Idk if I've talked about this before, but I saw someone post about why people who have been trying to shift for so long might not be shifting (this might not apply to everyone, but it really clicked with me). They only explained why, so I'm gonna talk about the solution I came up with.
They specifically said that it was not tough love, but psychological facts: it's possible that your mind registers shifting as a goal in THIS reality.
Think about that for a second. This is the part that really got me when I started to think about it. When you are here, in your CR, your goal is to shift, right? So what if our minds interprets that as a goal IN THIS REALITY, as simple as going to bed thinking "oh, I'm going to unload the dishwasher in the morning." Because shifting is just aligning with your DR self, and guess what?? Your goal in your DR is not to shift! That blew up my brain a little bit.
"But i want to shift" you know how everyone keeps saying "you are already in your DR"? I interpreted that for so long as motivation. It's not. It's the process. To align with your DR self, just like aligning with another person in your CR you have to have the same goals.
So your goal is no longer to shift. Stop thinking like that. Your goal IS NOT TO SHIFT. Waking up where you are meant to has never been a goal, but an expectation. Your goal is to wake up and go downstairs to have breakfast with your DR friends or family. Your goal is to wake up and get to class on time to ace that Defence Against The Dark Arts quiz you totally forgot to study for until the night before. Your goal is to wake up and win that Oscar, to break that curse, destroy the One Ring, you fucking name it babes.
I don't know if this is really dumb and obvious, but it wasn't for me before, so I really hope this post helps someone else too.

I have been having a lot of huge success and with getting closer with the void and I wanna give something to yall that I found, listen to the Interstellar soundtrack while attempting the void state. It feels like your drifting off into space while listening to it, and you feel like your spinning into a galaxy it's literally so relaxing, i imagined my self drifting off into the void and affirmed and I have literally never been closer in my life!!! For 3 days, just affirmed "I am in my desired reality so I always wake up in the void state" whenever I thought about my desires. I also listened to a subliminals randomly thought the day. On the 3rd night, I tried listening to void subliminal as I going to sleep but I ddint want up in the void state, but I didn't let that discourage me and continued affirming. On the 5th night, I laid down on my back so I'm relaxed but I don't fall asleep immediately (I'm a stomach sleeper) I counted until god know what maybe 250 or smth until I'm relaxed. Then I started affirming for the void. "I'm in the void state" "I feel like I'm floating" "I'm entering the void state right now" etc and then I drifted off and started thinking about my desires ans visualizing them. After a while, I realized that it's pitch black and I cannot feel my body or anything IT WAS SO FREAKYYY. I knew I was in the void, i panicked a little so I quickly affirmed that I have everything written in my google document (which was almost 30 pages..) I calmed myself down and it was sooo relaxing. After I woke up, I SWEAR TO GODDD my entire life was different. It was so fucking weird I'm still in shock even tho it's been like.. 2 weeks?
...and this is why it is infinitely more pleasant 90% of the time, for me, to read folks who understand the Law. They know who they are...they own it...and don't bow down to the external. No sign of desperation, of labeling themselves as "shifters who are fleeing a reality"...when they know they ARE REALITY ITSELF, what's there to flee. Pure Consciousness is everything and no-thing, including your s/o. You are what you desire, your desire is not some distant carrot dangling in your fantasies you are hopelessly trying to reach. I am not a shifter. As I AM I shift awareness.
We're going to be treating 2025 as a blank canvas, so have full faith that this is going to be the year where you finally get everything you want. For this challenge, revision will be the key. You will be revising the entire past year. You can even revise the years before that if you'd like. After revising, you will go into 2025 knowing that you are living your dream life and that this is going to be your year. (You can use this challenge for the void state too!)
Create a list of all your desires. You can do this on a Google Document, in your Notes App, wherever you want. You can even include pictures, or make a Pinterest Board. Many of you have already done this, but if you haven't yet, I definitely recommend that you do!
Choose a few affirmations that you will stick to. Some affirmations that you can use are:
I am living my dream life, I always have been.
I have already manifested my dream life, and I am currently living it.
