So last night I was falling asleep (it was like 2 am lol) and I was able to quickly reach a hypnagogic state and I did the most unhinged (but funny asf bc I felt like I was running on one braincell) and just started chanting “void” in my head. Literally got to the void that way. Wild and I had to share with someone lmao

To those who doubt: literally ignore everything, ignore the colors swirling behind ur eyelids, just persist even if you feel funny chanting “void” to urself in ur head lmao

When I got there I was like. Oh, it isn’t actually that hard I was making a fuss for no reason lol

you don't need to know everything about the void to enter it.

The first time I entered the void state without knowing it was while I was visualizing a random scenario, I relaxed and focused so much on the visualization and the music that I forgot about everything, and suddenly I felt like I was floating, and suddenly everything was black, I automatically freaked out (a bit but there is more confusion than fear) and snapped out of it, now I realize that that was the void and that it was very easy! And now I say to myself..If I did it without even knowing it, why couldn't I do it now? It was literally so simple and easy.

If you want a guide it was similar to the distraction method of @luckykiwiii101 but at that time I didn't know the method or that the void existed.

1) I relaxed and put on music (me relaje y puse musica)

2) I visualized a scenario and focused on it (visualize un escenario y me enfoque en el)

3) I entered the void, easy 5 minutes later (entre en el void, fĂĄcil 5 minutos despues)

yes that simple

If I could do it without even knowing the void existed, you can. Try and try, don't be afraid to "fail" (law os assumption is a law, assume that you can enter the void and you will be able to, if you think you can't, it will be like that)

- start affirming NOW: “i enter the void easily.” say it until it sticks.

- whenever your brain spirals, REJECT THAT SH*T. if doubt creeps in, say: “i’m in the void now, NEXT.”

- fake it till you make it, bitch. if you assume you’re already in the void, guess what? you fucking are.

3) use your anxiety to your advantage. - you think your anxiety is stopping you? B*TCH, USE IT. anxiety makes your brain hyper-focus, right? so instead of obsessing over bullshit, obsess over NOTHING.

- focus on your breathing, a sound, or even a fake-ass scenario until everything else fades away.

- your brain wants to spiral? GOOD. spiral into the void. let yourself mentally detach from everything.

- BAM, YOU’RE IN. you just used your dumb little anxiety to get what you wanted. ICONIC.

4) stop waiting, stop thinking, let go. - you’re waiting to feel ready? B*TCH, YOU NEVER WILL. you just have to DO IT. the second you stop overthinking, the void takes over automatically.

- if you feel tingling, heaviness, or disconnection, DON’T PANIC. LET IT HAPPEN.

- if you feel your body going numb, GOOD. stay calm and fall through it.

Hey! In this post I will explain to you quickly my method to go to the void state. I don't know if anyone had already talked about this method before because I discovered it on my own and it worked a lot with me! This is almost like the distraction method!

If you always fall asleep trying to go to the void, then this can help you.

So the method is really simple:

1. Put some noise on loop: it can be a song, instrumental, frequency, whatever you want but there is a condition: try not to be too comfortable. If you are used to frequencies, I wouldn't recommend you to put frequencies on this method. Get out of your comfort zone and try another thing like instrumentals or a song, ill explain to you later. 

2. Close your eyes and now you are completely free to use your mind however you want! Affirmate, daydream, do whatever you want until you start falling asleep.

This method consists in disturbing your night of sleep. How? If you put a rain noise during your sleep, you would easily fall asleep without noticing since rain sounds are something natural. (It also happens with a sound that you are used sleeping with) However, with this method, I want you to notice yourself falling asleep. If you put on a different sound, it will be completely different, you will actually notice yourself falling asleep just because it's a sound that keeps you awake. Your body will fight for sleep but your brain will fight for vigilance because of the sound. And during that fight, you will witness the transition between waking life and sleeping – it can last all night. 

One more thing, i wouldnt recommend you being too tired on this method because your body would win the fight easily.

3. When you are finally getting sleepy, the sound will disappear and your brain will be like “yay finally silence” and that will wake you up. No, you wont really wake up but your mind will be working on that time. Let me break it down now: you put a loop sound. Your body falls asleep. Your mind notices you falling asleep and eventually you don't hear the song anymore. Congratulations, you are on the void state! 

Yeah this method is absurdly simple but it worked on me more than three times. I gave my best to explain it: basically instead of you trying to make your mind awake to go to the void state, you use external sound. I think its easier bc you dont have to make effort, and you will be sure that you are on the void state when you stop hearing the sound.

