If you could explain, what does setting intention mean
intention is just deciding on purpose. itâs the mental handshake between you and whatever youâre about to do. like. before you get out of bed, before you shift, before blablabla. thereâs that tiny moment where your brain goes yeah. letâs do this. thatâs setting an intention.
itâs not a wish. itâs not begging the universe. itâs not crossing your fingers and hoping the wind carries you to narnia. itâs you deciding. actively. like a roman general pointing at a map. deliberate. clear. done.
okay. imagine your brain is carrie bradshawâs macbook, and the cursor is just sitting there blinking. waiting. and then boom. you type. thatâs intention. itâs the type before the action.
so. shifting !! you set an intention the same way you set an alarm. except the alarm is in your soul and instead of waking up for school, you wake up in another reality. you donât have to like, burn sage and chant. you just decide.
itâs just: i am shifting. i am there. thatâs that. no if no maybe. just. done. intention is the beginning of everything.
do you think the roman empire built itself? no, some toga-wearing dude woke up one day and said "we will conquer" and then they just did. thatâs intention.

(this is how i manifest, im not saying is the only way to manifest. Its just a simple challenge â€ïž.
Hii!! This post is dedicated to explaining some of the relaxation techniques I use to get into the alpha state. ( Basically stuff I do to get into a meditative state, to clear my mind. Like preparation to get into the void.)
Backstory
So first of all, I want to mention that I have adhd. Many of the methods I saw which use continuous counting or focusing solely on your breath I find boring and too repetitive. During these exercises I usually put on some recordings like subliminals/theta waves or relaxing sounds like rain.
Reminder!!
None of these are a must. You DONâT have to be perfectly relaxed or concentrated to shift/induce void state. I just do these because I enjoy it, and because I find it works for me.
1st technique:
So what I do here is similar to linear counting, however I insert sequences of forward and backward counting if that makes sense??
Let me elaborate. I would begin by counting from 1-10, then from 20-10, from 20-30 and from 40-30 etc. Between each count I inhale and exhale. Alternatively I would affirm between each number( e.g if I want to induce pure consciousness).
This technique involves focusing on multiple aspects at a time( breathing, counting and/or affirming), so I find that my mind doesnât wander off as much.
2nd technique:
It is based on the same principle, but this time it revolves around breath only. So what I do is inhale and exhale, and simultaneously visualise any shape( e.g I usually do petal), like a square or a circle. Basically as I breathe in I would visualise that a half of my shape outline gets filled in, and when I breathe out the other half does. Sometimes I count the breaths, sometimes I donât, depending on what I feel like doing.
Thatâs about it. I hope I explained it well.

I know many people donât talk about these things a lot but these could be the cases.
Conditioning/Programming: Your conscious mind is conditioned to follow society norms and expectations which can create self doubt and fear of doing something "wrong." Which you arenât.
Ego control: The ego tries to maintain control by creating doubts and fears, making you question your actions.
Limited perspective in the physical realm: The conscious mind has a limited perspective, making it difficult to see the bigger picture of things.
âHow do i over come this?â
If you feel yourself thinking youâre doing something wrong or spiraling, take a deep breath, let the thoughts pass. Theyâre 3d oriented. Remember they do not have meaning unless you identify with them, sista.
You did not mess up, or have to âstart overâ. Youâre fine. Pick yourself back up, go inward, affirm, do anything that satisfies and tell yourself who you really are which is pure consciousness.

âSo what do i do now?â
the "how" doesn't matter because it's already done now.

so, I have been in the shifting community for a long, long time now, but I still canât grasp what void state means đ, like, I always believed being in the void was a deep state of meditation and consciousness, but some people say like itâs some sort of âmagicâ? Like a success story about a girl who entered in the void state and then came back with her desired face/life. Could you give me maybe a resume about what void is, pretty plis?

hey! I also only recently looked into and grasped what the void actually was. and you're absolutely right! it is a deep state of meditation and consciousness. there's no "magic" to it per say, because everything that happens in this state happens because of you!
you know how they say anything that you assume instantly comes to reality? that's exactly what it is. in the void state, your subconscious mind is completely open to any suggestions or desires that you want manifested, and so, when you say you want â say your desired face â and then exit the void, you WILL have it. that's how strong your mind has been made. it's all YOU.
in short, the void is literally just you being so relaxed, you don't have a single (conscious or subconscious) doubt about your desire coming true, and so, it comes through instantly.
hopefully I cleared it up somewhat. and thank you so much for thinking of me that way, it really warms my heart đđ.