I have already entered the void state, I enter every night, and I've manifested my desires long ago.
Feel free to make your own!
Listen to this subliminal and follow the directions below:
Take a few deep breaths and let yourself relax. Play the subliminal, close your eyes, and repeat your chosen affirmations in your mind. If you like to visualize, do that too. Now, when you repeat your affirmations and visualize, I want you to have full trust that these affirmations are true, the scenes that you are visualizing are real memories that belong to you, and this is the life you've always been living. Do this for however long makes you feel fulfilled. My recommendation is around 10 minutes, but feel free to continue for longer if you'd like! Once you are done, accept that the old story has now officially been revised.
That's it! It's done. The old story has been revised and all you have to do now is accept that and persist in that fact. Keep reminding yourself that IT IS DONE. You can't fall back to the old story now, because there literally is no old story, it's been revised! You are already someone who is living their dream life, you always enter the void every night because you always have, you manifest instantly because it's been a skill that you've always acquired. By accepting this, you will get your desires, you will enter the void, your dream life will be yours.

ahhhh yes.... the infamous questions in my inbox:
"how to not worry about the 3d while inducing pure consciousness?"
"why haven't i induced pure consciousness after 3 hours?"
and the reason for your problems came to mind after writing this reminder, especially the "just do what you do without constantly [...] being curious" part. then, suddenly the proverb came to mind, "curiosity killed the cat."
see, one of the problems is that you still want to become pure consciousness while inducing it (your attention is constantly fixated towards the 3d while inducing pure consciousness). you are curious to know when you'll become pure consciousness, and/or if you already are pure consciousness, hence why you constantly check the 3d. hence why you're so focused on the fact that you're still feeling your body. hence why you haven't induced pure consciousness. did i not speak on this before?
obviously the solution to your recurring problem is to stop seeking confirmation from the 3d and to stop worrying about time... i think i've said that a lot. but before you meditate, before you lay down or sit up, be clear of the things that you aren't going to do:
checking your body
being discouraged by time
wondering if you're pure consciousness yet
and be clear of the things you are going to do:
focus on your affirmations regardless
letting your thoughts wander without judgement (if you ever happen to steer aware from affirming)

HOW TO ENTER THE VOID STATE WITHOUT VOID CONCEPT!!! (Guaranteed) β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦

I know some people will heavily disagree with me about this. But I really believe there is a way to enter the void without having to have a good void concept.
All you need is to believe in the void state. Thatβs it.
The technique:
- Get into a comfortable position.π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€
- Clear your mind with a meditation or something. Maybe by breathing etc, whatever works for you. I really recommend DMT waves to calm your mind. Know that it is important to feel calm physically and mentally. Although it is not completely necessary if you are experienced.π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€
- Once you feel relaxed and have a clear mind, start to affirm your affs for the void state. E.g. βI am pure consciousnessβ βI am voidβ βI am in the void stateβ (You donβt need to affirm, just do anything that distracts you from the 3D, like focusing on your breath, or focusing on the darkness behind your eyes. Anything is alright as long as it doesnβt lead to you falling asleep or paying attention to the 3D).π€π€π€π€π€
- Acknowledge that you do not need to completely block out the 3D. What i mean by βblock outβ is that you may still be able to hear and feel the 3D. Just donβt focus your attention onto it. Your attention should be on your affirmations or whatever else you chose to focus on (doesnβt have to be affirmations). Also if you get an itch, ignore it, but if itβs too unbearable and itβs completely ruining your focus, thereβs no harm in scratching it. You may ask βbut why can i scratch it? I have to stay still or i wonβt enter the void.β The thing is, this technique does not require you to turn off your left brain as you will normally start to feel symptoms within 2-5 minutes within doing so, and it takes 15-20 minutes to turn off your left brain. Of course you can turn off your left brain by relaxing whilst staying still for 15-20 minutes if that is what you resonate with better. Know that scratching an itch, or shuffling around does not stop you from entering the void. It does not βruin your progressβ either. That is impossible. The void is within you, you cannot run from yourself. YOU ARE THE VOID!π€π€π€