Again, the sound doesn't have to be something annoying, only something different that will make you awake. And not being tired (in my opinion) is important. You will do the method awake and force yourself to sleep because it will be easier to keep a percent of the brain still awake.

Really. It IS that effortless. Like you decide when you wanna drink water, what dress you're gonna wear, what you are gonna eat. In the same manner you decide What you want to experience.

You BELIEVE that choosing a dress, and what drink to have is something in your Control, and so you experience. On the other hand you BELIEVE that choosing your experience is not that easy, there must be some steps, or something to do, and so is your experience.

You believe all of the above because you don't KNOW yourself, you still believe yourself to be some helpless human on mercy of Circumstances.

And no matter what I say, no matter how many pointers I give you, only you can NOTICE your omnipotence for yourself.

I can only point, to notice what I'm pointing to is your job. So, KNOW yourself. And before you ask how to know yourself, just NOTICE it. It's right under your nose. Go through my pinned post if you feel like it/need a more detailed answer, have good dayđŸŒ»

(I said believe in all caps because beliefs can be shaken, you've deluded yourself really well, limited yourself. But no matter how much layers you put on yourself, once you see yourself for who you are. You can never unsee that. When you KNOW you KNOW.

the distraction technique đŸ’«

—inspired by dylan james & it is done—

i’ve mentioned in a few asks what i like to call the distraction technique. i’ve successfully manifested with it in the past, and about a year ago it helped me to finally manifest something into my 3d that i had been struggling with for months.

this method comes from something that dylan james recommends in his videos. i go over that in depth in the second half of this ask.

the technique:

whenever you think of your desire, stop yourself and simply affirm “it is done.” say this to yourself firmly. and then force yourself to think of something else.

that’s it! that’s the technique.

why does this work?

there’s multiple reasons why this technique is beneficial!

1. your subconscious mind is incredibly smart. it knows what you want, and it’s working to get you what you want. by not even bothering to think about your desire at all, to worry about it or to obsessively affirm for it, it kinda tells your subconscious mind that you trust it fully and that you know it’s gonna bring your desire to you and that you don’t even have to lift a finger.

2. this method is basically the embodiment of the phrase “if you don’t have something nice to say don’t say anything at all.” except it’s “if you don’t have something positive to think about your desire, don’t think about your desire at all.” this technique can be very beneficial to ppl who constantly worry about and doubt your manifestation. ik it can seem counterintuitive to just stop thinking about your desire rather than to work on your doubts, but it really helps. once again you’re kinda signifying that you trust that it’s yours and that you’re gonna get it. you trust it so much that you don’t have to employ any effort at all—not even thinking.

(note: no actual trust is necessary here)

short and simple but there’s the technique!

my experiences with this technique:

works like a charm every single time. this is for my besties that feel like they have to affirm every second of the day to get what they want. this is for my besties who have been trying to get what they want for months and still don’t have it and feel themselves doubting bc of that. this is for my besties who don’t want to affirm or visualize cuz they’re lazy.

i was scared to first use this technique when i discovered it summer 2021. but when i first employed it i manifested something i had been struggling to manifest within a day! it rlly took the weight off my shoulders and allowed me to enjoy myself without worrying about my manifestation.

Decide a DR cuz my ahh keeps switching them but I'm telling you deciding one is good

Be dramatic about it 😃 while doing the method (or throughout the day idk do whatever you want) so during the method of your choice visualise your dr and be dramatic like idk cry that you finally shifted and then while you were crying you hear a knock on your door and you quickly wipe your tears and brace yourself for meeting your dr people and think of dramatic scenarios ig. so feel the emotions

And you've shifted!!!!! OMG congratulations and i need a storytime IDC if you have a blog or not. And in case you wake up back in your CR/OR (possibility: super rare cuz you a master shifter bish- biscuit) just be dramatic again like "OMG tch the 3d is so slow like why am I SO good at this? I'm so good that the 3d haven't even caught up yet. Smh" and persist 😌 you're already in your DR remember 4d is more real than the 3d

This is kinda same as shifting except when you're lying down to induce the state, tell yourself how good you are and how fast you get in the void it's insane "bruh i always wake up in the void state and wonder why's everything pitch black 🙄💀 like duh I'm a master at this. But yk sometimes everyone forgets, okay? it's not my fault i suddenly became conscious and saw nothing but blackness. But anyways now that I'm going again, i'mma decide what I wanna manifest today. Another day another SLAY"

And while doing whatever you do just talk to yourself like you're already in the void or distract yourself while also being dramatic like scenarios or just thinking and forgetting you're even entering cuz you already have.

