Okay so I'm no pro with the void state yet, but I just wanted to share sth I just found. Cus we're gonna live our dream life no matter what. And I don't gatekeep. A few moment ago, I came across this video The man is talking about an ancient technique to enter the "no mind state" which means the "void state" and it's really simple. Everything he's talking about in the video is literally about the void state. This is his video's description: "In this video I share a technique you can use to access no mind or the void. The technique detaches the mind from the body and allows the spirit to roam free. Experience anytime the ultimate truth with this simple and easy technique." He mention things like:

-leaving your body -relaxing and peace -knowing how to exist without the limit of the mind -being in oneness -being connected to the source -calm mind You can check the video for the tutorial. Personally, I tried it and I have a problem with holding my breath for a long period. But even just by doing this for like 8 sec, I felt this calm sensation, idk how to describe it. I just tried it at the moment, and now I'm just writing this to share immediately. In the comments, people share their experiences with the technique, and they said things like their body detaching. I really hope this help anyone who are into shifting, and manifesting their dream life. I'm telling you if I entered the void state, my consciousness will probably not be living in this reality, bc I plan to manifest my dream life and it's very different from here. ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ Looking forward to all your success!!!

Hii!! This post is dedicated to explaining some of the relaxation techniques I use to get into the alpha state. ( Basically stuff I do to get into a meditative state, to clear my mind. Like preparation to get into the void.)

Backstory

So first of all, I want to mention that I have adhd. Many of the methods I saw which use continuous counting or focusing solely on your breath I find boring and too repetitive. During these exercises I usually put on some recordings like subliminals/theta waves or relaxing sounds like rain.

Reminder!!

None of these are a must. You DONโ€™T have to be perfectly relaxed or concentrated to shift/induce void state. I just do these because I enjoy it, and because I find it works for me.

1st technique:

So what I do here is similar to linear counting, however I insert sequences of forward and backward counting if that makes sense??

Let me elaborate. I would begin by counting from 1-10, then from 20-10, from 20-30 and from 40-30 etc. Between each count I inhale and exhale. Alternatively I would affirm between each number( e.g if I want to induce pure consciousness).

This technique involves focusing on multiple aspects at a time( breathing, counting and/or affirming), so I find that my mind doesnโ€™t wander off as much.

2nd technique:

It is based on the same principle, but this time it revolves around breath only. So what I do is inhale and exhale, and simultaneously visualise any shape( e.g I usually do petal), like a square or a circle. Basically as I breathe in I would visualise that a half of my shape outline gets filled in, and when I breathe out the other half does. Sometimes I count the breaths, sometimes I donโ€™t, depending on what I feel like doing.

Thatโ€™s about it. I hope I explained it well.

We usually take what the 3D reality shows us as cold, hard facts and what happens before our eyes, we tend to accept as the truth. But Iโ€™m here to tell you that imagination creates your reality. What you have accepted as a fact tends to project itself as the truth in your reality. What you believe to be true forms 100% of your 3D world and not the other way around. Everything comes from within you. If you want to change your outer world, first you need to change you inner world. How can you do that? Start by treating the 4D as your true reality. Whatever you create in your imagination, whatever you desire to have, decide that itโ€™s done and claim your desire. Treat that as an indisputable fact.ย 

Want to become the President? Done. What sort of thoughts would you have if you were the President? How would you feel?ย 

This is not being fake. You are not deluding yourself. Remember, CONSCIOUSNESS IS THE ONLY REALITY. The world you see before you is ONLY a projection of your beliefs and assumptions. The 4D is the true reality. You are the object and the 3D is the shadow, mirror etc. You are pure consciousness. You are God. What you have claimed as yours and what youโ€™ve believed to be true is 100% of your reality.ย 

Donโ€™t bother checking the 3D for confirmation. YOU ARE THE CONFIRMATION. Oh you want to be a Master Manifestor? DONE. What sort of thoughts would a Master Manifestor have? How would they feel? Assume that state and donโ€™t go looking for results cause the 3D is only the screen upon which your assumptions are projected as a film.

There is no need for any technique or method. When Neville instructed us to Live in the End, he told us to assume the state of our wish fulfilled. Assume youโ€™re God. Assume only good things happen to you. Donโ€™t think of your desire. Think FROM your desire. Life happens from you and not to you.ย 

Oh your SP told you he never wants to see you again? Please, heโ€™s in love with you. He constantly thinks of you. Heโ€™ll come crawling back to you in no time. Remember, everything and everyone around you is simply a projection of your thoughts and assumptions. If you and your SP are happily married in the 4D and are raising livestock in the south of France, that is THE FACT!! Not him liking someone else. Not him ghosting you. Donโ€™t bat an eyelid at the 3D. Claiming your desire is instantaneous. Begin to live from your desire right now and watch the magic happen. But itโ€™s not magic, is it? Itโ€™s you. You are God. You only have 2 things to do in this world. CLAIM YOUR DREAM LIFE AND LIVE IT.

You don't need toxic positivity to manifest or to shift

The language in this mostly addresses manifestation but it is applicable to both LOA and shifting.