youâre not going to try any techniques or any methods, on these three days.
youâre going to be embodying the version of yourself who has their desires, youâre going to act & think like her/him/them
youâre not going to change the date youâve established, nor youâre going to doubt that date.
+ on these 3 days, youâre going to take 10 minutes to close your eyes and affirm âI AMâ while envisioning yourself with your desires and dwelling in that feeling, youâre going to repeat this scene 2x every day, just 10 minutes of seeing your desired version of yourself, and youâre going to select that state and continue your day knowing that youâre already IN that state, no matter what the 3D is showing you, because mentally youâre there, and thatâs all that matters, while you are affirming âI AMâ envision the version of yourself youâve selected with a bright white light surrounding you.

Okay so I'm no pro with the void state yet, but I just wanted to share sth I just found. Cus we're gonna live our dream life no matter what. And I don't gatekeep. A few moment ago, I came across this video The man is talking about an ancient technique to enter the "no mind state" which means the "void state" and it's really simple. Everything he's talking about in the video is literally about the void state. This is his video's description: "In this video I share a technique you can use to access no mind or the void. The technique detaches the mind from the body and allows the spirit to roam free. Experience anytime the ultimate truth with this simple and easy technique." He mention things like:
-leaving your body -relaxing and peace -knowing how to exist without the limit of the mind -being in oneness -being connected to the source -calm mind You can check the video for the tutorial. Personally, I tried it and I have a problem with holding my breath for a long period. But even just by doing this for like 8 sec, I felt this calm sensation, idk how to describe it. I just tried it at the moment, and now I'm just writing this to share immediately. In the comments, people share their experiences with the technique, and they said things like their body detaching. I really hope this help anyone who are into shifting, and manifesting their dream life. I'm telling you if I entered the void state, my consciousness will probably not be living in this reality, bc I plan to manifest my dream life and it's very different from here. đđđ Looking forward to all your success!!!

rely on the inner world and you will realize how unimportant the physical world is (i promise that it will conform instantly because everything is always unfolding in your favor) but have faith in imagination even if it is as small as a mustard seed and watch your life change
staying in the state of the wish fulfilled is natural and easy and your thoughts will easily align with already having it all

You don't need toxic positivity to manifest or to shift
The language in this mostly addresses manifestation but it is applicable to both LOA and shifting.
I have been getting a lot of questions that generally boil down to "it really hurts right now, what do I do"
I think in some ways a lot of people have internalized this belief that they have to feel good and happy and motivated 100% of the time if they want it to work.
Couldn't be more wrong.
So many people respond to genuine questions with "well just don't đ€Ș". I know that's not how they mean it and I don't blame them one bit but as someone who has been mentally ill I know how it makes you think and I know that's how most people feel when they hear it.
It's ok to feel like shit. No you don't need to feel happy to manifest. You don't have to feel like you just won the lottery every five seconds of your day to manifest winning it.
You are not cursed to never manifest just because you have strong emotional reactions to things.
It's ok to hurt. Take a deep breath and remind yourself that while your feelings are absolutely valid and deserve the space to be felt they are not the authority on your reality.
Our brains naturally want to make sense of what we're feeling but it often leads us to thinking the way we're feeling is evidence of what will happen next.
"I feel awful and I don't like how often I'm feeling it" often leads us into thinking "nothing is ever going to work for me", but it's important to ground ourselves and realize that feeling like shit is not divine undeniable proof that it isn't going to work.
Feeling like shit just means you feel like shit, nothing more.
Sometimes we feel awful so we self sabotage and then say "see I was right", when really we're just a self fulfilling prophecy.
Holding space for yourself to feel things and feel them deeply is important to our spiritual physical and mental health. However, saying that assigning meaning to it isn't good for you.
Keep fucking going. It's ok to affirm even though you feel like shit. Feeling like shit is not "evidence" that it's "not going to work".
Self discipline is knowing to regulate yourself and validate your emotions without affirming the opposite of what you want.
Self discipline is not beating yourself up and restricting yourself heavily. It is checking yourself when needed.