Lucid dreaming steps ✿˖˚ àŒ˜đ™š

"bruh i always end up lucid dreaming like stop i just wanna sleep! đŸ˜© but fine I can't deny it's fun đŸ€­ i always lucid dream it's crazy. the reason why circumstances seem so annoying is because 1. your adding meaning to them 2. you are aware of them.

1. adding meaning to circumstances:

you dont realize that all “circumstances” and everything in the 3d, even the 3d itself, is neutral and literally doesnt come with any original meaning. meaning only comes when ego judges what the senses view. think about it: its all about perspective; two people both get 80% on their test. person A doesnt care because she decides its a neutral grade while person B freaks out because she thinks an 80% means she isnt smart enough since she believes she should have gotten a 100%. so person B cares and adds meaning to the score and even adds meaning to herself: “im not smart enough” “i should have studied harder” “i knew i was going to do bad”. person A doesnt add any meaning to it because she simply doesnt care, therefore she doesnt change her identity like person B did. person B still knows who she is and isnt letting a circumstance change her identity. when adding meaning to neutral circumstances, ofc you will feel annoying and you could feel like things are out of control because you are giving up your power to something that originally has no power.

2. being aware of circumstances:

ofc some circumstances can be right in your face and its something you cant ignore. but constantly being aware of them to the point where you start to believe them as true is what not to do. remember that life is a game and remember that you can instantly change circumstances. why do people manifest wealth in the most shitty circumstances for example, manifesting wealth while being homeless and neville goddard manifesting he was back home while being drafted in the war. circumstances never matter. you continuously accepting them as true is a no-no. when a circumstance hits you, realize it only exists because you are currently aware of it. things only exist when you become aware of them. you are aware of the your device you have right now but when you are sleeping and dreaming, this device doesnt exist because you arent aware of it anymore. circumstances are so temporary. the only thing giving them power is you and your fear of failure. if you keep being aware of something you dont want, ofc it will be annoying and it will seem like your stuck with it forever. thats a lie. circumstances are so easy to get over once you realize all of this is under your complete power of imagination and all you have to do is be aware of having what you want in imagination, instead of being aware and dwelling on circumstances.

I don't understand how ignoring the 3D works... Like how do I just stop acknowledging everything I see and hear and touch and all that when I still have to live my life here while I'm aware of this reality? ♄

it's not about pretending the 3d doesn't exist. it's about
 ok. imagine you're watching a movie. a really long, really immersive movie. (barry lyndon levels of immersive.) but you know, deep down, that at any moment, you could stand up, stretch, walk out of the theatre. the film keeps playing, but you are already halfway to the lobby, ordering an overpriced lemonade.

so when things happen in the 3d, you just
 let them roll. like credits at the end of a film you didn’t even like that much. you’re aware, but detached. someone says something weird? ok. noted. a situation stresses you out? alright. acknowledged. but are you engaging? are you scribbling notes in the margins, underlining sentences, making it your whole world? no!!!!!!!!! you’re sipping your lemonade. you’re gliding.

the 3d is background noise. radio static in another room. a bad subplot in an otherwise great novel. you see it. you hear it. but you don’t take it personally. because the real plot and the real story are yours to write.

How to loose focus on 3d without falling asleep??<3

you wanna loosen your grip on 3d without face-planting into dreamland. easy.

think of it like untying a knot, not snapping a rubber band. you're not fighting focus, you're
 diluting it. letting it go grainy, soft around the edges, like an old vhs tape. let yourself blur.

romanticise dissociation. let your brain lag. eyes open, thoughts slow, body light. let your eyes go slightly vacant. don’t engage. don’t chase. let thoughts roll in like waves, let them roll out.

disassociate. get comfy. loosen your grip on reality. zone out but stay awake. this is key. we’re not napping, we’re just
 untethering. drifting...... elegantly. a balloon someone let go of in a grocery store.

if you need a crutch, hum something. move your fingers. feel your breath in your chest. be a little thing in a big sea. drift. accept the blur. lean into it. don’t fight it. let your brain turn into a soft-focus indie film. no hard lines, js vibes !!!

it’s all about the drift. let go. soften. blur. fade. be a little ghostly.

