You think you are gonna get your dream body if you keep saying "its just one binge" "ill start tomorrow" "one bite won't hurt" no you won't. If you follow you plan you would have your dream body instead of wishing for it.

i use mma fighters as my inspo cuz they just gain and lose weight in literal weeks just to match the standards of the match or sth
im literally like 30 days away from my goal i just need to lock in
some wl tips that helped me lose almost 10kg
- don't tell people what ur doing- it's easier to lose weight without people trying to tell you it's worthless and you look good anyway.
- one fav food per week- pick one day a week and eat one of your favourite foods as a meal.
- don't eat till ur full- eat till you're satisfied, not until your stomach feels as if it's about to explode (even if it means wasting a portion of your food)
-when going out for a walk or with friends don't bring money- even if you wanted to buy a snack, you can't.
- weigh in morning and evening- if your evening weight is higher by at least 1kg than your morning weight- you ate too much, if it's more by less than 1kg- you ate a fine amount.
- burning it off does not mean it disappears- yes you lose fat, but it doesn't take away the responsibility of eating.
-build control not just by food- sit through a cold shower, do something that you really don't want to do, add extra 5 mins to your workout- teaches you discipline without taking your mind to food.
- don't try to distract yourself from food by doomscrolling- it'll end up just making your cravings worse, instead practice your hobby or go for a walk.
- fasted cardio at least once a week- does much more than just a normal workout, even if it's shorter.
- a quick cardio session after muscle training- even 5 minutes on the elliptical will make your body burn fat for a longer time.
apparently when ur body fat drops down you have no energy to eat so i basically have to restrict for a bit and then my body will do it itself ig
the problem isnt hunger, its boredom and lack of discipline

tell me why i started comparing myself to my 8 year old self yesterday?? like hello? i was scrolling thru old pictures and i found one from when i was homeschooled and was learning about agent egypt so i had DRESSED UP in a SHEET and a bra and did the stereotypical egyptian hand thing (i was 8 don't come at me) but i was so thin and small and beautiful and i could see my ribs and i weighed like 60 pounds
the doctor told me i weighed 124.8 pounds yesterday
when i was in 7th grade i weighed 98, why can't i be back there?
i have grown five inches since 2022 though so that's kinda cool