I have been getting a lot of questions that generally boil down to "it really hurts right now, what do I do"

I think in some ways a lot of people have internalized this belief that they have to feel good and happy and motivated 100% of the time if they want it to work.

Couldn't be more wrong.

So many people respond to genuine questions with "well just don't ๐Ÿคช". I know that's not how they mean it and I don't blame them one bit but as someone who has been mentally ill I know how it makes you think and I know that's how most people feel when they hear it.

It's ok to feel like shit. No you don't need to feel happy to manifest. You don't have to feel like you just won the lottery every five seconds of your day to manifest winning it.

You are not cursed to never manifest just because you have strong emotional reactions to things.

It's ok to hurt. Take a deep breath and remind yourself that while your feelings are absolutely valid and deserve the space to be felt they are not the authority on your reality.

Our brains naturally want to make sense of what we're feeling but it often leads us to thinking the way we're feeling is evidence of what will happen next.

"I feel awful and I don't like how often I'm feeling it" often leads us into thinking "nothing is ever going to work for me", but it's important to ground ourselves and realize that feeling like shit is not divine undeniable proof that it isn't going to work.

Feeling like shit just means you feel like shit, nothing more.

Sometimes we feel awful so we self sabotage and then say "see I was right", when really we're just a self fulfilling prophecy.

You don't want to be right, you want the comfort of having your emotions validated and seen.

Holding space for yourself to feel things and feel them deeply is important to our spiritual physical and mental health. However, saying that assigning meaning to it isn't good for you.

Keep fucking going. It's ok to affirm even though you feel like shit. Feeling like shit is not "evidence" that it's "not going to work".

Self discipline is knowing to regulate yourself and validate your emotions without affirming the opposite of what you want.

Self discipline is not beating yourself up and restricting yourself heavily. It is checking yourself when needed.

You don't choose to shift.

You don't create it.

You don't create your dr(s).

Your dr(s) don't magically appear once you shift.

The moment you GOT into shifting was when YOU SHIFTED. Meaning, you ALREADY DID the moment you discovered about it. You shifted to a reality where this opportunity was given to you. Now all you need to do is know your dr selves, friends, s/o are already there with you. They are living what you are scripting. You only need to align and act as if you're already there.

During the day, at school or at work or whatever, imagine you doing this in your dr instead. Imagine going to your hp school with ur friends. Or go to work, on a movie set if you're an actress, or get your Oscar, Billboard or whatever if you're famous. Its tough when you don't script every detail but if you're good at maladaptive daydreaming its not a problem. USE IT. Go to sleep as if you'll wake up there as any other day. If you don't- wdym you DO. You affirm it.

So Let's try something that you'll do starting tomorrow or next week:

- Script or think about a basic day you're experiencing in your reality you're shifting to. Work, activities, who you're with...

- during the day affirm throughout the day that you're there "isnt it wonderful to do this/be in my ideal reality" or whatever

-imagine your dr self so you, instead of your cr self doing whatever you're doing. Daydreaming, have fun in your imagination.

-go to sleep as if you're there, as if you have stuff to do tomorrow. Go to an award show, see your dr friend, fight enemies, have a date with your s/o..

And thats it. That's all you gotta do. Practice this with me and reblog or comment your success story, because you will have one.

"HOW I TAP INTO THE VOID"

Before any attempts realise what is your intention. What is it that you what to achieve. Consider memorising that.

Also dicide how you want to picture your void. It does not have to be all black, or scary in any way. If you want a flower garden, it will be a flower garden. It can be all light like the sun is shining right at you. Decide.

You do not need a technique. This is just what I do when I schedule being in the void. I have ended up in the void accidentally a couple of times, meaning you quite literaly do not need a technique.

1. Make sure nothing is distracting you- If you are hungry- eat, if you are thirsty-drink, if your are cold-get a banket.

2. Get comfortable- Ley in your bed/ sit on your sofa. Make sure your head and legs are supported.

3. It is time to start relaxing. Notice your breathing. Breathe in for 3, hold, breathe out for 3.

so basically, OMG IM ACTUALLY SO EXCITED TO WRITE THIS CUZ WTF??? ANYWAYS, it happened this morning around 9-10am in class. I had my third period math final today and girl I was soooooo tired, anyways I finished it pretty fast cuz it was pretty easy so I had 50 minutes left to do hw or to read or wtvโ€ฆ no electronics allowed so i was boooooored. anyways i was really sleepy as well. but the time was moving so slowly like it felt foreeeeever and then anyways before class when i was studying i read @/salemlunaaโ€™s newest post on how gods just demand and decide!! but before i took a nap i was like โ€œhahaha what if i enter the void state๐Ÿ˜ญโ€ but i was too drained to even care so i just put my head down and started making up fake scenarios with me and my s/o ๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ’€ and then i apparently โ€œfell asleepโ€. the whole time though I couldnโ€™t feel or hear ANYTHING like NOTHING. then i like remember โ€œsaying ugh time is going so slow omg.โ€ while being in that state. AND THEN LITERALLY THE BELL RANG LIKE IT WAS TIME TO LEAVE. like I wasnโ€™t asleep cuz I know I was aware but I wasnโ€™t awake either. GUESS WHO CHANGED HIS LIFE OVERNIGHT?? MEE