In the context of the Law of Assumption, inertia means that the state you’re in tends to continue until you consciously change it.

1. Corrected Self-Talk (Absolute Control of the Narrative) àŒŻ

When a doubt or negative thought arises, you immediately correct it without hesitation. Don’t argue, don’t rationalize—replace it on the spot.

❌ Doubt: “What if this is all a delusion?”

✅ Response: “Nothing is more real than my certainty. 3D is just adjusting.”

❌ Doubt: “But what if it doesn’t happen?”

✅ Response: “It already happened. I only see what I already know to be mine.”

✘ This is automatic. There can be no room for questioning. ✘

2. “Closed Loop” Technique (There Is No Other Option) àŒŻ

You act as if the other possibility doesn’t even exist. Your mind only has one story to repeat.

assuming is not a wishlist. not a request. not a delicate, trembling hope held between two prayer hands. assuming is occupancy. it is signing your name on the deed before the house is even built. it is living inside the fact before the fact exists.

think of reality like a soft, impressionable thing. like warm wax. like fresh concrete. it takes shape around what you believe to be true. most people walk around like reality is a cold, hard wall, something to be negotiated with, something that needs convincing. no. you do not negotiate. you do not wait in line, ticket in hand, hoping to be called. you sit at the table like the invitation was always yours.

hii!! Setting intention is different for everyone. It's whatever you want it to be.

Going to sleep to wake up in your dr is an intention.

Eating a banana before going to sleep believing you'll shift this way is also an intention.

Or you can try using emotions for setting intention.

Whatever you believe is setting an intention is setting an intention.

And about being afraid of success, if you're really so scared of it why do you keep on trying? Let go, don't do it anymore. You can't do that can you? Then you're not afraid of success, you're afraid of not achieving the success you hope for everyday.

Shifting is not a physical thing. Nothing is. You can't achieve something that is YOU. In the end only you can help yourself cause you know yourself best.

Hey! I have a very important exam in 6 days and I haven't been able to prepare for it. I have been affirming for few days now to get 90+% but when I sit down to study and find myself unable to answer it, I feel stressed and cry. Please guide me, how do I manifest 90+% my exams and face the 3d that shows I haven't prepared well.

selective blindness: ignore what doesn’t align with your desired state and don’t react to doubts or lack of preparation—assume you already know everything. Embody the identity of someone who naturally scores 90+% by affirming, “I always score 90+%,” (TO REMEMBER YOUR REAL STATE NOT TO HAVE IT) and feeling that truth. Study with confidence, seeing it as a revision rather than a struggle, and assume the information sticks effortlessly. Use SATS (if you want to) before sleep, visualizing yourself receiving a 90+% score and feeling relief and happiness but not from a place TO HAVE but from someone who is just remembering what happened. If it helps, think about what you would think at the time, react in the visualization as you would react at the time, all from a REAL state, a memory and the certainty that it has already happened. If you want this then feeling it will be easy, because it is what you want to feel. Let go of the how and trust that it’s already yours.

Some logical things about the void state, brainwaves, etc

This isn't going to be formatted as well. I'm just throwing out information I keep getting asked about.

First of all, the void state is not a deep meditative state. You can use meditation to enter the void but it's not a meditative state because you're not aware of the 3d at all.

The void created your reality whether you like it or not but everything that happens to YOU was created by the pure consciousness. The reason your life was horrible is because you didn't know you could control it.

When you manifest with the void or in general, you have a few options. You can manifest literally anything and everything in THIS REALITY THAT IS YOUR CURRENT ORIGINAL REALITY, or you can shift. You get everything you want in this reality if that's what you want. If you wanna shift, you shift. You can script that nobody finds you weird but be careful and make sure you don't run into any trouble (you could just erase it even if you do so don't worry). You don't have to go anywhere. Nothing is impossible. Kind of the whole point of the void.

Alpha state is a state where you are still conscious but relaxed and not stressed out (unlike the beta state where you are stressed). Your thoughts flow freely in the alpha state and there is no restrictions caused by stress. You should always begin your meditation by getting into alpha state first because it makes going deeper in your mind even easier. It's also when you are focused on something for an extended period of time.

Theta state is a level deeper and it consists of reduced consciousness, lucid dreaming, REM sleep, etc. This is when we are about to go to sleep or wake up in our minds during dreams (lucid dreaming).

Now DELTA state is what babies and infants stay in when they're in the womb. It's a state where you lose bodily awareness and have access to your conscious mind. This is why so many get into the void with delta waves.

