September. Montessori Calendar 2022.

-GIVEAWAY- READING-TIME WORLD ES|| De vez en cuando un grupo de ilustradoras nos reunimos con un reto concreto, hace unos días nos propusimos crear una ilustración a línea que se pudiera imprimir i pintar de diferentes maneras. Mi propuesta es un mundo botánico y salvaje donde aparecen libros e infusiones entre las flores. Dicen que “la primavera la sangre altera” así que para que os podáis relajar pintando he decidido compartir con todas vosotras esta ilustración. Las que la queráis, podéis escribirme a mi mail ( annaflorsdefum@gmail.com ) y os lo haré llegar! Podéis descargarla, imprimirla en dinA4 o dinA3 y pintarla para relajaros y divertiros. Yo ya he empezado a dar vida y color a este abundante bosque. Y vosotras, os animáis? Me encantaría ver vuestros resultados! ENG|| Every once in a while a group of Spanish illustrators meet to challenge ourselves with a specific theme. A few days ago we set out to create a line illustration that could be printed and painted with different techniques. My proposal is a botanical and wild world where books, tea cups and teapots appear among the flowers. Spring is full of life and soon is my birthday so I’ve decided to share with all of you this illustration. Those of you who want it can write me a mail to annaflorsdefum@gmail.com and I will send it to you! You can download it, print it and paint it to relax and have fun. I would love to see your results! CAT || Mai m'ha agradat massa com va la llegenda del caballer sant jordi… La meva llegenda de Sant Jordi particular és la de la dragona Jordina que va llegir tants llibres que es va quedar dormida en un camp de rosers! Va tenir somnis preciosos on viatjava a terres llunyanes, coneixia animals salvatgement suaus i tothom reciclava molt! La cultura és un generador de somnis on tot és pot fer realitat! Culturitzem-nos, la cultura ens farà forts com una dragona! Feliç Sant Jordi a totes i tots!! 📚🐉🌷

ESP || Mi leyenda de Sant Jordi es la de la dragona Jordina que leyó tantos libros que se quedó dormida en un campo de rosales! Tuvo sueños preciosos donde viajaba a tierras lejanas, conocía animales salvajemente suaves y todo el mundo reciclaba mucho! La cultura es un generador de sueños donde todo se puede hacer realidad! Culturizemonos, la cultura nos hará fuertes como una dragona! Feliz Sant Jordi/dia del libro a todas y todos!!📚🐉🌷

ENG || In Catalonia on April 23th we celebrate Sant Jordi, a day of roses and books! My legend of Sant Jordi is that of the dragon Jordina who read so many books that she fell asleep in a field of roses! She had beautiful dreams where she traveled to distant lands, she knew wildly soft animals and everyone recycled a lot! Culture is a generator of dreams where everything can come true! ES|| Menuda ola de calor que tenemos encima!! Y, lo que más me asusta es que cada año, con el cambio climático y el calentamiento global, esto irá en aumento! El océano se convertirá en un caldo acido, los veranos serán mortales, habrá más tormentas y catástrofes, … En fin, no quiero ni imaginármelo! Si fuera por mí, me encontraríais nadando dentro de este vaso con estas bolitas tan simpáticas, pero, desgraciadamente, tengo que conformarme en ir bebiendo, a lo largo del día, una bebida bastante parecida, aunque con menos frutas y más hierbecillas que me ayuden a sobrellevar las ganas de derretirme en el suelo sin hacer nada todo el día. No sé vosotros, pero yo no llevo muy bien los climas “extremos” y no me gusta, si puedo evitarlo, gastar energía y contaminar, así que no suelo poner el aire acondicionado ni el ventilador, porque por poco que gasten si sumamos el consumo de todos… De momento, tengo un mantra para los momentos más duros “piensa en los osos polares!” Espero que aun estemos a tiempo de cambiar esta situación antes de que vaya a peor.🥝🍋

EN|| The heat wave we’ve in Spain is killing me!! What scares me the most is that every year, with climate change and global warming, this’ll increase! If it were up to me, you’d find me swimming inside this glass, but unfortunately, I’ve to settle for drinking a similar drink throughout the day, although with less fruit and more herbs, to help me cope with the urge to melt on the floor doing nothing all day long. I don't handle “extreme” climates very well and I don't like, if I can avoid it, wasting energy and polluting, so I don't usually put on the air conditioning or the fan, because no matter how little one of them may consume if every one of us puts its own on… I have a mantra for the hardest moments “think of the polar bears!” I truly hope we still have time to change this situation before it gets way worse. 🥝🍋

My art vs artist 2024. This year I have no photo in the center (you all must know I’m quite camera-shy) but a cute self-portrait. I was always a little scared of drawing humans and especially myself, but, for me, this year I think it has been the year of illustrator and self-portraits.