- Know that you do not have to feel symptoms like floating. This is a big misconception. Ofcourse symptoms are very common, but not everyone experiences them. People feel like they canβt enter the void because the symptoms arenβt there to βtell themβ that they are βdoing it rightβ. As long as you are not focused on the 3D, you ARE doing it right. Stop stressing. You are supposed to feel relaxed. Stressing is the opposite of relaxation.π€π€π€π€
- This process will probably take you around 5 minutes. Ofcourse it depends on you as a person. Like how long it takes you to clear your mind. Or how long it takes you to feel comfortable. This should not take more than 1-10 minutes. Most likely will take 2-5 minutes. But donβt worry if it takes longer than that. Erase the stress and anxiety from your mind because you know for a fact that you are going to enter the void. I promise that this cannot fail you. It is literally impossible. It is not based on assumption. It doesnβt matter whether you believe itβs difficult to enter the void state. Just know that you are going to enter the void very quickly because there is no other outcome after doing this. There is no βfailureβ. π€π€π€π€
- You will most likely start to feel floating symptoms etc. Spinning, falling (If you are someone who doesnβt usually feel symptoms, that is fine). When things get more intense the floating feeling might make you feel like you are βpanickingβ. But donβt worry, just focus and relax. π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€
- THIS IS A VERY CRUCIAL PART!!! Do not focus on your symptoms. Of course you can feel them, but do not pay attention to them. Do not focus on them. There you go. You are in the void.π€π€π€π€π€π€π€
See how easy it is. Try it for yourself and watch how failure doesnβt exist. I donβt care what your void concept is like. I donβt care whether you think you canβt do it. You have no choice when doing this method. This has been used for years and years. It is literally just detachment from the 3D. It is not difficult.π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€
BIG MISTAKES PEOPLE MAKE:
Some people make some really silly mistakes and then complain about βnot being able to enter the void.βπ€π€π€
MISTAKE NUMBER 1:
- Anticipating entering the void. Your goal should be to relax. Of course to eventually enter the void, but if you are anticipating by thinking βWhen am i going to enter the void?!β βWhen am i going to start feeling symptoms?β then you are just going to stress yourself out. Do not do this! When you are clearing your mind, set the intention of entering the void and just relax and know that you are going to enter.π€π€π€
MISTAKE NUMBER 2:
- Thinking that movement is not allowed. You ARE allowed to move around and adjust your position. It doesnβt βslow you downβ or βruin your progressβ. It doesnβt stop you from entering. So stop stressing. Moving around only matters when you are turning your left brain off, but this method does not require that. Iβve moved around plenty of times and iβve seen many success stories of people who have moved around whilst literally having a terrible void concept on top of that.π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€
MISTAKE NUMBER 3:
- When people start to feel the symptoms, they drift their attention to the 3D and how their physical body feels. DO NOT DO THIS!! Just keep focusing on what you were focusing on before, then you will enter the void in a few seconds. Literally. I always used to do this and just yesterday i stopped letting the symptoms get the best of me and get distracted by them, i kept persisting in my affirmations whilst affirming to enter the void and i felt myself entering but since i didnβt want to enter (because i am a dumbass), i woke myself up. But itβs TOO easy. Okay. Ignoring symptoms are ridiculously easy.
WHAT TO DO IF I FIND IT DIFFICULT TO IGNORE SYMPTOMS?
There are many ways you can ignore symptoms:
For mild focus (when you donβt feel symptoms yet):
- Focus on breathing and breathing only.
- Focus on affirming and affirming only.
- Focus on the darkness behind eyes only
For when you start to feel symptoms but they arenβt that intense:
- Focus on breathing and affirming only.
- Focus on breathing and darkness only.
- Focus on affirming and darkness only.
For when symptoms start to get really intense and you can feel yourself entering the void:
- Focus on all three simultaneously.
If you still find it easy to focus on ONE thing when things get intense (which they might not) then thatβs fine. You donβt have to focus on more than one thing. Thatβs just a solution for people who canβt. Also i just have examples of what to focus on. Ofc you can focus on random thoughts or anything detached from the 3D.
