over Kyoya and snuggling into him, and he feels the same kind of relief from the weight of his work, just from being close to you

Xanxus

It’s so hard to imagine this guy with an S/O, but once he goes through the emotional rollercoaster that is getting invested in someone and experiencing all the stages of grief that he, of all people, has developed some kind of softness, this weakness, for someone he should only see as lowly scum??? Xanxus’s world is shattered broe

On the off chance that you convince him to go on a date outside with you, in public, you have the privilege of getting literally anything you want because you have a huge scary man trailing behind you, grumbling under his breath like he hates being there (but man’s gotta be whipped af to entertain your whims like this) and would kill on the spot

Your own personal walking wallet, because he doesn’t want you pestering him asking for things all the damn time… but secretly, there’s a warmth in his chest (a peaceful kind, like the soft crackle of a fireplace) that blooms when he sees you happy and smiling and content

When you two are draped over each other in the comfort of your private quarters, you quietly tracing over his scars, sometimes pressing soft kisses over them; the first time you asked about their origins, he froze on the spot and refused to answer, with that familiar anger growing in him when you pressed on (and sensing that, you backed off)…

He appreciates that you respect his silence about his past, he doesn’t want to talk about it and he’s far too traumatized to do so without exploding anyway; you care for him for who he is and who he continues to be, regardless of the past

If his scars of rage grow when he’s pissed beyond comprehension, they almost seem to lighten after you gently press your soft lips to them… but you don’t notice, and he doesn’t want to think about how content he is in those moments

You also feed him steak sometimes for funsies and he wouldn’t be caught dead with you babying him like that but he’s a lazy mf so he wouldn’t say he hates it, just always grumbling about “I can feed my damn self” but still accepting the loaded fork you shove towards him lol what a loser

He’s not a very good partner in the traditional sense, but he’s protective of you and cares for your well-being, even seeking your company; if you’re at the point where you’re in a relationship with him, he’s got to be giving his all emotionally and vulnerability wise, just to trust you and be soft with you, something he’s unable to do with even himself

Superbi Squalo

He’s a busy man and frequently stressed out, so his S/O turns out to be his solace, his resting spot, where he can unwind and dareisay, relax for once

It’s mostly because his S/O refuses to let him overwork himself, and will only spend their leisure time together doing leisurely activities; no work, just vibes!!

Trusts you enough to let you brush and braid his hair, especially during wind down time before bed, both of you clad in soft silk and satin pjs like fancy ladies hehehe

Late night drives out to the woods or mountains to stargaze, his right hand gently squeezing and brushing against your thigh as the car cruises down the road; he prefers to caress you with his non-sword wielding hand, it’s much softer than his gloved mechanical hand

Even when he has to get up and leave for work at the crack of dawn, he leaves you a cup of coffee or tea in a thermos if he knows you’d appreciate that when you wake up

You don’t know this but he feels so bad having to unwrap your arms from around his waist so he can slide out of bed, leaving you snoring without the warmth of him in your arms

Quite protective and cautious of people around you, his arm is usually draped over you or y’all walk hand in hand when out in public… people are usually admiring how modelesque of a couple y’all are, but he doesn’t really appreciate the stares and will tug you along to move elsewhere if you garner too much attention for any reason

Never forgets an anniversary, he’s busy but attentive and will fight tooth and nail for a day off to spend anniversaries properly with you; when you hear him yelling over the phone about “I DONT CARE GET FRAN OR BEL TO DO THAT SHIT, I HAVE FAR MORE IMPORTANT MATTERS TO ATTEND TO, FUCK OFF AND DIE”, you insist that you guys can always celebrate a few days earlier or later, he then goes off on a rant that you can’t bend to people like that (pff what a dad lol), leaving no negotiations and promising that you’re having your anniversary date on the day of

Dino Cavallone

Another busybody, he does his best to ensure that his love and care still reaches his S/O despite his schedule

I think I’ve mentioned the rose teddy bears and flower bouquets and chocolates and wine gifts, he wants to spoil his S/O to show that he’s always thinking of them, whenever he isn’t thinking about work or other responsibilities

To him, you are not a responsibility, (though he is super responsible and respectful to your arrangement <3) you are like a getaway that he wishes so much that he is able to afford more of

If you’re down for it, he’d definitely get matching tattoos (like your respective favourite animals or flowers, etc. in matching designs, NOT names bc that’s risky and silly imo) with you to add to his sleeve or on his other forearm, and cheekily shows them off to friends and family at holiday parties

He loves leaving his jackets and coats for you to wear, especially his signature green jacket agahdhsnhdjs if you’re smaller than him he loves how the sleeves droop over your hands, and if you’re taller he insists that you wear it better than him since it’s a bit oversized on him already

It also always smells nice, he’s a fancy man with a woody and slightly floral scent; if his partner is perfume sensitive, he’ll lay off the scented products but he’s a clean dude and simply too perfect to smell bad

He does get sweaty when you hold his hands sometimes lol he’s nervous because he likes you so much and you’re too cute; the first time you reached out to grab his hand and he drew back, you were a bit surprised and confused so he nervously chuckled and explained that his hands are a little sweaty, so he lets you hook your arm around his instead (which makes him more nervous because now your bodies are even closer)

Even though he’s a fairly confident person, especially as you two grow closer, some days he’s once again awestruck by how lovely his S/O is, and that vulnerability is what makes you admire him even more

Belphegor

He’s obsessed with his S/O, to be frank, always showing them off and sharing matching stuffed animals, outfits, even tattoos if they’re interested in that; he’s also always showing them new jewelry and other accessories that they could match with

He loves going to those super cute purikura photo booths, there’s stickers of y'all everywhere, on the back of his phone, your laptop, water bottle, etc. He somehow makes it a point to telegraph that y'all are madly in love to everyone who witnesses either of you or your belongings

Going on cute dates to cat cafes!! Bel gets huffy that some cats like you more than him, and pouts when you say you like the cats more than him as well; Sometimes he stays pouty until you wrap him up in your arms and litter his face with little kisses

He loves your kisses, this man’s an addict bruh; every time you meet up he has to spend an uncomfortably long time relishing the feeling of your soft lips against his, nipping at your lower lip and giggling at the way you react

Bel also loves cuddles, literally nearly all your free time spent together (when you’re not actively doing something like walking or eating yknow) is in each other’s arms

He loves wrapping his arms around your waist and laying his head in your chest, hearing your heartbeat; he also frequently presses his lips to your sternum or collar bones, a quiet snicker slipping past his cheeky grin when he hears your heartbeat quicken afterwards

omgomg if his S/O is shorter than him, he loves wrapping his arms around their shoulders and resting his chin on their head; if they’re taller, he likes it when they drape an arm over his shoulders so he can wrap his arm around their waist and cheekily squeeze their butt (if they’re wearing pants with back pockets, he’s definitely slipping his hand in it to have his hand just essentially glued there)
