ok so, I've been having trouble with the premise of this au for quite a bit now. But I think I may have something I'm a little happy with! (yayyy) so erm let me know yalls thoughts on this ^U^ -shortly after president Jimble's election, Blingo was able to rise to power as a dictator, increasing tensions between nations -eventually this leads to threats of nuclear warfare so devastating that the government issues a program to evacuate as many people into recycled submarines and remain deep underwater -despite everything, the Smiling Friends charity is still up and running. Which makes sense, a lot of people need it now more than ever before. But it's not just that; in a way, the job of making people smile gives the four of them a sense of normalcy -one day their submarine gets stuck or lost (maybe both) regardless they're all stranded -but little do they all know, they aren't alone

Dude the friggin deepsea au makes me wanna sob and throw up /pos like CHARPIM DIVORCE ??? THE (so far) MYSTERY OF PIM'S SCAR ON HIS EYE ??? THE STORY AND SKETCHES ?? that's some good shit and I'm eating it all UP ^⁠_⁠^

TYSM! also so far I have no idea what I'm doing uhm >_< I've kinda just been tossing around multiple different ideas and trying to figure everything out like maybe adding Charlie (maybe others too??) with Pim in the submarine or something but again idk I'm still very new to writing and this might not even become anything- so I'm sorry abt that!!

I’ve had this scenario about the Victorian au in my head for a while lol:

So in 1900, Charlie and pim decide to go and travel to Galveston island in Texas (mostly cus Charlie hasn’t been there for a while) but in 1900 there was a hurricane that no one knew about so it destroyed everything in the island, so when the duo arrived expecting to have a nice day at the beach all they see is wood and destroyed buildings and pim is all like “……I think we should go back home..”

(This is mostly based off my hc that Charlie was born and raised in Texas lol)

thank you! also erm basically there was some kind of critter war and now Pim (and probably others) live in the deep sea, and Pim is incredibly isolated and alone <3

and ig at some point his underwater home implodes while he's gone so now he has 2 survive or something

For the Victorian AU, do you know the specific year it takes place, and does it still take place in Pennsylvania?

slightly yes and yes it takes place around 1890 and it is in Pennsylvania! (which I should prolly do more research on)