Alpha: So to induce each of these states, you have to meditate. But the levels of meditation are different. For Alpha State, you can use the distraction technique by @luckykiwiii101, follow the Nordic Witch meditation on youtube, or do the Silva method.

The silva Method is basically lying down and taking 3 deep breaths. On the first deep breath, imagine the number 3 and say it in your mind three times. Do the same for 2 and 1, breathing deeply each time. Afterwards, you count from 100 to 0. If you're not used to meditation, 100 to 0 should do it. But if you meditate constantly, you might need to do 100 to 0, then 50 to 0, then 25 to 0 to reach deeper levels of consciousness.

Theta: Theta waves is fairly easy. You need to stay still and allow your body to fall asleep. Take deep breaths and visualize a candle or an object in your mind (anything works great). Keep your focus on either your breathing or the object.

Delta: Delta waves can be induced by yoga nidra or transcendental meditation

Transcendental Meditation: Transcendental meditation is a type of meditation that involves repeating a mantra. This type of meditation is effective in reducing stress and anxiety levels.

Does that sound familiar? Yep, SATS requires a mantra or a looped visualization as well. Yoga Nidra also gets you into delta state. That's why it works. You visualize and hold this visualization as the last thing in your mind before you lose consciousness (waking consciousness that is).

So the point of all of this is that if you have not been able to induce pure consciousness despite trying the methods, it means your mind is overactive. I don't care if you fell asleep during a method. That just means your mind went from active (beta) or overactive (gamma) to Delta directly (because delta is induced when you sleep naturally).

Let's come back to the void. Like we discussed earlier, the void is not a meditative state. So why do meditative states lead you to the void? It's because meditation allows you to disconnect from your physical body and go deeper within your mind. The void is the purest state of consciousness. Each brainwave is a state of consciousness.

So the way to actually induce the void (a foolproof technique) is to not expect when you're doing the methods. Let me explain:

When you do any method, during it and after you're done and if you have not fallen asleep, you look for symptoms or signs. This brings your mind back to beta because you're questioning, searching etc.

When you stop expecting, you're letting your ego be put to rest. So the next time you do a method, if you feel that you're not stressed, move forward with any method and don't look for symptoms. But if you've been stressing out all day, do an alpha meditation first and then do anything else. The distraction technique is still technically SATS. You use the alpha state meditation to relax and then you visualize which puts you into theta, and eventually delta, then finally pure consciousness.

Entering the void, astral projection, and lucid dreaming are completely natural experiences. They are not something foreign to you but rather innate abilities that have always been within you, waiting to be remembered. All you need is concentration, faith, and practice.

Each person may experience this process differently, but the key is to trust that the void is your natural state. You don’t have to force anything—just allow it to happen.

Step 1: Deep Relaxation

Before you begin, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. You can be lying down, sitting, or in any position that feels comfortable to you.

Close your eyes and start breathing slowly and deeply. As you inhale and exhale, mentally repeat affirmations that help you release stress and relax your body:

"I am so relaxed."

"My body feels as light as a feather."

"I release all the stress of the day."

"Each breath takes me deeper."

Step 2: Setting Your Intention

Tell yourself with conviction:

"Tonight, I will enter the void."

"I will have a lucid dream with complete clarity."

"I will detach from my physical body and explore beyond it."

It’s not just about repeating words—it’s about feeling what you are affirming. Your intention is the key that unlocks the door to the void.

Step 3: Affirmations of Connection

Now that your intention is set, start affirming your presence in this natural state. Repeat mentally or out loud:

"I AM."

"I am pure consciousness."

"This is my natural state."

"Being in the void is natural for me."

"I AM the void."

"I AM power."

"There is no separation between me and the all."

These affirmations should feel authentic. Even if, at first, it seems like you’re just repeating words, over time, you will start to believe them and experience them as truth.

Imagine that each affirmation is like a key unlocking new dimensions within you.

Symptoms (or Lack of Symptoms) During the Transition

As you enter this state, you may begin to feel physical and energetic sensations. Some of them may include:

A feeling of extreme heaviness or absolute lightness

Vibrations throughout your body

A sensation of falling or floating

A buzzing or ringing in your ears

Pressure in your head or chest

An increased heart rate

The feeling that something is "pulling" you away from your physical body

However, it is also possible to enter the void without experiencing any symptoms at all. Some people transition smoothly without physical sensations, simply finding themselves in the void effortlessly.

