Saying something to the void so that may acc looks somewhat used-
When consuming media after or before it reaches its prime is somewhat of a lonely experience. Don’t get me wrong I love being able to look at the world and say “I told you so”, but you sort of end up in this rut where you don’t even know if you can find people that like your shit.
I finished reading the hunger games and I find myself in this sort of weird state where I don’t really know where to stand: “Should I talk about this? Isn’t it way too late? I really wanna talk about this”. And with THG it’s way worse cause there’s so many comparisons you can make with todays political background, so many relevant topics. Instead I stare at the ceiling, close the book, breathe it all in and think, “DAMN IT”.
