What a wonderful question! As we don't actually see the backs of litg character, it gives us a lot of leg room for headcanons! Considering the...Calibre, of Marshall's tattoos, I'm sure there'd be a littany of very sophisticated, mature options that *certainly* don't give the malicious haste of Light Yagami scrawling into the death note. Bangers include:
"My brother stabbed me here" right at the centre of his back in old English font.
Gangster spongebob on his left shoulder blade and lola bunny getting spanked on his other one.
A bumper sticker of a skull and crossbones because he's proper edgy
"Back Up Dancers go to hell"
"Ozzy Die Die Die"
And like a big scary knife because he's so scary and edgy. Probably a sephiroth backpiece thrown in?

⭕ Because of the drama your current partner will distance himself from you (for no real reason at all but that didn't stop them from letting us sleep on the day beds in S4 either) and then Casa will happen. ❤️🩹💔
⭕ Your current partner will bring a girl back from Casa (because that's the no sense drama Fusebox lives for these days) 🙍♀️💔👩❤️💋👨
⭕ Bella will bring a boy back from Casa despite flirting with you and you telling her that you can imagine coupling up with her (and break my heart in the process... I just hope it will not be a full blown Marisol moment 😭)
⭕ Bella is - according to her own admission - a slow burn LI and will not be available until very late in the game. 🐌
⭕ Roberto is in it for the drama and will make a Rocco 🌱🐍🌱
⭕ Ozzy is supposed to be the late "real" endgame LI and they will bring his (twin) brother in to have twins dating twins.
