Please sign the age of consent is unbelievable. 12 year olds are minors!!

hello everyone, it has come to my recent attention that the statutory age for sexual consent in the Philippines is twelve years old, 12.

Can you believe that? To me its completely unbelievable, because of this more and more r4pists can get away with this and victimize more minors.