Both experiences are valid—whether you feel sensations or not, trust that the process is working.

If any sensation becomes too intense, simply relax even more and surrender to the process.

Remember: the void is your natural state. There is nothing to fear.

Extra Tip

A useful trick to help detach from your physical body is to visualize your hands moving in your mind. Imagine yourself lifting them, touching your surroundings, feeling textures.

This technique can make it easier to separate and take the final step into the experience.

Additional Elements

If you wish, you can enhance the method with:

Subliminal audios with affirmation messages

You can’t not manifest



because every single thing you experience is from you. Waking up, deciding what to eat for breakfast, what clothes to wear. Like those are manifestations. They stem from assumptions: you assume you wake up in the morning, you assume you’re going to eat breakfast, you assume you’re going to change your clothes.

Law of assumption or manifesting in general is not some kind of rare ability or a superpower only tHe cHoSeN oNes have. It’s not rocket science. You can’t choose to turn it on and off.

Like you don’t have to fight for your life to get what you want. It’s supposed to feel easy because it is. It’s literally how you live your daily life. It’s natural for you.

Read it until it clicks for you: you can’t not manifest; you are, by nature, always manifesting.

ASSUMING: HOW TO ASSUME

okay i want you to all to have a look at your every day life. how do your friends act? how do your parents act? how do your siblings act? remember now this is your reality, we all show up differently in everyone’s realities.

are your parents strict or chill?

are your siblings mean? annoying? clingy? avoidant?

are your friends involving you in stuff? are they supportive? are they bitches?

let’s say you have a sibling, you believe they are annoying and all they do is constantly annoy you. now why do you think they constantly annoy you? because you believe they are annoying and always trying to annoy you. that’s what you believe, that’s what you are telling your subconscious and that creates a dominant belief your subconscious constantly produces into your reality. your sibling will constantly be annoying because you never change that assumption you have of them.

it is the same with parents being strict, you have that assumption/belief they are strict so they will keep being strict until you change that assumption.

same with friends or an SP, whatever you believe about that person will show up in your reality.

if you think manifesting people is hard, it is going to be hard for you no matter what you affirm because you believe it’s hard, start assuming or believing it’s easy, you will see your manifestation come in faster.

if you think manifesting in general is hard, guess what girl? it’s gonna be hard for you.

if you think you need multiple techniques to induce the void, well guess what your gonna need multiple techniques, you need to assume you don’t need anything and can induce it easily and just that it’s easy to enter, take that void shit for manifesting off the damn pedestal you don’t need it, enter with the knowing you can manifest in there, but tell yourself you know you can enter without a method you are using a method to just simply help with taking awareness of the 3d even though you don’t need it.

Here it is you guys, this is going to be the clearest and most simple explanation I’ve done so far of manifestation and your identity as conciousness and what that means for experience & the world unfolding. Don’t worry if you’re new to this, this will help!

THIS IS A MASSIVE POST, TAKE YOUR TIME AND GRAB SOME WATER, YOUR ABOUT TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE đŸ˜‰đŸ€­đŸ€­

So around 7 years ago I started stepping into the world of what people typically call manifestation. I went down the rabbit hole of Subliminals, Law of Attraction, Law of assumption, NonDuality and finally to where I am now, the unlabeled.

I want to preface by saying, I have been through an unimaginable amount of turmoil, and growth while on my journey to understanding reality and the way the world appears.

I’ve spent all of my time from back to when I first found out about this side of reality, to today while I’m writing this post, constantly looking at a multiplicity of teachings and teachers to figure it out, except until the very end. I really want you to know this because it’s very important to not brush this off as if it’s not possible for you, as if you have to adapt a technique or secret. This isn’t something that’s to be exhausting. With that being said, let’s move forward.

We all want things, we all have ideas of a life we hope to live, we want to fill it with all the experiences and specific details that match our taste. But this is actually, where the problem begins.

The way manifestation is taught is inherently wrong, I’ve fully stopped watching and consuming content that has anything to do with manifesting all together, because no matter what it is, Law of assumption, Law of attraction, all of the other ideologies that promise your desires, they all have a fundamental flaw, identity.

They usually all entail a similarity: methods, techniques, specific things you can do and ways you can act to make an outcome happen. All the while throwing in a random “because you’re the god of your reality”. And instead of focusing on the phrases that relate to the center of all of it, YOU, it’s simply just brushed past.