i was at a party last night and a lil nervous about meeting new people but i "knew" that by the time the party would end, i'd have so many new friends and connections because that's what i wanted. I went within and saw myself interacting and having a blast with them the way i wanted to. all of a sudden, i was at a new table with the prettiest women and some fineeee men, laughing and connecting as if we've known each other for years. I found myself wanting to give them my informations and wanting to hangout soon. they gave me their socials before i uttered a word about it and we have already made plans for next week and the new year.
it's so easy it's ridiculous. I wanted to dance to a certain song that isn't always played at the parties i've gone to before and i got to have fun exact way i wanted just because I let go of wondering how and thought about how great it was that i got what i wanted.
think about how great it is to have received what you wanted because you now have it. that's all you have to do. that's all you ever have to do. be in the "end" of your "desire" since you are always in the end of something anyways.
give it to yourself. whether you imagine, speak to it, or none of those at all. know and tell yourself what is now yours because it is yours now.

go live your life! read a book, spend time with your friends, family, pets, whoever you want to. for the love of stars, get a hobby! you can do whatever the hell you want, just know that you have what you want. that being said, stop searching for success stories or asking blogs how to get what you want or if you can get that. if you have your desire right now, would you really be looking up more information to see how to manifest your so-called desire? i wouldn't! because I already have what I decided!

You already are. The physical manifestation is secondary to the inner shift that's already occurred. By assuming and knowing, youâve essentially created a new reality within yourself. It is done. It is a part of your daily life. Your mind is your true reality.
I think a problem some people have is that they look to the 3d for answers. Instead of checking the 3d, check the 4d. I know it can be complicated when the 3d is in your face, but once you know your mind creates your reality, it is more understandable and easier to grasp.

You have all the information, why arenât you applying. You tell me you have been in this community for 6 months, a year, 2 years+, but how many of those days youâve spent in this community have you actually applied, how many of those nights did you actually apply and donât just fall asleep after 5 seconds.
And i know why youâre lazy, itâs because youâre scared, youâre scared of inducing process, whether it be success or failure. I know itâs comforting and validating to be in the âwaiting periodâ, the period of anticipation. You want to go shopping for a vacation, pack your suitcase, look at reviews on social media, plan the pics youâre going to take, but getting on the actual plane can be scary, you ask yourself âwhat if they deny my boarding passâ, âwhat if i fail to make it on timeâ, âwhat if im not eligible to fly for whatever reasonâ, you donât want to leave your comforting circumstances and even the trip itself scares you just a little, so you cope by buying all the vacation outfits in the world, saving inspo pics into a pinterest board, looking at vlogs of other people going to that place. You canât bring yourself to get on the fucking plane.
You need to apply, and properly, 2024 is almost over, the amount of weeks we have left isnât even in the double digits anymore, I donât want you to make it to the end of this DECADE still keeping the tumblr âforyouâ page company, watching people coming and going feeling paralysed as people who came here later than you pass you by. I know the feeling sucks but whose fault is that?
I want you to scrap the amount youâve been here. Since youâre the operant power right? I donât care how many weeks, months, years youâve been here, scrap it, youâre going to start afresh and youâre going to actually apply, when you have the time, youâre not going to go back to your notes app, notion or pinterest to script some more, youâre going to apply.

I'm so frustrated that I haven't been able to enter the void yet. I always end up falling asleep, do you have any tips for that?
When you fall asleep, it's a sign that you're relaxing too much and that you're too involved in trying to control the process. So rather than struggling with the idea of staying awake, accept that every thought and experience you have is part of the process. The void is simply the recognition that you are already that pure awareness, stop trying to enter the void. When you stop looking for it, that's where you are, of course.

you have those good grades

youâve induced pure consciousness and youâre living your best life
Itâs done, idc what youâre seeing in your life right now but it doesnât matter. Itâs not real. Your outerman isnât you, your innerman is you. And your innerman (you) doesnât experience time or the 3D so as soon as you want something you have it, itâs done.
Stop racing against the clock to manifest your dream life, time doesnât exist, every single night, weekend, school break you promise yourself that youâre going to induce pure consciousness and manifest your dream life and then you panic because your 3D isnât showing you that. You keep doing this to yourself, stop it.
Idc what circumstances are showing you, so what? your outerman fell asleep and âdidnât induceâ, but your innerman did, resonate with that and block out the 3D world. It doesnât concern you. You are âI AMâ, you are everything and nothing and you seriously donât think you can manifest anything, it pisses me off that you guys donât know how natural this is to you.