Thank you for all the love and support and for sticking around with me despite this algorithm that seems determined to hide all my posts. I can’t wait to share more of my illustrations, stories full of nature and adventures with you in 2025. Wishing you all an incredible and wonderful year!🤍

ES || Hoy os traigo una idea genial para los y las más pequeñitas de las casa, genial para amenizar estos días de calor tan sumamente intenso: un libro mágico de baño! Aunque aún no tengo las muestras y no os lo puedo enseñar, en su interior encontrareis diferentes animalitos con los colores del arco iris, pero “sorpresa!” su color solo aparecerá si los mojas!! Es una súper divertida manera de descubrir y experimentar los colores! La verdad es que ha quedado monísimo! Que ganas que tengo de tenerlo entre mis manos y hundirlo en el agua… Si os gusta ya podéis encontrarlo en vuestras librerías de confianza, en amazon, la casa del libro y sitios similares. Espero que paséis bien estos días de calor, hidrataros mucho, comed frutas (los que podéis) y pensad en los osos polares cuando dudéis si es necesario el aire acondicionado! ES || La navidad ya está a la vuelta de la esquina, seguro que a estas fechas ya tenéis todos los regalitos para vuestros seres queridos, pero si aun no sabéis que pedir a Papa Noel, los reyes o el tió, os traigo una idea: El calendario Montessori del año que viene! Lo podéis encontrar en catalán de @estrellapolareditorial y en castellano de @kidsplanetlibros . Este año viene repleto de naturaleza, representando las diferentes estaciones del año en diferentes entornos. Cada mes tiene una actividad Montessori para los más peques y dos actividades extra al final. También podréis encontrar los días importantes señalados, así como el cambio de luna! Además viene con una pagina de pegatinas para poder colocarlas en tus días especiales, los días que hace un sol alucinante, los días de lluvia, los cumpleaños, las excursiones, etc. Y si te quedas sin pegatinas siempre puedes hacer tu los dibujos, escribir o pegar gomets (o pegatinas de toda la vida) de colores!☀️🍁❄️🌻 EN || Christmas is just around the corner, surely at this time you already have all the gifts for your loved ones, but if you still don’t know what to ask Santa Claus, the three kings or the “tió”, I bring you an idea: The calendar Montessori next year! ESP || Hace meses os enseñe un detalle de esta hermosa ilustración que me encargaron, ahora la podéis ver entera. Esta ilustración estaba destinada a promover un concierto benéfico a favor de un orfanato en Camerún, por este motivo todas la flores y animales que aparecen en la ilustración viven en Camerún, un país con una biodiversidad tan rica y diversa (debido a sus diferentes zonas climáticas y geográficas) es conocida como “África en miniatura”. Para ajustarme a la realidad del entorno del orfanato intenté que la mayoría de ellos habitaran o fueran endémicos concretamente de Nkongsamba. Por otra parte también intenté incorporar especies en diferentes estados de peligro de extinción para dar visibilidad a todas aquellas plantas, flores y animales que desgraciadamente están desapareciendo mayoritariamente a mano de los humanos. Este es el caso de la ranita granate “Cardioglossa manengouba” que esta clasificada como critica en la lista de animales en peligro de extinción.🌻🐸 ENG || Some months ago I showed you a close up of this beautiful illustration that was commissioned from me, now you can see it in its entirety. This illustration was intended to promote a charity concert in favor of an orphanage in Cameroon, for this reason all the flowers and animals that appear in the illustration live in Cameroon, a country with such rich and diverse biodiversity (due to its different climatic and geographical zones) is known as "Africa in miniature". To adjust to the reality of the environment of the orphanage, most the species live or are endemic specifically to the Nkongsamba region. On the other hand, I also tried to incorporate threatened species to give visibility to all the plants, flowers and animals that unfortunately are disappearing mostly at the hands of humans. This is the case of the garnet frog "Cardioglossa manengouba" which is classified as critically endangered in the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species.🌻🐸

CAT || Fa uns mesos us vaig ensenyar un detall d'aquesta bonica il·lustració que em van encarregar, ara la podeu veure sencera. Aquesta il·lustració estava destinada a promoure un concert benèfic a favor d'un orfenat al Camerun, per aquest motiu totes les flors i animals que apareixen a la il·lustració viuen al Camerun, un país amb una biodiversitat tan rica i diversa que és coneguda com "Àfrica en miniatura". Per ajustar-me a la realitat de l'entorn de l'orfenat vaig intentar que la majoria de les especies habitessin o fossin endèmiques concretament de Nkongsamba. D'altra banda també vaig intentar incorporar espècies en diferents estats de perill d'extinció per donar visibilitat a totes aquelles plantes, flors i animals que, malauradament, estan desapareixent majoritàriament per culpa dels humans. Aquest és el cas de la granota granat "Cardioglossa Manengouba" que esta classificada com a critica en la llista d'animals en perill d'extinció.🌻🐸