And not just the typical “your source”, “your operant power”, “you are the manifestation,

We get it but wtf does that actually mean, and why should you care??? Well, let’s get into this, because once you start from point A, everything else makes sense.

What all these teachings of the world get wrong is the idea that you can want things and desire, as source. Fundamentally this is a paradox, you can’t exist in desire and want if you are the source of reality. It’s not to say you aren’t, but it’s to say, you don’t ACTUALLY want and desire, but the illusion of being separate from the world is what makes you want and desire.

Let’s break the illusion.

Ask yourself this for me. “Am I aware”.

The answer will always be yes. Undeniably. And no matter how many times you repeat this, the answer is always yes, no matter a feeling, no matter a pleasant or unpleasant experience in the world, no matter any circumstance, you will always say yes.

Why is this so important to explore?

Because you are able to see from direct experience what source is.

When you asked yourself that question, did you notice something weird that happened? It’s almost like everything paused for a split second and your attention went somewhere to find the answer, and a response came from there. Look closer, ask yourself the question again, and this time try to find where the answer is coming from.

You’ll find that it comes out of nowhere, and if you try to trace it as far back as you can, to even before you answer yes, there this empty space of knowing that the answer conjures in.

This is consciousness. This is you.

Whether you name it consciousness/awarness or knowing, it doesn’t matter, it’s all interchangeable. But the important thing to note is, this thing doesn’t ever go anywhere. That is your true identity, the starting point of all ideas, the starting point to anything that can possibly be known. Every decision is from here, every expression comes from here, everything leads back to knowing. When there is emotion, it is known, when there is idea, it is known.

You being able to know that you are aware comes from this. This is the unseeable, the thing that can’t be perceived in any way, this is origin, its source, and its you. Take a shot at it, try to see what knowing looks like, its weight, its shape, its color, its dimensions, what its favorite color is, what it doesn’t like or does like. You’ll be left with nothing, as in no descriptions, but definitely knowing that there is a presence there that never goes away. Now try finding its name, its age, its skin color, its voice. You cant, and yet, from this very nothingness comes your undeniable answer that you exist and you are aware of your existence.

You don’t need and feelings to know, you dont need sight, sound, and sense of perception, you don’t even need to acknowledge the body in any way, but you know you “are”.

At some point when there were no worlds and universes, there was an unseeable, dimensionless plane from what everything came from, does this sound familiar? Before there were things, there was no-thing, a presence yes, but no objects. And from this, reality was expressed, but source can’t go away, the fundamental key to everything there is today, has to remain, or else everything else would not exist.

Concouisness is what you are. And it IS the origin.

Now how tf do you live you dream life???

By understanding that the world is also just an expression of source, conciousness/you.

I need you to understand something that I thing we can all agree on, if everything has one source, it would only make sense for everything to be the extension of that thing that gives it life. The world is no different, and trust me I know this without a reasonable doubt. I’ve spent closer to a decade trying to figure this out. Everything exists in/on the field of consciousness/you.

I need you to trust me, because no matter how far you have been in your journey and how tiring it might have been like it was for me, I promise you, this is worth it all.

Step away from the ideas of wanting and needing, put on your neutrality glasses and perceive the world as 2 simple things, conciousness and conscious expression. These are the only 2 things that drive experience itself.

Understanding that you are source, more things become clear. Where do all the stories of all the unfavorable problems in your life activate from? Where does the idea of good events activate from? Where is it that any form of knowing come from, you. Whether it’s about struggling with money, or about someone loving you, the story or ideas, conjure from you.

We already know that we are conciousness, but now let’s acknowledge the second mosy important part, reality begins at us, draw yourself into something that you don’t really like, something you’d like to change, now notice where it activates from.

From knowing. Knowing the idea or story is its creation

Now when we see it casually, as just another thougt about something the world is showing us we brush it off and move on with our day, until we have to face that thing, but, what if this was actually in reverse?

Because if everything is an expression of source, doesn’t that mean the world is too? It would have to be. Doesn’t that mean, anything registered by the senses has to abide by its source? And doesn’t that mean, that the world is not truly something of its own will?

The short answer is yes absolutely. And I can tell you, this is it. THIS WILL BE VERY F$&#*NG IMPORTANT.

Admitting to the idea that there is one source for everything is literally acknowledging that everything can only show up IN ACCORDANCE AND RESPECT TO WHATEVER ITS SOURCE IS.

THIS MEANS, the the world is a PROJECTION of source, IT DOES NOT STAND ALONE. It does not OPERATE ON ITS OWN.