your outerman can suck it with the complaints, you are so powerful and you need to realise that, it pains me when you guys talk about yourself as if you canât do it, damn you society for teaching us that an effortless life is too good to be true!!
nothing needs to be done, stop looking for proof, why are you letting the 3D a dormant malleable mirror tell YOU if you have YOUR desires.
For an example iâll use studying because itâs quite generic. Once you decide that you âare naturally smart and have good grades alreadyâ, YOU. DONâT. NEED. TO. DO. ANYTHING. ITS DONE.
However letâs say Lilah believes that itâs too good to be true so she has a wavering assumption that âno no no, i need to study or i wonât do wellâ(affirmation btw) She ends up failing because she wavered (which is on her) and told herself that it wasnât possible to have success without effort, and so she spiralled. She then blamed loa and reaffirmed her belief that she needed to work in the 3D to get the things she wanted
Lena on the other hand, doesnât let anything shake her, at all. Not her 3D, not the deadline, she WAS naturally smart she had good grades no matter what, creation was finished, she is I AM and she can manifest some measly grades if she wanted. And she came out with straight As. There was no exam date to be scared over because she KNEW that she had her good grades already, creation of desires were finished, so she wasnât surprised that she did so well.
The 3D? this life youâre living? very malleable, it will change when you accept that to change it, you need nothing. but. self. Apply this to pure consciousness aswell, you donât need to âmanifest youâre dream life before next weekâ because you already have it, youâve already induced pure consciousness.
Youâre not gaslighting yourself or being delusional, itâs fact.
Itâs not faking it till you make it because why would you fake a fact?

What is the difference between the outerman and the innerman you may ask. Well the outerman is the body that you are experiencing the 3D in while your innerman is the real you. Your innerman doesnât experience time or the 3D which is why when you want something you immediately get it, your innerman experiences your desires immediately because creation is finished.
So you have an intent to induce the void state? The outcome where you induce the void state has been created and it is finished, set in stone if youâre willing to persist in it. So it does not matter what the outerman sees, whether the outerman got symptoms and fell asleep, whether the outerman is still seeing unfavourable circumstances after an âunsuccessfulâ night. The Innerman induced pure consciousness the second you wanted to because the barriers of time and the 3D are non existent to your innerman. And your innerman is YOU, so YOU donât experience time or the 3D, it isnât real. YOU induce pure consciousness when you intend to no matter what the 3D is showing. Youâve induced pure consciousness and youâre living your dream life, no matter what you see through the experience of your outerman.
Take the outerman experience with a pinch of salt or even less than that because it isnât real. Why are you relying on what the outerman experiences (3D) to tell your innerman (YOU, the operant) power what is real and whatâs not. As soon as you realise that you already have your desires and that youâve already induced pure consciousness, it will materialise in the 3D as a by product. But that shouldnât matter. What your outerman self experience is a dormant malleable mirror, your innerman is what is real.
So when laying in position forcing yourself to relax or getting frustrated because everyone says itâs sooo easy and you âjust canât do itâ, remember creation is finished for your innerman which is the real you. You donât need to worry about if you will induce the void state or not because you already have. Why would you speculate the outcome of chapter 6 in a book when youâre on chapter 8? why are you waiting to read chapter 6 in a book when you already have?Stop doing your meditations wondering when itâs going to work, it already has worked. You ARE pure consciousness.

