Worst things about fasting vs the worst things about being fat <3

- the headaches. the disgust people feel looking at you, looking at your rolls full of fat from years of binging

- feeling lightheaded. never being able to find any cute clothes when you go out shopping with your friends

- not thinking as fast as usual. the jiggle your thighs make as they rub together, fat inside of them.

- not being able to shit. all of your friends skinnier than you, playing games and sitting close to each other, while your fat oozes over and spills into the gaps.

Which one is really a sacrifice, when being skinny will make you happy? Food is nothing but an addiction.

That I eat in a day

(ed version)

Snack 1

Greek yogurt

Granola

1/3 banana

Some blueberries

1 spoon of honey

Breakfast

2 eggs

1/2 avocado

2 slice of Whole wheat bread zero

4 baby tomatoes

BRUNCH

1 can of tuna

25 grams of avocado

Tomato bowl with lettuce and onion

1/2 Cucumber with soy sauce

Package of wholemeal cookies

DINNER

Chicken soup with noodles and steamed vegetables

Total Calories.

(Plus 14 hours of fast and 3L of water)

Es curioso, cuando tienes este problema te vuelves consciente de cómo el resto de personas comen. Sabes quienes se cuidan y quienes no. Sabes también quien tiene el problema por cómo reparte la comida con el resto del salón, o cómo lo que come es diminuto. O no les ves comer en absoluto. Oh hermana, sé perfectamente en qué mierda andas metida.
