Bursera graveolens, known in Spanish as Palo santo ("holy stick"), is a wild tree native from the Yucatán Peninsula  to Peru and Venezuela.

Palo santo is common today as a type of incense, which gives off an aroma reminiscent of baked apples or burnt sugar.

One of the most spectacularly burning trees in the world. The fire creates a fascinating "mini sunset" effect on it.

This video was filmed inside the Arctic Circle, just between the Canada-Alaska-Russia border. This phenomenon can only be observed once a year, for 36 seconds.  The moon appears and disappears. Immediately afterward, there is a 5-second total solar eclipse.

This phenomenon only occurs at perigee - the point where the moon is closest to the earth.