OUTERMAN: *has an experience in the 3D where they fell asleep while attempting to induce*
INNERMAN: *induced pure consciousness the second an intention was set*
OUTERMAN: *experiences waking back up in unfavourable circumstances*
INNERMAN: *the 3D doesnât exist so neither do circumstance, living the dream life*
OUTERMAN: *panicked because they have given themselves a deadline to induce the void state and get their dream life and time is running out*
INNERMAN: *doesnât experience time, everything is in the now and they are experiencing all desires now*
OUTERMAN: *believes they need to go on a âvoid journeyâ to induce pure consciousness with long lasting challenges to âreprogram subconsciousâ*
INNERMAN: *creation is finished, there is nothing that needs to be done, the shift has already happened, no shifting needed*
your outerman self doesnât always have to struggle you can train it to align with your true self = training the 3d to align with the 4D
Remember you arenât gaslighting yourself or being delusional, this is fact. You induced pure consciousness no matter what you see.
That unfavourable life you live is just what the VR headset is showing you, in order to take the VR goggles off you need to realise who you are!!
but you donât need to be, STOP RACING AGAINST THE CLOCK
BECAUSE TIME ISNâT REAL AND ITS DONE
some of you are gaslighting yourself to into persisting while still being scared. Youâre persisting in that new body but, in the back of your mind youâre scared that it wonât come before summer because you arenât doing anything in the 3D, what if this is all for nothing. Youâre persisting in your good grades but in the back of your mind youâre like âwhat if this is all for nothing, i need to study to get good gradesâ. So youâre scared, you waver and you start to believe that youâre nothing to change your reality.
And why is this
Because stupid society has told you that in order to see a result in absolutely anything, you must work for it. In order to get money, you MUST work. In order to pass you classes you MUST study. In order for your skin to clear up you MUST do skincare. You need to do something in the 3D to set things in motion is what they tell us. And because of that you think youâre being lazy, âwhat if i canât actually manifest money and actually have to work for it, what have been doing this whole time?â So you panic and start wavering. And because of that it never comes. Because youâre SO skeptical of the fact that we donât need to even touch our 3D to get what we want. Youâve been so conditioned to think another way you canât fathom whatâs right.
But what you need to realise is that creation is finished, done. There is nothing you need to do. at all. And it doesnât take days or weeks to adopt this new mindset just know that in this moment, creation is finished. It takes a second to flip your thoughts you just need to persist. Why are you anxiously awaiting the deadline youâve given yourself in the back of your mind? Time isnât real, the 3D isnât real. The 3D doesnât determine your experience itâs your mind
for example
if you try and persist in a new body before summer and youâre anxious that you wonât get and believe that you just âshouldâve worked outâ â you wonât get what you want.
if you work out but you believe that youâre ânot doing enoughâ â you wonât get what you want
so whether you did or you did not it didnât matter, same outcome when your mind isnât with it.
iâll use good grades again as an example
Lora said she persisted in her good grades fore her exam, she tried staying strong however the scary exam talk from the teachers and other people around her got in her head. In the back of her mind sheâs scared that it wonât work and that âshe shouldâve studiedâ(affirmation btw). She panics and wavers and then she doesnât get what she wants.
This is because she couldnât understand that creation is finished. The second she wanted those good grades they were hers, if only society didnât constantly tell her she needs to work for a result. I have many friends who study and still donât feel confident so they fail and re affirm that âtheyâre just dumbâ, so it doesnât matter what you do in your 3d because it isnât real.
Creation is done, stop being scared. âwhat if is all for nothing and i fail?â (affirmation) youâre allowed to feel. but counter that by telling yourself whatâs true. Your innerman doesnât experience the 3d so it doesnât matter what you do. Saturate your mind into believing whatâs true.
Your innerman doesnât experience time, there are no deadlines to be afraid of, itâs already yours.
stop thinking you need to persist for a certain amount of time for your manifestation to be valid. You only got your head in the game and started persisting in your dream life, âi shouldâve been doing this for longerâ time is not real, persisting in a fact for 60 seconds is the same as persisting in a fact for 60 days.
Letâs say both Luna and Lani are both trying to have their dream body before summer break in June. Luna started persisting in January, and Lani after months of wavering decided to persist in the last week of May. Time isnât real so, it doesnât matter how long theyve been persisting for, both of them get what they want.
Stop panicking itâs yours. Idc whatâs going on your life, even if youâre backed up against a wall itâs yours. Itâs okay to feel upset and panicky but donât indulge in those feelings anymore let them pass, cast them out with psych k, or simple visualisation and tell yourself itâs already done.
If you hop on a train from london to paris, it doesnât matter if youâre going to eat loads of food on the train, sleep or do an exercise in the middle of the isle like a crazy person, itâs still going to end up in paris. If you persist, no matter what, you will end up having what you want. Affirm to yourself âno matter what happens, everything is doneâ

thereâs nothing to do, and i mean this, you donât have to meet in the middle with the 3D. EVER

you have that face, body, house, car, youâve induced pure consciousness, no. matter. what.
Why would you clean a house thatâs already squeaky clean, why would you need to work for something THAT YOU ALREADY HAVE. If you were 8 months pregnant would you be scared that âitâs all for nothingâ and that your baby wonât come when itâs due, that youâll wake up and your stomach just disappears?

What i have noticed with all the times i have shifted, it was never forced. I simply let it happen.
If you force the shift you create resistance and stress upon yourselves. it enforces that feeling that you have not shifted.
People are obsessed with the 3D when they are trying to shift as they want to feel symptoms when in reality the 3D has no relevance to shifting. You can acknowledge it yes, but learn to ignore it.
Simply trust yourself that you will wake up in your dr. Donât overthink that decision and stand firm in the belief you will wake up there.
Once you do that you can let your mind wander, day dream etc idk. youâre human and your mind will be wandering and LET IT DO THAT.
1) Decide you have shifted
2) Trust yourself and stand firm
3) Done
+ let mind wander/go to sleep/do anything that helps calm you down