For 3 days, just affirmed "I am in my desired reality so I always wake up in the void state" whenever I thought about my desires. I also listened to a subliminals randomly thought the day. On the 3rd night, I tried listening to void subliminal as I going to sleep but I ddint want up in the void state, but I didn't let that discourage me and continued affirming. On the 5th night, I laid down on my back so I'm relaxed but I don't fall asleep immediately (I'm a stomach sleeper) I counted until god know what maybe 250 or smth until I'm relaxed. Then I started affirming for the void. "I'm in the void state" "I feel like I'm floating" "I'm entering the void state right now" etc and then I drifted off and started thinking about my desires ans visualizing them. After a while, I realized that it's pitch black and I cannot feel my body or anything IT WAS SO FREAKYYY. I knew I was in the void, i panicked a little so I quickly affirmed that I have everything written in my google document (which was almost 30 pages..) I calmed myself down and it was sooo relaxing. After I woke up, I SWEAR TO GODDD my entire life was different. It was so fucking weird I'm still in shock even tho it's been like.. 2 weeks?

I always struggled to live in the end as the 3D was literally so overwhelming and completely un-ignorable. I was constantly in a cycle of: affirm, persist, fall back into old habits, and then restart the cycle all over again. It became a pattern within my life.

Whenever I felt like I was out of this pattern, I ended up right back in it. Constantly in a viscous cycle of depression and anxiety.

A massive thing I needed to overcome was the need and desperation to get my desires. I constantly felt like I was lacking what I wanted.

How did I overcome this feeling? I started to distance myself from the 3D. However I didnโ€™t distance myself as much as I once did. I used to feel like nothing was real and everything was fake. This decimated my mental health and made me feel completely alone. I now live my life with the belief that every undesirable thing is simply a past assumption. Itโ€™s not something I need to pay attention to, itโ€™s simply an old idea that I can leave to die.

I started to focus on my 4D self, the man with everything he wants. I know I have my desired appearance and I know my life is perfect.

i wrote this post basically to explain three different states of consciousness. the awake state, sleep state, and pure consciousness. you can't force yourself to become neither.

we all know that we can't force ourselves to sleep, however we can do things that can help us slip into the sleep state. just as we can't force ourselves to sleep, we can't force ourselves to induce pure consciousness. we can do things that can help us slip into the pure state of consciousness, but we can't force our states of consciousness to switch to the other. people may say "delta waves is the cheat-code to enter the void" but it's not. delta waves is a tool, and tools are meant to help us.

aside from that, and for the centillionth time, the void state is not an actual void you're transporting yourself into. it's not a void outside of you, nor a void inside of you. now hear me out again. it is not a void literally inside of you. it is not a place. you're not being transported or travelling anywhere. you're not travelling into your mind. it is simply awareness. what you are aware and not aware of.

when you are pure consciousness, you aren't aware of anything happening in the 3d, cuz your focus was away from the 3d. when we're pure consciousness, our mind is active cuz our focus is only on our thoughts cuz we are thinking, or our focus is only on our daydreams cuz we are daydreaming, or whatever our inner voice (the one you're probably using to read this post) is saying. we are being aware of our 4d.

everything is awareness. whatever you place your awareness (focus) on, will manifest the state of consciousness you'll be experiencing.

when you think of pure consciousness as an actual void that'll manifest all your desires instantly, and not a state of consciousness where you're only aware of your 4d, you will find yourself jumping from method to method, cuz you're seeing pure consciousness for something it's not. you think too highly of a state of consciousness.

when you're awake, is the word 'awake' constantly on your mind before you wake up? do you try your hardest to wake up? do you stress about being able to wake up? do you become anxious by the thought of waking up?

how about when you're asleep? is the word 'sleep' constantly in your mind before you sleep? do you try your hardest to be able to sleep? do you stress about being able to sleep? do you become anxious by the thought of sleeping?

so what's the actual difference with pure consciousness? you can manifest while you're awake, and you can manifest while you're asleep. you can manifest in literally any state of consciousness... so what's the actual difference?

when y'all understand that awake, asleep, and pure consciousness are all on the same level, then you'll realise that all the mental gymnastics y'all like to perform were for nothing. y'all don't see sleeping nor being awake as all that... do the same with pure consciousness.

and stop thinking too hard about pure consciousness too! ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿฉท

a lot of people forget that all you have to do is be. just be. as soon as you think of something you want, embody it. i do this with crushes as well, just be โ€œdelusionalโ€. almost like stepping into a door where your life is different. i sometimes subconsciously do this when i watch shows i start to pick up certain characterโ€™s personality or certain things about them and i kind of play into it. and stay on it, remember repetition is key. its fun actually!

always remember, donโ€™t overconsume and keep it simple my love.๐Ÿชฝ
