Hii! I am pretty new to the Tumblr shifting community and I didnβt really plan on posting anything but after browsing around a bit, I kind of wanted to give my two cents on shifting. I used to be active in the Amino community back then but then I took a break to focus on myself. Some time passed since then and I have been shifting pretty regularly now. And after looking through some posts, I wanted to share some things to maybe help others.
Disclaimer: I fully believe shifting is personal and should be tailored to you. What works for me might not work for you and thatβs okay! However, I would be very glad if this helped someone. Also excuse how I explain some things. Since I just got back, Iβm not very caught up with new shifting terminology so Iβm just going to explain how I understand it instead.
You are only consciousness. That is what you are and what you will always be. There will never be any reality, circumstances, doubts, fears, or anything tied to you unless you allow it to. You as consciousness, your only role is to experience and be conscious of things. So as you become conscious of new things, you shift.
As consciousness, your natural state is the void state. You only experience reality when you take on a vessel, which is your body. So through these vessels, you experience reality. And as you live in these vessels, you will encounter its emotions, doubts, and thoughts. This is why people say you are not your doubts or fears, because truly you are not. You are only experiencing it through the vessel. They are not your own, but the vesselβs.
So to shift realities, you simply decide a reality then become conscious of it. Literally just that, you decide and then become. Thereβs nothing more or less to it I swear.
I think the reason why many people fail to comprehend this is because they had been putting in so much effort that they couldnβt believe how actually effortless it really is. I think itβs because they try to force it without understanding how it just comes naturally. Shifting shouldnβt be about taking control but rather just be. I see people asking how this and how that and am I doing it right, and I just want to say forget all about that and focus on just being.
You had always just been consciousness experiencing reality through a vessel your whole life. You had always made a choice on a reality then proceeded to become aware of it. So now decide on that reality that you want and just be conscious of it. Thatβs all it is. If it helps, help yourself understand that you are only consciousness. Remind yourself throughout the day, when you experience this vesselβs doubts, or before you sleep. Truly understand that you are not tied down by anything because you are literally just consciousness.
If you question why you should listen to me, it is because I was in your shoes before. For a really long time, I really thought that shifting is just not something I could do and that it was all just an inside joke. I was at my all time low and I just didnβt know what to think or believe anymore. Yet, here I am, shifting as regularly as I sleep. That being said though, I donβt want you to idolize me or envy me. Donβt idolize a consciousness when you are literally one as well and can do anything I can.

I can't even call it "a method", This is actually the best way for me to shift!
It's that simple: Sleep, wake up, sleep again(I always enter "Void State" with this) and then just choose where you want to shift. Take it easy, it's really that simple...This isn't something you have to acquire or learn! It's something that you were born with...
What i have noticed with all the times i have shifted, it was never forced. I simply let it happen.
If you force the shift you create resistance and stress upon yourselves. it enforces that feeling that you have not shifted.
People are obsessed with the 3D when they are trying to shift as they want to feel symptoms when in reality the 3D has no relevance to shifting. You can acknowledge it yes, but learn to ignore it.
Simply trust yourself that you will wake up in your dr. Donβt overthink that decision and stand firm in the belief you will wake up there.
Once you do that you can let your mind wander, day dream etc idk. youβre human and your mind will be wandering and LET IT DO THAT.
1) Decide you have shifted
2) Trust yourself and stand firm
3) Done
+ let mind wander/go to sleep/do anything that helps calm you down

one thing that we need to understand is that everyone is different, and there isn't a one size fits all in terms of law of assumption, pure consciousness, etc.. with pure consciousness, i've mentioned before that there are many ways to induce pure consciousness. i personally promote the way how i induced it becuz after running away from an awake method for almost a year, i ended up inducing pure consciousness awake unintentionally multiple times in a row. but that's me personally. i thought to myself that it might end up being the case for some others, so i felt the need to upload my experience.
however, i know a lot of y'all want to manifest your dream lives before 2025 arrive, but one thing you have to know is that YOU will induce pure consciousness someway or the other. whether it is that you do an awake method, a sleep method, wbtb, etc., you will induce pure consciousness.
everyone is different. it have persons who can't focus on anything for longer than 5 mins, and it have people who can focus on one thing for more than 3 hours. it have persons who can stay still for a long period of time, and it have persons who can't stay still for more than 2 minutes. it has people who can easily lose themselves in their daydreams and inner monolog, and it has people who can't. ofc, all of these are circumstances assumptions (that people aren't willing to change), which also means that you have to find something that's most suitable for you!
cuz at the end of the day, it's your dream life that you want the most! inducing pure consciousness is second.
so as i said, there are countless ways to induce pure consciousness. you have:

Okay. You have tried hundreds of methods (no, you haven't really tried them), you have tried them many times (no, you still haven't), you have put them off, maybe you have actually tried them and they didn't work, you haven't applied what you saw. You find yourself focused on 3D.
You know, the secret to awakening pure consciousness is to take the focus off of 3D.
So do this; Make yourself sleepy. Be extremely sleepy. There is a position you absolutely cannot fall asleep in. Go there (to prevent falling asleep) Say "I am pure consciousness." Pure consciousness has awakened. Because you are sleepy. Your subconscious mind is open to suggestion. Your focus is not on 3D.

Can you induce pure consciousness even if you're in the car, it's loud and the road is bumpy, I found out that listening to my music helps me zone out from the noise but I'm not sure how to zone out from the bumpiness because it always brings my attention back to my body and music, also just how do I get lost in thought or how do I count without forcing to check my surroundings if I'm already there? I know I just need to check my 4d buy first I need to relax and stuff I guess I'm being Impatient so I need to work on that. So just my questions are 1. How to not focus on a bumpy ride 2. How to zone out when counting. That's it really. Also can I be your π₯³ anon or I'd that's taken then π€
1. honestly, try not to stress nor worry about the bumpiness. after some time, you wouldn't even pay attention to it. or you can be somewhat sleepy which helps you not pay attention to the bumps.
2. you don't even have to zone out! just focus on counting, and let that be the only thing you're paying attention to π©· after some time, your brain might check to see if you're awake or sleeping. don't react, let it pass. if not, then it don't matter, cuz at any point, you'll induce pure consciousness!

Okay queen drop the WHOLE VOID STORY ππ
I wrote down a note in my notes app that literally just went "I am going to enter the void state and manifest my desired face, hair, body, and voice".
I laid down on my bed and played some brown noise on my headphones. I tried to really slow down my breathing and get my mind completely clear and calm, which I feel like this helped the whole process A LOT because I struggle with random distracting thoughts.
I said to myself "I am counting down from 100 to 1. 100 = my current awake conscious state, and 1= the void/pure consciousness." I started counting down, and I got weird symptoms but I ignored them, and when I reached 1, I was in the void.
I was like "holy s I'm in the void state" (no literally that's exactly what I said in my mind π). But I tried to stay calm and I just went through each of my desires, affirming them and visualizing myself having them. For example, for my hair i was like "I have my perfect desired hair. My hair is long and wavy. My hair is the perfect shade of blonde..." And I just kind of imagined myself in 1st person brushing my fingers through my new hair. I repeated this process for each desire.
When I was ready, I counted back up to 100, and I confirmed to myself that I would return to my consciousness now. I opened my eyes, and I immediately felt like something had changed. I don't know how to explain it, but it was like the whole world was different. I didn't look in the mirror, but I definitely felt different. I looked down at my body, and it looks more like how I scripted. My hair is changing right now too; it's not quite like I imagined it but it's longer, wavier, and more blonde, so I'm happy.