The world is the projection of consciousness.

Like a hologram, like a school projector QUITE LITERALLY a projection.

From us, an infinite array of stories and ideas come, and they only become activate or exist if we allow them to, if we give permission to this thing to exist.

That story that you’ve had about SP (Specific Person) or Money or Success, has always been activated by you. TELL ME WHERE ELSE IT STARTS. You can literally even prove this to yourself right now. WHERE DOES THE STORY BEGIN.

And because the world is just an expression/extension of its source (YOU) it is ONLY GOING TO BE WHAT SOURCE IS. Because it is source, just with senses and perception. It is coming face to face with what you are aware of.

The way the world shows and all of its details are projections of whatever you decide to activate. How do you activate something? BY KNOWING IT.

How do you know “red apple” ? By knowing it. That is the origin for this idea. And you can run this test for every single story you play on loop, find its source, it will always be you.

Now, for the important steps moving forward. Stop treating this like an on and off switch, truly stop caring about a feeling, stop letting yourself get so swayed out of understanding your identity as the source, do NOT give up this beautiful opprotunity just because it seems or feels different.

You’ve been taught for so long that the world has to be struggle, so that’s all you know, you’ve been told that things don’t always come easy, this is all you know, take the time, take the days and weeks you need to break out of this useless cycle of exhaustion and understand who you are as source

Do not double down on doubts, double down on the truth, regardless of how you feel, take your time to feel, take your time to be, but never allow yourself to slip back into the brainwashing of the world.

Moving forward you need to understand the world objectively, not with the ideas of wants and desire, but for what it is. Source can’t want, you turn it into desire by creating a sense of divide for yourself. You pretend the world is something to change, drop this. You pretend that the body is all you are, drop it, you pretend that there has to be more to this but knowing, DROPKICK this into the damn ground.

This all is very simple. Everything being the expression of source is only projecting what source (You) are. The world is a direct projection of conscious activity. Whatever is know is given permission to exist, it’s given life. It’s created. THIS. IS. IT.

Whether it be blue butterflies, getting a free coffee, or changing your eye color, it all is just knowing. And this isn’t something that turns off. This is reality, this is you. Start noticing the random things the world shows up as when you were just thinking about it the other day or a few hours ago. It is not a coincidence I assure you.

That friend you were thinking about calling you? Yeah.

That song you were thinking about suddenly popping up? Yeah

That “problem” you were thinking about suddenly reappearing? Yeah

It is all the same, yes it will take getting used to, but please understand me when I say this, it took me a painful amount of time and effort to finally see this as the truth, the amount of months I’ve spent isolating from content and other teachings allowed me to take ONLY personal experience, I tested it day in day out and this IS it.

Currently I expand my comfort on how seamless existing is, and I can assure you, if I can come to this conclusion, you 100% can because it has NOT been easy for me, and it almost didn’t want to accept it. But the moment I did, and kept seeing it to be true time and time again, I knew I had to go fully in.

You create the idea of wanting by doing this.

“I really want Sp to text me”

This is what you’ve given permission to exist, this is now activated, it now is conscious activity, and because the world is source projected with senses the world IS this.

You treat it like an absolute, but when it comes to something like this:

“Sp loves texting me”

You treat it as effort, and something to do and wait on. Now tell me, does that make sense? Does the idea of waiting, wanting, desiring, changing, even make sense with the knowledge you have up to this point? Nope.

You need to understand. The world is not a story, it’s projection, and it can only be projecting you. Stop turning to the world as if it can make statements, as if it’s feeding you ideas, when you’re the one activating them. You NEVER actually change the world, it’s you that activates a new idea. THATS IT. It exists because you know it. A feeling cannot stop you from knowing, the world cannot stop you from knowing, ONLY YOU can stop yourself from activating a story. A story can’t exist if it isn’t known.

So, don’t you think it’s about time you see past the illusion of wanting and see for yourself what you are?

Don’t you think it’s time, to wake up.

A simple method to reach the void state.

1. Find a comfortable position (I personally lie on my back)

2. Consciously inhale and exhale as many times as necessary to relax

3. Relax

4. Focus on the darkness behind your eyes or imagine being surrounded by darkness/in a void (like eleven in Stranger things)

5. Be, exist

6. A mantra (optional) the mantra should arise from trust, faith and tranquility, not from lack, despair and anxiety.

7. Be aware of the void/ enter the void
