As indulgent as this was, I would still like to think this makes SOME sense lore wise? Perhaps the Hells began advancing on their automaton technology for the Blood War, leading to androids nearly indistinguishable from living people. Imagine the weird skin tech from DBH combining with magic and glamours - there’s gotta be some potential there
As for the horns, I wanted them to be kinda elegant - unnaturally pretty maybe - just like the androids in DBH. The LED would be replaced by glowing horn tips which can be broken off and filed down for the deviants that want to appear “normal”. I put a CyberLife symbol in its place simply cuz I was too lazy to find a way to make Connor still look recognizable otherwiselkfjdlsfds mb :,>

Gale can produce a picture perfect hologram of Mystra’s head, there’s no reason at some point he wouldn’t be able to show Astarion what he looks like while they chill in camp
Tav and the Guardian. Every scene I entirely forget how I designed him and it throws me for a loop each time he appears. My Tav is half Drow and I made the Guardian full Drow, maybe implying he took the form of a Drow hero of old to appeal to her desire to belong with a people she might feel she only half belongs to.
