I AM JUST TIRED OF PEOPLE WHO SAYS "BELLA HAS NO PERSONALITY OR WEAK CHARACTER BLAH BLAH.." I JUST WANNA SHOOT THEM, CUZ ALL THE TWIHARDS ARE EXHAUSTED BY PROVING 'EM WRONG, THEY DON'T EVEN TRY TO UNDERSTAND. SO SO SO SO PREJUDICED!

Thinking about how Bella Swan is a strong and well-defined character who knows exactly what she wants. How all the suffering she endures throughout the saga comes from other people telling her "No, actually I know what's best for you, let me save you from this bad decision." How she proves them all wrong by getting her happily ever after anyway. How it's even better than she imagined it would be, both for herself and basically every other character involved. How the reaction from a large portion of the audience is STILL "ugh, but the relationship is so unhealthy, she really made a bad choice." How people make exactly the same complaint about every other fairytale where a woman gets what she wants.

Edward kissed me softly for a moment, and then he chuckled.

“I was all braced for the wrath that was going to put grizzlies to shame, and this is what I get? I should infuriate you more often.”

“Give me a minute to work up to it,” I teased, kissing him again.
